a through hole 20 is formed in the first packing ring 17, the valve rod 2 penetrates through the through hole 20, a first annular inclined surface 21 is arranged on the lower end surface of the first packing ring 17, and the first annular inclined surface 21 is connected with the through hole 20 through a first annular plane 22; the first annular inclined surface 21 inclines towards the upper end surface of the first packing ring 17, and the included angle between the first annular inclined surface 21 and the horizontal plane is 15 degrees; a first main annular groove 23 is formed in the first annular inclined surface 21, the first main annular groove 23 is perpendicular to the first annular inclined surface 21, and the section of the first main annular groove 23 is U-shaped; a first auxiliary annular groove 24 is formed in the first annular plane 22, and the cross section of the first auxiliary annular groove 24 is isosceles trapezoid;
a through hole 20 is formed in the second packing ring 18, the valve rod 2 penetrates through the through hole 20, a second upper annular inclined surface 25 is arranged on the upper end surface of the second packing ring 18, and the second upper annular inclined surface 25 is connected with the through hole 20 through a second upper annular plane 26; the second upper annular inclined surface 25 inclines towards the upper end surface of the second packing ring 18, and the included angle between the second upper annular inclined surface 25 and the horizontal plane is 15 degrees; the second upper annular inclined surface 25 is attached to the first annular inclined surface 21, and the second upper annular flat surface 26 is attached to the first annular flat surface 22;

a through hole 20 is formed in the third packing ring 19, the valve rod 2 penetrates through the through hole 20, a third annular inclined surface 36 is arranged on the upper end surface of the third packing ring 19, and the third annular inclined surface 36 is connected with the through hole 20 through a third annular plane 37; the third annular inclined surface 36 inclines towards the upper end surface of the third packing ring 19, and the included angle between the third annular inclined surface 36 and the horizontal plane is 15 degrees; the third annular inclined surface 36 is attached to the second lower annular inclined surface 29, and the third annular flat surface 37 is attached to the second lower annular flat surface 30;
a third annular groove 32 is formed in the third annular plane 37, and the section of the third annular groove 32 is U-shaped; the lower annular protrusion 31 is inserted into the third annular groove 32, the lower annular protrusion 31 is matched with the third annular groove 32, and the side surface of the lower annular protrusion 31 is attached to the side surface of the third annular groove 32;
the upper end surface of the middle filler group 35 is abutted against the lower end surface of the first annular bulge 33, and the lower end surface of the middle filler group 35 is abutted against the upper end surface of the second annular bulge 34; the middle filler group 35 is made of graphite asbestos rope.
The upper end face of the lower packing group 13 is abutted against the lower end face of the second annular bulge 34, and the lower end face of the lower packing group 13 is abutted against the bottom face of the packing cavity 8; the lower packing set 13 has the same structural composition as the upper packing set 12.

Claims (6)

1. A valve is characterized by comprising a valve body, a valve rod, a valve core, a sealing element, a valve cover, a packing component and a gland;
the upper end surface of the valve body is provided with a first flange plate, the lower end surface of the valve cover is provided with a second flange plate, and the fastening piece penetrates through the first flange plate and the second flange plate and is in threaded connection with the valve body and the valve cover; the valve rod penetrates through the valve cover and the valve body; the valve core is positioned in the valve body, a packing cavity is arranged between the valve rod and the valve body, and a packing assembly is arranged in the packing cavity;
the valve rod is provided with a limiting table, and the limiting table and the valve rod are connected into an integral structure; the valve rod is provided with a first mounting area and a second mounting area, the first mounting area is positioned below the limiting table, and the second mounting area is positioned above the limiting table; the first mounting area is provided with threads, and the valve rod is in threaded connection with the valve core through the first mounting area; a sealing element is arranged between the valve core and the limiting table, the upper end surface of the sealing element is abutted against the lower end surface of the limiting table, and the lower end surface of the sealing element is abutted against the upper end surface of the valve core;
the second mounting area is provided with a threaded hole, and the central axis of the threaded hole is vertical to the central axis of the valve rod; the second mounting area is provided with a plurality of connecting pieces which are annularly arrayed around the central axis of the valve rod;
the connecting piece is of a symmetrical structure and comprises an A surface, a B surface and a C surface;
the surface A is an inwards concave arc surface, a plurality of connecting blocks are arranged on the surface A and the surface B respectively, the connecting blocks are parallel to each other, one end of each connecting block is connected with the surface A into a whole, and the other end of each connecting block is an inclined surface; the projection of the surface C on the horizontal plane is V-shaped, and the two ends of the surface C are respectively connected with the surface A and the surface B into a whole;
the sealing element comprises a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a third sealing ring and a fourth sealing ring, the first sealing ring, the second sealing ring, the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring are coaxially arranged, and the first sealing ring, the second sealing ring, the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring are all made of polytetrafluoroethylene;
a circular hole is formed in the first sealing ring, a first groove is formed in the lower end face of the first sealing ring, the first groove is of an annular structure, and the cross section of the first groove is in an arc shape;
a circular hole is formed in the second sealing ring, a first bulge is arranged on the upper end face of the second sealing ring, the first bulge is of an annular structure, and the cross section of the first bulge is in an arc shape; the upper end surface of the second sealing ring is abutted against the lower end surface of the first sealing ring, the first bulge is inserted into the first groove, and the first bulge is matched with the first groove;
the lower end face of the second sealing ring is provided with a main sealing surface which is of an annular structure, and the section of the main sealing surface is V-shaped;
a circular hole is formed in the third sealing ring, an upper sealing surface is arranged on the upper end face of the third sealing ring, the upper sealing surface is of an annular structure, and the section of the upper sealing surface is V-shaped; the upper sealing surface is abutted against the main sealing surface;
the lower end surface of the third sealing ring is provided with a lower sealing surface which is an inclined plane;
a circular hole is formed in the fourth sealing ring, an auxiliary sealing surface is arranged on the upper end face of the fourth sealing ring, and the auxiliary sealing surface is an inclined surface; the auxiliary sealing surface is abutted against the lower sealing surface;
the lower end surface of the fourth sealing ring is arc-shaped, and the upper end surface of the valve core is abutted against the lower end surface of the fourth sealing ring;
the packing component is sleeved on the valve rod; a gland is arranged above the packing component, the lower end face of the gland abuts against the upper end face of the packing component, the gland is mounted on the upper end face of the valve cover through a bolt, a spring is arranged between the gland and the valve cover, and the spring is sleeved on the bolt; a scale is arranged on the upper end surface of the valve cover;
the packing assembly comprises a packing box, an upper packing group, a middle packing group and a lower packing group; the lower end face of the stuffing box is abutted against the bottom of the stuffing cavity;
the stuffing box is of a hollow cylindrical structure, a first annular bulge and a second annular bulge are arranged on the cylindrical surface in the stuffing box, and the first annular bulge is positioned above the second annular bulge;
a plurality of annular grooves are formed in the inner cylindrical surfaces of the first annular bulge and the second annular bulge, and the annular grooves are uniformly distributed along the central axis direction of the valve rod;
the upper packing group is positioned above the first annular bulge, the lower end face of the upper packing group is abutted against the upper end face of the first annular bulge, and the upper end face of the upper packing group is abutted against the lower end face of the gland; the upper packing group comprises a first packing ring, a second packing ring and a third packing ring; the first packing ring and the third packing ring are respectively positioned above and below the second packing ring;
the first packing ring is provided with a through hole, the lower end face of the first packing ring is provided with a first annular inclined plane, and the first annular inclined plane is connected with the through hole through a first annular plane; the first annular inclined surface inclines towards the upper end surface of the first packing ring; a first main annular groove is arranged on the first annular inclined surface, the first main annular groove is perpendicular to the first annular inclined surface, and the section of the first main annular groove is U-shaped; a first secondary annular groove is formed in the first annular plane, and the cross section of the first secondary annular groove is in an isosceles trapezoid shape;
the second packing ring is provided with a through hole, the valve rod penetrates through the through hole, the upper end surface of the second packing ring is provided with a second upper annular inclined surface, and the second upper annular inclined surface is connected with the through hole through a second upper annular plane; the second upper annular inclined surface is inclined towards the upper end surface of the second packing ring,
the second upper annular inclined surface is mutually attached to the first annular inclined surface, and the second upper annular plane is mutually attached to the first annular plane;
a main annular bulge is arranged on the second upper annular inclined surface and is vertical to the second upper annular inclined surface, and the section of the main annular bulge is rectangular; the main annular bulge is inserted into the first main annular groove and is matched with the first main annular groove;
an auxiliary annular bulge is arranged on the second upper annular plane, and the cross section of the auxiliary annular bulge is in an isosceles trapezoid shape; the auxiliary annular bulge is inserted into the first auxiliary annular groove, and the auxiliary annular bulge is matched with the first auxiliary annular groove;
a second lower annular inclined plane is arranged on the lower end face of the second packing ring and connected with the through hole through a second lower annular plane; the second lower annular inclined surface inclines towards the upper end surface of the second packing ring; a lower annular bulge is arranged on the second lower annular plane, and the section of the lower annular bulge is in an isosceles trapezoid shape;
a through hole is formed in the third packing ring, the valve rod penetrates through the through hole, a third annular inclined surface is arranged on the upper end surface of the third packing ring, and the third annular inclined surface is connected with the through hole through a third annular plane; the third annular inclined surface inclines towards the upper end surface of the third packing ring; the third annular inclined plane is mutually attached to the second lower annular inclined plane, and the third annular plane is mutually attached to the second lower annular plane;
a third annular groove is formed in the third annular plane, and the cross section of the third annular groove is in an isosceles trapezoid shape; the lower annular bulge is inserted into the third annular groove and is matched with the third annular groove;
the upper end surface of the middle filler group is abutted against the lower end surface of the first annular bulge, and the lower end surface of the middle filler group is abutted against the upper end surface of the second annular bulge;
the upper end surface of the lower packing group is abutted against the lower end surface of the second annular protrusion, and the lower end surface of the lower packing group is abutted against the bottom surface of the packing cavity; the structural composition of the lower packing group is completely the same as that of the upper packing group.

A valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the connecting block increases as the distance from the central axis of the valve stem decreases; the length of the connecting piece is L1, and the length of the connecting piece gradually increases from top to bottom along the central axis direction of the valve rod.
3. A valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first groove section subtends an angle at the centre which is equal to the angle at which the first projection section subtends an angle which is greater than 180 °.
4. A valve according to claim 1, wherein a sealing gasket is provided between the lower end face of the stuffing box and the bottom of the stuffing chamber.
5. The valve according to claim 1, wherein the first annular inclined surface, the second upper annular inclined surface, the second lower annular inclined surface and the third annular inclined surface are parallel to each other, and the included angle between the first annular inclined surface and the horizontal plane is 5-30 degrees; the included angle between the second upper annular inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 5-30 degrees; the included angle between the second lower annular inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 5-30 degrees; the included angle between the third annular inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 5-30 degrees.
6. The valve of claim 1, wherein the middle packing group is a graphite asbestos cord; and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged in each annular groove.
