Detailed Description
Technical aspects of embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and fully described in the following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and detailed description for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the aspects of the present invention.
The watchband connecting assembly provided by the invention comprises a clamping and embedding part arranged on the watchband 7, wherein the clamping and embedding part is used for being detachably connected with the clamping and embedding part 101 of the watch body 10, so that the disconnection and connection of the watchband 7 and the watch body 10 are realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 of the specification, the clamping and embedding part comprises two moving clamping hooks 1, a moving block 2, a key 3 and a moving clamping hook elastic part 5; the moving hook 1 is used as a final executing component and is used for directly contacting with the clamping part 101 to realize clamping of the clamping part 101, thereby completing the aim of connecting with the clamping part 101; the specific shape of the moving hook 1 may be determined by the manner of installation of the engaging portion 101.
Taking fig. 11 as an example of the specification, the clamping part 101 is provided with two hooks extending outwards, the two moving hooks 1 are respectively connected with one hook, and the moving hooks 1 are provided with a clamping structure for accommodating the hooks, so that the two moving hooks 1 are clamped with the clamping part 101; specifically, the clamping structure is in a notch shape, the notch can be used for the bent hook to extend in, and when the notch covers the bent hook, the positions of the two moving clamping hooks 1 relative to the clamping part 101 are fixed, so that the watchband 7 and the watch body 10 are connected; when the notch is far away from the hook and the hook is separated from the notch, the two moving hooks 1 are separated from the engaging portion 101, that is, the watchband 7 and the watch body 10 are disconnected. The two moving hooks 1 are provided with engaging hooks 14, as shown in fig. 6 of the specification, the engaging hooks 14 are positioned at the top of the moving hooks 1, and the engaging hooks 14 form the notch to engage and disengage the engaging hooks 14 with and from the engaging portion 101.
The key 3 and the movement block 2 are slidably connected, taking the orientation shown in fig. 1 to 3 of the specification as an example, when the key 3 is pressed, the key 3 receives a pressing force perpendicular to the watchband 7 and transmits the pressing force to the movement block 2, and the movement block 2 moves in the extending direction of the watchband 7 (i.e., moves in a direction away from the engaging portion 101) after receiving the pressing force.
In other words, the pressing force applied to the key 3 is perpendicular to the movement direction of the movement block 2, and in order to achieve this technical effect, the sliding connection position between the key 3 and the movement block 2 should be set to be inclined, and from the viewpoint of force analysis, only when the sliding connection position between the key 3 and the movement block 2 is inclined, the pressing force perpendicular to the watchband 7 can be converted into the pushing force along the extending direction of the watchband 7, and the inclined surface should be inclined with respect to the pressing force and the pushing force; of course, the above effect can be achieved by having one of the key 3 and the motion block 2 with an inclined surface, and an embodiment in which both the key 3 and the motion block 2 have an inclined surface will be given later.
The two sides of the moving block 2 are inclined surfaces, and gradually approach along the direction away from the clamping part 101, as shown in the accompanying drawings 1 to 3 of the specification, the moving block 2 is in a necking shape, the upper edge is longer, and the lower edge is narrower; when the moving block 2 moves along the direction away from the clamping part 101 after receiving the pressing force of the key 3, the two moving hooks 1 are extruded by the two sides of the moving block 2 and move away from each other, the distance between the two moving hooks 1 is increased, and the two moving hooks 1 are separated from the clamping part 101, namely, the watchband 7 and the watch body 10 are disconnected.
Each moving hook 1 is connected with a moving hook elastic part 5, taking the direction shown in fig. 3 of the specification as an example, two moving hooks 1 are respectively located at the left side and the right side, the moving hook elastic parts 5 located at the left side are connected with the moving hooks 1 located at the left side, the left end of the moving hook elastic parts 5 located at the left side is propped against the left inner wall of the watchband 7, the right end of the moving hook elastic parts 5 located at the left side is propped against the moving hook 1 located at the left side, and the connection modes between the moving hook elastic parts 5 located at the right side and the moving hook 1 located at the right side are similar, and are not repeated herein. The moving hook elastic part 5 may be provided as a spring or the like.
When the moving block 2 moves along the direction away from the clamping part 101, the two moving hooks 1 move away from each other, and simultaneously the moving hook elastic part 5 is compressed, and at the moment, the elastic potential energy of the moving hook elastic part 5 is stored; when the pressing force is lost by the key 3, the acting force on the moving block 2 is lost by the key 3, and at the moment, the moving block 2 does not apply force on the two moving hooks 1 any more; because the two moving hooks 1 are not subjected to the acting force from the moving block 2 any more, the elastic potential energy of the moving hook elastic part 5 is released, so that the two moving hooks 1 move in opposite directions, namely, the two moving hooks 1 are close to each other, and the moving block 2 is pushed to move towards the direction close to the clamping part 101 in the process of being close to each other, and the two moving hooks 1 can be clamped in the clamping part 101; at the same time, when the movement block 2 moves in a direction approaching the engagement portion 101, the key 3 can be gradually lifted up, so that the key 3 is reset, and can be pressed when the watchband 7 and the watch body 10 need to be disconnected next time. The reset mode of the key 3 may be implemented by providing a key elastic portion 4 described later.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6 of the drawings, the moving block 2 includes a middle wedge surface 24, and the thickness of the middle wedge surface 24 becomes gradually thicker in a direction away from the engaging portion 101; taking the orientation shown in fig. 5 of the specification as an example, the end (upper end) of the middle wedge surface 24 close to the engaging portion 101 is thinner, the end (lower end) of the middle wedge surface 24 away from the engaging portion 101 is thicker, and the surface of the middle wedge surface 24 is smooth and is not a stepped surface; the key 3 includes an inclined surface 31, and as shown in fig. 7 of the specification, the inclined angles of the inclined surface 31 and the middle wedge surface 24 may be set to be the same.
