Specifically, please refer to fig. 5, which is a block diagram illustrating the data processing unit 130 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the present embodiment, the data processing unit 130 includes a data receiver 131, a processor 132 and a memory 133.
The data receiver 131 is communicatively connected to the first data transmitter 113 and the second data transmitter 123, and is configured to receive humidity data inside the battery box 11 from the first data transmitter 113 and humidity data outside the battery box 11 from the second data transmitter 123.
The processor 132 is electrically connected to the data receiver 131, and is configured to determine whether liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11 according to the humidity data inside and outside the battery box 11 received by the data receiver 131. The processor 132 calculates an external humidity change value, an internal humidity change value, and an internal and external humidity difference value of the battery box 11 corresponding to two adjacent data receiving processes according to the received internal and external humidity data of the battery box 11, calculates an internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box 11 in a time period corresponding to the preset time interval under the action of the external humidity of the battery box 11 based on the external humidity change value, the internal humidity change value, and the internal and external humidity difference values, determines whether the internal humidity change rate is within a preset humidity change rate range, and determines that liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11 when the internal humidity change rate is not within the preset humidity change rate range.
The memory 133 is disposed between the data receiver 131 and the processor 132, and electrically connected to the data receiver 131 and the processor 132, and is configured to store the humidity data received by the data receiver 131, and also to store a preset humidity change rate range and a preset humidity change rate calculation model. The rate calculation model is used for calculating the internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box body 11 in the time period corresponding to the preset time interval under the action of the external humidity of the battery box body 11 when no leakage exists in the battery box body 11 and the internal humidity of the battery box body 11 only changes along with the change of the external humidity of the battery box body 11. The preset humidity change rate range is used for representing a humidity change rate numerical range, matched with the humidity change outside the battery box 11, of the inside of the battery box 11. The input parameters of the rate calculation model include an external humidity change value and an internal humidity change value of the battery box body 11 obtained in two adjacent data acquisition processes, and internal and external humidity difference values of the battery box body 11 corresponding to the two data acquisition processes, and the output parameters of the rate calculation model are internal humidity change rates of the internal humidity of the battery box body 11 in a time period between the two adjacent data acquisition processes under the action of the external humidity of the battery box body 11.
When liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11, the internal humidity change rate calculated by the processor 132 based on the two adjacent received humidity data inside and outside the battery box 11 will be outside the preset humidity change rate range.
In this embodiment, the memory 133 is further configured to store software function modules, computer programs, and the like required by the liquid leakage detection apparatus 100 to determine whether a liquid leakage occurs in the battery case 11, and is further configured to store the preset humidity threshold. The Memory 133 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
Fig. 6 is another block diagram of the liquid leakage detecting apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the liquid leakage detecting apparatus 100 may further include an alarm unit 140, where the alarm unit 140 is electrically connected to the data processing unit 130, and is configured to send an alarm prompt when the data processing unit 130 determines that liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11. The alarm unit 140 may include an alarm generator, and the alarm unit 140 may issue an alarm prompt through the alarm generator.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a liquid leakage detection method according to an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, the liquid leakage detection method is applied to the liquid leakage detection apparatus 100 described above, and the specific flow and steps of the liquid leakage detection method shown in fig. 7 are described in detail below.
In step S310, the first humidity collecting unit 110 collects humidity data in the battery box 11 at preset time intervals, and sends the collected humidity data in the battery box 11 to the data processing unit 130.
In step S320, the second humidity collecting unit 120 collects humidity data outside the battery box 11 at preset time intervals, and sends the collected humidity data outside the battery box 11 to the data processing unit 130.
In step S330, the data processing unit 130 calculates an internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box 11 under the action of the external humidity of the battery box 11 according to the received humidity data inside and outside the battery box 11 at two adjacent times, and determines whether liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11 according to the internal humidity change rate.
Optionally, please refer to fig. 8, which is a flowchart illustrating the sub-steps included in step S330 shown in fig. 7. In this embodiment, the liquid leakage detecting apparatus 100 stores a preset humidity threshold, and the step S330 includes a sub-step S331 and a sub-step S332.
And a substep S331 of calculating an external humidity change value, an internal humidity change value, and an internal and external humidity difference value of the battery box 11 corresponding to the two adjacent data receiving processes according to the received humidity data inside and outside the battery box 11.
In the substep S332, based on the external humidity change value, the internal humidity change value, and the difference between the internal humidity and the external humidity, the internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box 11 in the time period corresponding to the preset time interval under the action of the external humidity of the battery box 11 is calculated.
Step S333, determining whether the internal humidity change rate is within a preset humidity change rate range, and if not, determining that liquid leakage occurs inside the battery case 11.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of a liquid leakage detection method according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, if the liquid leakage detecting apparatus 100 includes the alarm unit 140, the method may further include step S340.
In step S340, if the data processing unit 130 determines that the liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box 11, the data processing unit 130 controls the alarm unit 140 to issue an alarm prompt.
In summary, in the liquid leakage detection device, the liquid leakage detection method and the battery system provided in the embodiments of the present application, the liquid leakage detection device has a simple structure and low manufacturing difficulty, and can monitor and detect the liquid leakage condition inside the battery system, so as to ensure the power supply performance and the power supply safety of the battery system and avoid causing serious loss. The liquid leakage detection equipment is applied to a battery system, the battery system comprises a battery box body, a waterproof vent valve and a plurality of battery units, the plurality of battery units are arranged in the battery box body, and the waterproof vent valve is arranged on one box body side surface of the battery box body to communicate the inside and the outside of the battery box body. The equipment comprises a first humidity acquisition unit, a second humidity acquisition unit and a data processing unit. The first humidity acquisition unit is arranged in the battery box body, the second humidity acquisition unit is arranged outside the battery box body, and the first humidity acquisition unit and the second humidity acquisition unit respectively acquire humidity data in the battery box body and humidity data outside the battery box body according to a preset time interval and send the acquired humidity data to the data processing unit. The data processing unit sets up outside the battery box, the data processing unit receives the humidity data inside and outside the battery box to receive according to adjacent twice the humidity data inside and outside the battery box calculates the inside humidity rate of change of battery box is in inside humidity rate of change under the effect of the outside humidity of battery box judges according to the inside humidity rate of change of rate whether liquid leakage appears in the battery box, thereby realizes monitoring and detecting the inside liquid leakage situation of battery system, ensures the power supply performance and the power supply security of battery system avoid causing serious loss.

Claims (6)

1. The liquid leakage detection equipment is applied to a battery system, the battery system comprises a battery box body, a waterproof vent valve and a plurality of battery units, the battery units are arranged in the battery box body, and the waterproof vent valve is arranged on one box body side surface of the battery box body so as to be communicated with the inside and the outside of the battery box body;
the first humidity acquisition unit is arranged in the battery box body, the second humidity acquisition unit is arranged outside the battery box body, and the first humidity acquisition unit and the second humidity acquisition unit respectively acquire humidity data in the battery box body and humidity data outside the battery box body according to a preset time interval and send the acquired humidity data to the data processing unit;
the data processing unit is arranged outside the battery box body, receives humidity data inside and outside the battery box body, calculates the internal humidity change rate of the humidity inside the battery box body under the action of the humidity outside the battery box body according to the humidity data inside and outside the battery box body received twice in a neighboring mode, and judges whether liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box body according to the obtained internal humidity change rate;
the battery box body is of a hollow cavity structure, and the first humidity acquisition unit comprises a first humidity sensor, a first controller and a first data transmitter;
the first controller is electrically connected with the first humidity sensor and is used for controlling the first humidity sensor to perform data acquisition on humidity data in the battery box at preset time intervals, wherein the first humidity sensor is arranged on the bottom of a cavity in the battery box and is close to the plurality of battery units;
the first controller is electrically connected with the first data transmitter and is used for controlling the first data transmitter to send the humidity data acquired by the first humidity sensor to the data processing unit;
the second humidity acquisition unit comprises a second humidity sensor, a second controller and a second data transmitter;
the second controller is electrically connected with the second humidity sensor and is used for controlling the second humidity sensor to acquire humidity data outside the battery box at preset time intervals, wherein the second humidity sensor is arranged on the outer surface outside the battery box and close to the waterproof vent valve;
the second controller is electrically connected with the second data transmitter and is used for controlling the second data transmitter to send the humidity data acquired by the second humidity sensor to the data processing unit;
the data processing unit comprises a data receiver and a processor;
the data receiver is in communication connection with the first data transmitter and the second data transmitter and is used for receiving humidity data in the battery box body from the first data transmitter and humidity data outside the battery box body from the second data transmitter;
the processor is electrically connected with the data receiver and used for calculating an external humidity change value, an internal humidity change value and an internal and external humidity difference value of the battery box corresponding to the adjacent two data receiving processes according to the received internal and external humidity data of the battery box, calculating an internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box in a time period corresponding to a preset time interval under the action of the external humidity of the battery box based on the external humidity change value, the internal humidity change value and the internal and external humidity difference values, judging whether the internal humidity change rate is in a preset humidity change rate range or not, and judging that liquid leakage occurs in the battery box when the internal humidity change rate is not in the preset humidity change rate range.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an alarm unit;
the alarm unit is electrically connected with the data processing unit and used for sending out an alarm prompt when the data processing unit judges that liquid leakage occurs in the battery box body.
3. The apparatus of any of claims 1-2, wherein the first humidity sensor is a humidity sensitive resistor or a humidity sensitive capacitor and the second humidity sensor is a humidity sensitive resistor or a humidity sensitive capacitor.
4. A liquid leak detection method applied to the liquid leak detection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the method comprising:
the first humidity acquisition unit acquires humidity data in the battery box at intervals according to preset time and sends the acquired humidity data in the battery box to the data processing unit;
the second humidity acquisition unit acquires humidity data outside the battery box body at preset time intervals and sends the acquired humidity data outside the battery box body to the data processing unit;
the data processing unit calculates the internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box under the action of the external humidity of the battery box according to the received humidity data inside and outside the battery box at two adjacent times, and judges whether liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box according to the internal humidity change rate;
the device is provided with a preset humidity change rate range which is used for representing the matching between the humidity change inside the battery box body and the humidity change outside the battery box body and aims at the inside of the battery box body, the data processing unit calculates the internal humidity change rate of the humidity inside the battery box body under the action of the humidity outside the battery box body according to the humidity data inside and outside the battery box body received twice, and the step of judging whether liquid leakage occurs inside the battery box body according to the internal humidity change rate comprises the following steps:
calculating an external humidity change value, an internal humidity change value and an internal and external humidity difference value of the battery box body corresponding to two adjacent data receiving processes according to the received humidity data inside and outside the battery box body;
calculating the internal humidity change rate of the internal humidity of the battery box in the time period corresponding to the preset time interval under the action of the external humidity of the battery box based on the external humidity change value, the internal humidity change value and the internal and external humidity difference values;
and judging whether the internal humidity change rate is within a preset humidity change rate range or not, and judging that liquid leakage occurs in the battery box body when the internal humidity change rate is not within the preset humidity change rate range.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the device includes an alarm unit, the method further comprises:
and if the data processing unit judges that liquid leakage occurs in the battery box body, the data processing unit controls the alarm unit to send out an alarm prompt.
6. A battery system, characterized in that the battery system comprises a battery case, a waterproof vent valve, a plurality of battery cells, and the liquid leakage detection apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3;
the battery box comprises a plurality of battery units, a waterproof vent valve and a liquid leakage detection device, wherein the battery units are arranged in the battery box body, the waterproof vent valve is arranged on one box body side surface of the battery box body to communicate the inside and the outside of the battery box body, and the liquid leakage detection device is used for detecting whether liquid leakage occurs in the battery box body.
