The load mechanisms 4 are arranged at the upper end or/and the lower end of the modular box body 3, so that the load of the modular box body 3 is reduced. The load mechanism 4 comprises a holding rod member 411, a cover plate 42 and screws; the cover plate 42 is fixed on the holding rod 411 by screws, and the box body 31 is connected to the cover plate 42 by screws.
Referring to fig. 15, fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an interface module. The box body equipment also comprises an interface module; the interface module is arranged at the top of the box body 31; the upper rotary joint 2 is provided with an electrical interface and a communication interface, the electrical interface and the communication interface are combined to form an interface part 44, and the electrical interface and the communication interface specifically comprise: the system comprises a display network interface, a single lamp controller interface, a host computer interface, a camera network interface, a display screen power supply interface, a general network interface and a power supply interface; the display network interface is arranged on one side of the single lamp controller interface; the lower edge of the single lamp controller interface is provided with a host interface; one side of the host interface is provided with a camera network interface; the lower edge of the camera network interface is provided with a main network interface; a display screen power supply interface is arranged on one side of the main network interface; and a power interface is arranged at the lower edge of the power interface of the display screen.
The electrical interface also comprises an electrical interface with multiple specifications of 5V/12V/24V/220V; the communication interface also comprises standard communication interfaces such as Rj45 and a CAN bus. The interface module sets up on the last connector 43 of case body for the interface wiring is unified, simple to operate. The interface 44 is provided with electrical interfaces and communication interfaces of various specifications, so that unified power supply and communication are facilitated, a module does not need to be designed independently, and the structure is simple.
The wiring mode of the interface module adopts a distributed or centralized mode, so that the wiring is simple, and meanwhile, the pipeline accidents are avoided; when inside is walked the line and is adopted centralized scheme, through setting up the mainframe box, the mainframe box is unified power supply and communication for the case body, and all the other case bodies are established with the mainframe box through last connector 43 on the case body and are connected, realize function module's plug-and-play, make things convenient for the installation and the maintenance of case body.
The modularized box body 3 is internally provided with two electric installation planes, wherein one electric installation plane is used for installing in a factory production line as an electric by hollowing out the aluminum material corresponding to the lamp rod surface and replaying the aluminum material into the box body, or installing an electric element plate and the like in the opposite surface of the hollowed-out surface of the box body.

The present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and has a difference that the interface module of the present embodiment is disposed at the bottom end of the box body 31, that is, a section of cavity is dug at the lower end of the box body 31 to form an electrical wiring cavity, and the closing plate 32 is combined to hide the electrical wires, so that a cavity with an accommodating space is formed at the bottom of the cavity, which facilitates routing and placing between the box body 31 to hide redundant electrical wires, and improves the safety and the aesthetic measure of the box body 31; and simultaneously improves the water resistance and the operation convenience.

Claims (14)

1. the pole holding piece comprises a hoop body and a T-shaped connecting piece; two ends of the hoop body naturally extend to form mounting plates; the number of the hoop bodies is two, and the two hoop bodies are distributed oppositely;
the box body hanging part comprises a T-shaped positioning part, a holding rod part and a U-shaped groove; the T-shaped positioning piece is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the holding rod part; two ends of the holding rod part naturally and reversely extend to form a U-shaped groove; an opening is formed in the middle of the holding rod part; the number of the box body hanging pieces is two, and the two box body hanging pieces are distributed oppositely; when the two box body hanging pieces are oppositely distributed, the two pole holding parts form a lamp pole assembling hole, a gap is formed between the two U-shaped grooves, and the T-shaped connecting piece of the pole holding part extends out of the gap; the opening is in a door shape, and the hoop body of the holding rod piece extends out of the opening;
the modularized box body comprises a box body main body; sealing plates are arranged on two sides of the box body main body through bolts, a turning plate is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the box body main body, an electric cavity is formed inside the turning plate, and the turning plate is hinged with the box body main body; the turning plate and the box body are integrally formed and then cut; and a water guide groove is formed around the inner wall of the electric cavity.

The box body equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hoop body is provided with auxiliary positioning holes; the auxiliary positioning hole is provided with a positioning screw or a stop screw; the T-shaped connecting piece is provided with an aligning screw hole which is oval, and an aligning screw is assembled in the aligning screw hole.
3. The cabinet apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plate is disposed in the electrical cavity, screw mounting holes are disposed on one side of the plate, and electrical holes are disposed on the other side of the plate.

The box apparatus of claim 5, wherein the interface module comprises an upper connector, an electrical interface, and a communication interface; the interface module is arranged at the top of the box body main body; the upper connecting piece is provided with an electrical interface and a communication interface, and the electrical interface and the communication interface are combined to form an interface part.

The box body equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the internal wiring scheme of the electrical interface and the communication interface is distributed wiring or/and centralized wiring; the distributed wiring is converted through the box body; the centralized wiring refers to that one box body is used as a main case, the main case is used for uniformly supplying power and communicating with the box body, and the other box bodies are connected with the main case through upper connecting pieces.

11. The cabinet apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular cabinet cross section has electrical wiring cavities below the flat plate; and a sealing plate is arranged on the outer side of the electric wiring cavity.
12. The box body equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein both sides of the hoop body are designed to be splayed with a small upper part and a big lower part.
13. The cabinet apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped groove is provided therein with a mounting hole through which a locking bolt is mounted.
14. A smart light pole based system comprising a cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein a gateway and a communication control system are connected to the cabinet.
