Abstract
本发明公开一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,包括灯座和灯杆,灯座内设有LED照明灯,灯座上设有灯盖,灯盖上设有太阳能电池板,灯座的一侧设有清洁架,清洁架与灯座滑动连接,清洁架与太阳能电池板之间设有清洁布,灯杆上设有高压喷头。清洁架对现有LED路灯进行清洁,解决了太阳能板因长期得不到清洁导致太阳能板的吸光转化效率降低,节省了大量的清洁工作,降低人工成本,保证太阳能电池板的充足光照,灯罩设为POM塑料材料,透明度高、耐腐蚀,具有较高的硬度,使用寿命长;限位块的配合保证清洁架运动不会超出范围,灯杆上的高压喷头通过气液混合的工作方式发射雾状的水分子,对交通拥挤的城市道路进行降尘,保持空气的湿度,对空气进行净化。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,特别涉及一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯。
背景技术
大气污染是我国目前最突出的环境问题之一,其中工厂废气是造成大气污染的重大污染源之一。工厂废气未经净化处理排放至空气中,除了对空气质量造成严重破坏,还会对人体的健康造成重大威胁。长期生活在污染的空气中,生活质量及身体健康将急剧下降。现有的道路LED灯,占地面积较大,功能单一,而且为了节能环保,道路LED灯上多安装了太阳能电池板,但是,因为汽车尾气以及长期无人清洁,导致太阳能电池板收到损伤,光转化效率较低,浪费了资源。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,方便清洁、对道路上的灰尘进行降尘处理。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,包括:包括灯座和灯杆,所述灯座内设有LED照明灯,所述灯座上设有灯盖,灯盖上设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与灯盖为可拆卸结构,所述灯座内设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池与太阳能电池板电性连接,所述灯座的一侧设有清洁架,所述清洁架与灯座滑动连接,所述清洁架与太阳能电池板之间设有清洁布,所述清洁布固定在清洁架上,所述灯座内设有丝杆和电机,所述丝杆一端与灯座转动连接,丝杆另一端与电机连接,电机转动带动丝杆转动,丝杆转动带动清洁架运动,所述灯座的两侧设有滑槽,所述清洁架沿着滑槽与灯座做左右运动,所述灯杆上设有高压喷头,所述高压喷头的一端连接有进水管,所述进水管与路面上的消防栓连通,所述高压喷头上连接有进气管,所述进气管的一端连接有气泵,所述气泵设置在灯杆内,所述高压喷头采用气液混合的工作方式。
进一步,所述灯座上设有限位开关,所述清洁架上设有限位销,清洁架通过限位销与限位开关配合进行限位。
进一步,所述清洁布设为微纤维材料。
进一步,所述灯座上设有灯罩,灯罩设为POM塑料材料。
进一步,所述电机为伺服电机。
进一步,所述进水管、进气管上设有控制阀。
本发明的有益效果为:清洁架对现有LED路灯进行清洁,解决了太阳能板因长期得不到清洁导致太阳能板的吸光转化效率降低,节省了大量的清洁工作,降低人工成本,保证太阳能电池板的充足光照,灯罩设为POM塑料材料,透明度高、耐腐蚀,具有较高的硬度,使用寿命长;限位块的配合保证清洁架运动不会超出范围,灯杆上的高压喷头通过气液混合的工作方式发射雾状的水分子,对交通拥挤的城市道路进行降尘,保持空气的湿度,对空气进行净化。

为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,包括灯座1和灯杆2,所述灯座1内设有LED照明灯,所述灯座1上设有灯盖,灯盖上设有太阳能电池板3,所述太阳能电池板3与灯盖为可拆卸结构,所述灯座1内设有蓄电池4,所述蓄电池4与太阳能电池板3电性连接,所述灯座1的一侧设有清洁架5,所述清洁架5与灯座1滑动连接,所述清洁架5与太阳能电池板3之间设有清洁布5.1,所述清洁布5.1固定在清洁架5上,所述灯座1内设有丝杆6和电机6.1,所述丝杆6一端与灯座1转动连接,丝杆6另一端与电机6.1连接,电机6.1转动带动丝杆6转动,丝杆6转动带动清洁架5运动,所述灯座1的两侧设有滑槽6.2,所述清洁架5沿着滑槽6.2与灯座1做左右运动,所述灯杆2上设有高压喷头7,所述高压喷头7的一端连接有进水管8,所述进水管8与路面上的消防栓8.1连通,所述高压喷头7上连接有进气管9,所述进气管9的一端连接有气泵9.1,所述气泵9.1设置在灯杆2内,所述高压喷头7采用气液混合的工作方式。
所述灯座1上设有限位开关6.3,所述清洁架5上设有限位销6.4,清洁架5通过限位销6.4与限位开关6.3配合进行限位。
所述清洁布5.1设为微纤维材料。
所述灯座1上设有灯罩1.1,灯罩1.1设为POM塑料材料。
所述电机6.1为伺服电机。
所述进水管8、进气管9上设有控制阀。
该装置使用过程中,启动电机6.1,电机6.1控制丝杆6旋转,丝杆6与清洁架5螺纹连接,灯座1的两侧设有滑槽6.2,清洁架5沿着滑槽6.2与太阳能电池板3做相对运动,清洁架5上的清洁布5.1与太阳能电池板3贴合,对太阳能电池板3做定期的清洁,不需要人工成本,也杜绝了工人爬上爬下所带来的安全隐患,灯杆2上的高压喷头7,在空气质量较差时,启动进水管8与进气管9,控制高压喷头7对道路进行降尘工作,简单方便。

1.一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,包括灯座(1)和灯杆(2),其特征在于:所述灯座(1)内设有LED照明灯,所述灯座(1)上设有灯盖,灯盖上设有太阳能电池板(3),所述太阳能电池板(3)与灯盖为可拆卸结构,所述灯座(1)内设有蓄电池(4),所述蓄电池(4)与太阳能电池板(3)电性连接,所述灯座(1)的一侧设有清洁架(5),所述清洁架(5)与灯座(1)滑动连接,所述清洁架(5)与太阳能电池板(3)之间设有清洁布(5.1),所述清洁布(5.1)固定在清洁架(5)上,所述灯座(1)内设有丝杆(6)和电机(6.1),所述丝杆(6)一端与灯座(1)转动连接,丝杆(6)另一端与电机(6.1)连接,电机(6.1)转动带动丝杆(6)转动,丝杆(6)转动带动清洁架(5)运动,所述灯座(1)的两侧设有滑槽(6.2),所述清洁架(5)沿着滑槽(6.2)与灯座(1)做左右运动,所述灯杆(2)上设有高压喷头(7),所述高压喷头(7)的一端连接有进水管(8),所述进水管(8)与路面上的消防栓(8.1)连通,所述高压喷头(7)上连接有进气管(9),所述进气管(9)的一端连接有气泵(9.1),所述气泵(9.1)设置在灯杆(2)内,所述高压喷头(7)采用气液混合的工作方式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)上设有限位开关(6.3),所述清洁架(5)上设有限位销(6.4),清洁架(5)通过限位销(6.4)与限位开关(6.3)配合进行限位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,其特征在于:所述清洁布(5.1)设为微纤维材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,其特征在于:所述灯座(1)上设有灯罩(1.1),灯罩(1.1)设为POM塑料材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,其特征在于:所述电机(6.1)为伺服电机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可除尘的多功能道路LED灯,其特征在于:所述进水管(8)、进气管(9)上设有控制阀。
