The invention discloses an upper shell of an air outlet end cone and a processing method thereof, comprising an upper shell body, wherein the upper shell body is provided with a small port and a large port, and the upper shell body is expanded and bent from the small port to the large port to form an upper shell body in a half shape of a tobacco pipe; the upper shell body comprises a small semicircular end part, an expanding and bending body part and a large semicircular end part, wherein the small semicircular end part is connected to the contraction end of the expanding and bending body part, the large semicircular end part is positioned at the expansion end of the expanding and bending body part, and the small semicircular end part, the expanding and bending body part and the large semicircular end part are integrally formed. The shell of the upper shell of the air outlet end cone and the processing method thereof provided by the invention are easy to process, stable in structure and higher in qualification rate of processed finished products.

As shown in fig. 1, an upper shell of an air outlet end cone comprises an upper shell body 1, wherein the upper shell body 1 is provided with a small port 100 and a large port 200, and the upper shell body 1 is formed into an upper shell body 1 in a half shape of a tobacco pipe by expanding and bending from the small port 100 to the large port 200.
The upper shell body 1 comprises a small semicircular end part 11, an expanded bent body part 12 and a large semicircular end part 13, the small semicircular end part 11 is connected to the contraction end of the expanded bent body part 12, the large semicircular end part 13 is located at the expansion end of the expanded bent body part 12, the small semicircular end part 11, the expanded bent body part 12 and the large semicircular end part 13 are integrally formed, stability of the integral structure of the upper shell body is improved, service life of the upper shell body can be greatly prolonged, cost is saved, safety is greatly improved, and accident occurrence frequency is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, an included angle α is formed between the plane in which the small port 100 is located and the plane in which the large port 200 is located, and the included angle α is 110 °, so that the relative positional relationship between the small semicircular end portion 11 and the large semicircular end portion 13 can be known.
As shown in fig. 2, the expanding curved body 12 is concavely provided with a concave portion 14 toward the upper housing body 1, the concave portion 14 is disposed near the small semicircular end 11, and the peripheral contour of the concave portion 14 is in a closed curve shape, so as to improve structural stability.

As shown in fig. 5, the end edge of the large semicircular end portion 13 is a large port 200, and the radius R2 of the large port is 57mm;
