本发明公开了一种O型圈端面密封结构,包括有内部骨架、外部橡胶层,内部骨架外包裹有外部橡胶层,内部骨架的横截面为圆形、正方形或三角形。本发明采用内部骨架的结构设计,保证了O型圈的弹性压缩量同时,提高了O型圈的刚度和强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封结构领域,具体属于一种O型圈端面密封结构。
背景技术
现有技术中的O型圈用于端面密封和径向密封,其结构和材质都是一样的。 O型圈的硬度、刚度只能通过更换不同的橡胶材质进行调节,橡胶材质的软硬强度和拉伸强度是确定的,通过该橡胶材质制备的O型圈软硬强度和拉伸强度也不会改变。而用于端面密封的O型圈,由于其使用工况有时不同于径向密封,对其刚度有特定的要求以满足密封可靠性,因此,现有技术中O型圈不能满足各种使用环境的密封要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种O型圈端面密封结构,采用内部骨架的结构设计,保证了O型圈的弹性压缩量同时,提高了O型圈的刚度和强度。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种O型圈端面密封结构,包括有内部骨架、外部橡胶层,内部骨架外包裹有外部橡胶层,内部骨架的横截面为圆形、正方形或三角形。
所述的内部骨架与外部橡胶层采用注塑一体成型。
所述的外部橡胶层的材质为丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶等。
所述内部骨架为不具有压缩变形的非弹性体,其材质为钢材。
本发明采用内部骨架的结构设计,内部骨架的横截面为圆形、正方形或三角形,内部骨架外与外部橡胶层采用注塑一体成型,保证了O型圈的弹性压缩量同时,提高了O型圈的刚度和强度。

1.一种O型圈端面密封结构,其特征在于,包括有内部骨架、外部橡胶层,内部骨架外包裹有外部橡胶层,内部骨架的横截面为圆形、正方形或三角形。
2.根据权利要求1所述O型圈端面密封结构,其特征在于,所述的内部骨架与外部橡胶层采用注塑一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述O型圈端面密封结构,其特征在于,所述的外部橡胶层的材质为丁腈橡胶、氟橡胶等。
4.根据权利要求1所述O型圈端面密封结构,其特征在于,所述内部骨架为不具有压缩变形的非弹性体,其材质为钢材。
