一种LED路灯,属照明设备技术领域,用于解决目前LED路灯无法实现照明面积调节的问题。技术方案为:构成中包括灯罩、恒流源、LED光源、基板、散热片,基板通过弯折成具有一个底面和两个侧面的V型基板,基板底面和两个侧面的内侧固定连接LED光源,散热片固定于基板底面和两个侧面外侧,LED光源连接恒流源,构成中还包括贯穿于散热片和基板侧面的调节螺栓,调节螺栓两端各旋有一个调节螺母,调节螺栓一端与灯罩内壁相抵,基板底面固定于灯罩内。此种结构的LED路灯,可根据路面照明需求,通过配合调整调节螺栓、调节螺母来实现照明角度及范围的变化,具有节能、低成本、范围可调等优点。

本发明涉及一种LED路灯,属照明设备技术领域。
背景技术
LED路灯因其具有色度好、免维护、寿命长、节约能源等特点,在我国道路照明领域得到广泛应用。传统LED路灯,其出光方向是固定的,只能照到光源下方路面。
中国专利CN203099610U公开了一种LED路灯,由多个LED灯珠串联而成的LED灯珠组和交流恒流源组成,LED灯珠组的灯珠固定在散热板上,LED灯珠组与交流恒流源电连接,交流恒流源接交流电源,LED灯珠组为两组,两组LED灯珠组分别固定在两块不同的散热板上,两块散热板分别固定在一截五边形铝合金异形管的两个侧面上,五边形铝合金异形管的顶部为“人”形,两侧边与底板构成上大下小的梯形,所述的交流恒流源固定在五边形铝合金异形管的管腔内,在五边形铝合金异形管的底板上固定有灯杆,灯杆固定在管腔内,在五边形铝合金异形管的顶部固定有“人”字形反光顶帽。此种LED路灯虽然在一定程度上扩大了照明面积,但无法实现照明面积大小的调节。
中国专利CN101368703B公开了一种出光方向可调的灯管式LED路灯,包括灯体,灯体具有灯管腔,灯管腔内设置LED路灯灯管,LED路灯灯管连接有可使其沿轴心转动的调节装置。此种路灯虽然实现了出光方向可调,但其照明面积是固定的,无法扩大其照明面积的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED路灯,具有出光角度及面积可调、节约能源、成本低廉等特点。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种LED路灯,包括灯罩、恒流源、LED光源、基板、散热片,基板通过弯折成具有一个底面和两个侧面的V型基板,基板底面和两个侧面的内侧固定连接LED光源,散热片固定于基板底面和两个侧面外侧,LED光源连接恒流源,其特征为,构成中还包括贯穿于散热片和基板侧面的调节螺栓,调节螺栓两端各旋有一个调节螺母,调节螺栓一端与灯罩内壁相抵,基板底面固定于灯罩内。
如上所述的LED路灯,LED光源由LED组合透镜、LED灯珠和铝基板构成,LED灯珠串联于铝基板上,LED组合透镜设于LED灯珠上方,其中铝基板背面涂覆有导热涂料。
如上所述的LED路灯,基板侧面高度与灯罩深度相适应。
如上所述的LED路灯,基板底面和侧面至少各固定有一组LED光源。
如上所述的LED路灯,其中调节螺栓及调节螺母至少为一组。
如上所述的LED路灯,其中基板为内侧能够反射光线的金属板。
采用此种结构的LED路灯,可根据路面照明需求,通过配合调整调节螺栓、调节螺母来实现照明角度及范围的变化,同时,由于基板底板上内侧同样设有光源,增强了LED路灯正下方照射亮度,基板内侧良好的反光性能,可将LED光源发射的光线最大限度反射至路面,具有节约能源、成本低廉、照明范围可调等优点,可在任何需要不同照明需求的路面推广应用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明包括灯罩1、恒流源2、LED光源3、基板4、散热片5,基板4通过弯折成具有一个底面401和两个侧面402的V型基板,基板底面401和两个侧面402的内侧固定连接LED光源3,散热片5固定于基板底面401和侧面402外侧,LED光源3连接恒流源2,其特别之处为,构成中还包括贯穿于散热片5与基板侧面402的调节螺栓6,调节螺栓6两端各旋有一个调节螺母7,一端与灯罩1内壁相抵,基板底面401固定于灯罩1内。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,LED光源3由LED组合透镜8、LED灯珠9和铝基板10构成,LED灯珠9串联于铝基板10上,LED组合透镜8设于LED灯珠9上方,铝基板10背面涂覆有导热涂料。
本发明基板侧面402高度与灯罩1深度相适应,基板底面401和侧面402至少各固定有一组LED光源3,调节螺栓6及调节螺母7至少为一组,基板4材质为内侧能够反射光线的金属板。
由于基板4为通过弯折成型的V型基板,基板侧面402的抗弯力使调节螺栓6与灯罩1内壁紧紧相抵。当需要实现不同范围的照明时,可通过配合旋转调节螺栓6内外两侧的调节螺母7来调整基板侧面402的张开角度,由于基板底面401上内侧同样设有光源,增强了LED路灯正下方照射亮度,基板内侧良好的反光性能,可将LED光源发射的光线最大限度反射至路面,具有节约能源、成本低廉、照明范围可调等优点,可在任何需要不同照明需求的路面推广应用。

1.一种LED路灯,包括灯罩、恒流源、LED光源、基板、散热片,基板通过弯折成具有一个底面和两个侧面的V型基板,基板底面和两个侧面的内侧固定连接LED光源,散热片固定于基板底面和两个侧面外侧,LED光源连接恒流源,其特征为,构成中还包括贯穿于散热片和基板侧面的调节螺栓,调节螺栓两端各旋有一个调节螺母,一端与灯罩内壁相抵,基板底面固定于灯罩内。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,LED光源由LED组合透镜、LED灯珠和铝基板构成,LED灯珠串联于铝基板上,LED组合透镜设于LED灯珠上方,铝基板背面涂覆有导热涂料。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯,基板侧面高度与灯罩深度相适应。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯,基板底面和侧面至少各固定有一组LED光源。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯,其中调节螺栓及调节螺母至少为一组。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯,其中基板为内侧能够反射光线的金属板。
