本发明涉及一种生物质燃气制造机。主要解决现有的生物质燃气制造机只能气化灰熔点高、不易结焦的生物质、灰渣中含有碳等问题。其特征在于:所述壳体左侧固定有送料绞龙(6),送料绞龙(6)右端与气化室(2)相通,气化室(2)底部设有炉排(21),炉排(21)右端的灰渣室内设有碎渣器(10)和出渣绞龙(12);气化室(2)右侧壳体内表面上涂有红外线反射涂层(17),气化室(2)左侧中部开有可燃气出口(18),可燃气出口(18)上部与可燃气过滤室(1)连通。该生物质燃气制造机可以气化灰熔点低、容易结焦的生物质,可以连续气化、连续排渣,产生的灰渣主要成分为二氧化硅,可以作为建筑材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物质燃气制造机,是一种利用废弃物作燃料转化为优质燃气的设备。
背景技术
目前,采用桔杆等农林废弃物、下脚料作为燃料的气化炉越来越多,这种气化炉充分利用了可再生资源、节约了能源,符合目前倡导的开发利用可再生新能源的趋势。但是,目前的气化炉大多存在以下缺点:只能气化灰熔点高、不容易结焦的生物质;产生的灰渣中含有碳,没有将碳利用完全;不能连续生产,需要人工看守。
发明内容
为了克服现有的生物质燃气制造机只能气化灰熔点高、不易结焦的生物质、灰渣中含有碳的不足,本发明提供一种生物质燃气制造机,该生物质燃气制造机可以气化灰熔点低、容易结焦的生物质,可以连续气化、连续排渣,产生的灰渣主要成分为二氧化硅,可以作为建筑材料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种生物质燃气制造机,包括壳体、冷却水箱,所述壳体内壁上设有耐火保温层,所述冷却水箱置于壳体外部,所述壳体左侧固定有送料绞龙,送料绞龙左端上部连接料斗,送料绞龙右端与气化室相通,所述气化室底部设有炉排,炉排右端的灰渣室内设有碎渣器和出渣绞龙;所述气化室右侧壳体上部向内倾斜,且壳体的耐火保温层内表面上涂有红外线反射涂层,气化室上部连接有废气通道,气化室左侧底部开有进风口,左侧中部开有可燃气出口,可燃气出口上部通过可燃气通道与可燃气过滤室连通,可燃气过滤室上连接有燃气输出管线;所述冷却水箱上部连接有出水管,出水管末端连接冷却水管,冷却水管沿气化室外表面布置,其末端连接回水管,所述回水管上连接有水泵,且回水管末端连接冷却水箱。
所述料斗下端连接有闭风器,闭风器下端连接送料绞龙。
所述炉排上部设有推渣器,推渣器左端通过减速机连接推渣电机。
所述壳体上进风口处连接有蒸汽入口及鼓风机。
所述可燃气通道底部的壳体上开有清灰门。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,气化室右侧的壳体上部向内倾斜,同时壳体内表面设有红外线反射涂层,生物质燃料气化分解后的碳在氧化过程中释放大量红外线,红外线由红外线反射涂层反射到生物质燃料表面,使生物质燃料加速热分解过程,从而将碳利用完全。送料绞龙和推渣器、出渣绞龙的应用,可以实现连接送料和连续排渣,使该装置可以实现气化灰熔点低、容易结焦的生物质,从而实现连续生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1所示,一种生物质燃气制造机,包括壳体、料斗4、冷却水箱24,所述壳体内壁上设有耐火保温层14,所述料斗4底部连接有闭风器5,闭风器5下端连接送料绞龙6,闭风器5可以防止烟气外漏,送料绞龙6右端与气化室2相通,送料绞龙6可以将燃料推进气化室2内。所述气化室2底部设有炉排21,炉排底部风室9,炉排21上部设有推渣器11,推渣器11左端通过减速机3连接推渣电机。炉排21右端的灰渣室内设有碎渣器10和出渣绞龙12,灰渣落到炉排21上后,可以由推渣器11向前推进,落到碎渣器10内破碎,再由出渣绞龙12排出,可以实现连续排渣。
所述气化室2右侧壳体上部向内倾斜,且壳体的耐火保温层14内表面上涂有红外线反射涂层17,红外线反射涂层17可以热量反射到干燥区26,使生物质燃料表面温度更集中,加速生物质分解过程。气化室2上部连接有废气通道13,废气通道13上连接排气管,废气由此排出。气化室2左侧底部开有进风口,连接有蒸汽入口8及鼓风机7,这样可同时向气供空气及水蒸汽,水蒸汽起到气化剂的作用,加速气化过程。气化室2左侧化室2内中部开有可燃气出口18,可燃气出口18上部通过可燃气通道16与可燃气过滤室1连通,可燃气过滤室1上连接有燃气输出管线20。可燃气通道16底部的壳体上开有清灰门19,可燃气过滤室1内部设有过滤网,灰渣被过滤网阻挡后落下,通过清灰门19进行清理。
所述冷却水箱24置于壳体外部,冷却水箱24上部连接有出水管25,出水管25末端连接冷却水管15,冷却水管15沿气化室2处的壳体外表面布置,可以沿壳体盘旋向下,其末端连接回水管23,所述回水管23上连接有水泵22,且回水管23末端连接冷却水箱24。
燃料放入料斗4,由送料绞龙6送入到气化室2内,同时蒸汽入口8和鼓风机7向气化室2内供风,气化室2内的生物质燃料利用生物质气化与生物质红外线热解技术有机的结合进行闪速气化分解,分解出的有机气体(为可燃气,主要成份CH4、CO、H2、烃气等气体),通过可燃气出口18进入可燃气通道16,经过可燃气过滤室1过滤后通过燃气输出管20排出使用。气化分解后的碳继续与空气、气化剂进行氧化还原反应,释放高温的气体(高温气体主要成份CO、CO2、H、H2O等气体),高温气体作用在燃料表面的还原区27处进行气化还原反应,同时碳在燃尽区28进行氧化反应,氧化过程中释放大量红外线,红外线由气化室2上斜面的红外线反射涂层17反射到生物质燃料表面,使生物质燃料加速热分解过程。完全分解后的生物质灰渣29落在炉排21上,由推渣器11推出,再由碎渣机10破碎后通过出渣绞龙12排出,产生的灰渣主要成分为二氧化硅,可以作为建筑材料。

1.一种生物质燃气制造机,包括壳体、冷却水箱(24),所述壳体内壁上设有耐火保温层(14),所述冷却水箱(24)置于壳体外部,其特征在于:所述壳体左侧固定有送料绞龙(6),送料绞龙(6)左端上部连接料斗(4),送料绞龙(6)右端与气化室(2)相通,所述气化室(2)底部设有炉排(21),炉排(21)右端的灰渣室内设有碎渣器(10)和出渣绞龙(12);所述气化室(2)右侧壳体上部向内倾斜,且壳体的耐火保温层(14)内表面上涂有红外线反射涂层(17),气化室(2)上部连接有废气通道(13),气化室(2)左侧底部开有进风口,左侧中部开有可燃气出口(18),可燃气出口(18)上部通过可燃气通道(16)与可燃气过滤室(1)连通,可燃气过滤室(1)上连接有燃气输出管线(20);
所述冷却水箱(24)上部连接有出水管(25),出水管(25)末端连接冷却水管(15),冷却水管(15)沿气化室(2)外表面布置,其末端连接回水管(23),所述回水管(23)上连接有水泵(22),且回水管(23)末端连接冷却水箱(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质燃气制造机,其特征在于:所述料斗(4)下端连接有闭风器(5),闭风器(5)下端连接送料绞龙(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的生物质燃气制造机,其特征在于:所述炉排(21)上部设有推渣器(11),推渣器(11)左端通过减速机(3)连接推渣电机。
4.根据权利要求3所述的生物质燃气制造机,其特征在于:所述壳体上进风口处连接有蒸汽入口(8)及鼓风机(7)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生物质燃气制造机,其特征在于:所述可燃气通道(16)底部的壳体上开有清灰门(19)。
