Abstract
A cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor. The air cylinder comprises an exhaust cover, a shell, an elastic element and an air cylinder baffle; wherein, the shell is arranged outside the cylinder and the linear motor; the upper end of the exhaust cover is connected with the lower end of the shell, and an exhaust valve and an exhaust spring are arranged in the exhaust cover from top to bottom; the elastic element is arranged among the exhaust cover, the lower end surface of the cylinder, the exhaust valve and the exhaust spring; the cylinder baffle is installed between the lower end of the linear motor and the lower end of the cylinder. The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the exhaust cover and the shell are integrally processed, so that the number of assembly parts is reduced, and the cost of the compressor is reduced. 2. The cylinder is fixed through the elastic element and the cylinder baffle plate, so that the design difficulty of the cylinder is reduced, and the cylinder deformation caused by improper assembly can be effectively prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of linear compressor structures, and particularly relates to a cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor.
Background
Generally, a compressor is a mechanical device for lifting low-pressure gas into high-pressure gas by compression. At present, linear compressors driven by linear motors are becoming more and more widely used, and become a main development direction of efficient compressors for small refrigeration devices.
Most of the prior art linear compressors employ a structure in which a main pump body of the compressor is separated from a casing as shown in fig. 1. The structure has better effects on the aspects of shock absorption, noise reduction and the like, but has some problems at the same time. If the structure is not compact enough, the space waste is large, and the cost is increased. In view of the above problem, chinese patent publication No. CN107061219A proposes a solution as shown in fig. 2, in which a main pump body of a compressor is integrated with a casing, and a two-degree-of-freedom vibration system formed by a damping mover and an auxiliary spring connected to a main spring set is used to achieve the purpose of damping the casing.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3, an upper discharge cover of a related art linear compressor is mostly fixed to a cylinder or a flange using screws. However, the conventional cylinder material is generally manufactured by machining a material selected from gray cast iron for reasons of cost, wear resistance, and the like. Although gray cast iron has good workability and wear resistance and is low in cost and suitable for mass production, it has a relatively low elastic modulus and is easily deformed when subjected to unbalanced stress. As is well known, the precision of the cylinder, which is a main component of the linear compressor, is often required to be in the order of micrometers. Therefore, when the exhaust cover is fixed by the screw, the cylinder is easily deformed by local stress, so that the precision is reduced, the friction between the piston and the cylinder is increased, the performance of the compressor is reduced, and the risk of cylinder clamping is caused in serious cases.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor, which can effectively solve the problem of cylinder deformation, save parts, and is easy to produce.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor, comprising an exhaust cover, a housing, an elastic member and a cylinder baffle; wherein, the shell is arranged outside the cylinder and the linear motor; the upper end of the exhaust cover is connected with the lower end of the shell, and an exhaust valve and an exhaust spring are arranged in the exhaust cover from top to bottom; the elastic element is arranged among the exhaust cover, the lower end surface of the cylinder, the exhaust valve and the exhaust spring; the cylinder baffle is installed between the lower end of the linear motor and the lower end of the cylinder.
The lower end edge of the cylinder is outwards formed with an annular boss, and the cylinder baffle and the elastic element are respectively propped against the upper end face and the lower end face of the annular boss.
The cylinder baffle is in an annular plate shape and is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the lower part of the cylinder, the upper end surface of the cylinder baffle abuts against the lower end surface of the linear motor, the lower end surface of the cylinder baffle abuts against the inner end surface of the annular boss on the cylinder, and the edge of the cylinder baffle is welded on the lower end surface of the shell.
The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor further comprises a sealing ring arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the cylinder and the inner circumferential surface of the exhaust cover.
The exhaust cover and the shell are integrally formed through a stamping process.
The cylinder is made of cast iron or aluminum alloy materials.
The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the exhaust cover and the shell are integrally processed, so that the number of assembly parts is reduced, and the cost of the compressor is reduced.
2. The cylinder is fixed through the elastic element and the cylinder baffle plate, so that the design difficulty of the cylinder is reduced, and the cylinder deformation caused by improper assembly can be effectively prevented.

Detailed Description
The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
As shown in fig. 4, the cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor provided by the present invention comprises an exhaust cover 1, a housing 2, an elastic member 5 and a cylinder baffle 8; wherein, the shell 2 is arranged outside the cylinder 6 and the linear motor 10; the lower end edge of the cylinder 6 protrudes outwards to form an annular boss 11 which is made of cast iron or aluminum alloy material; the upper end of the exhaust cover 1 is connected with the lower end of the shell 2, and an exhaust valve 4 and an exhaust spring 3 are arranged in the exhaust cover 1 from top to bottom and used for exhausting high-pressure gas; the elastic element 5 is annular and is arranged in an annular space formed by the exhaust cover 1, the exhaust valve 4, the exhaust spring 3 and the annular boss 11 on the cylinder 6, and the lower end surface of the cylinder 6 is propped against the elastic element 5 with certain pre-pressure, so that the axial acting force generated on the cylinder 6 when the piston linearly reciprocates in the cylinder 6 can be offset, and the cylinder 6 is effectively prevented from moving towards the direction of the exhaust cover 1; the cylinder baffle 8 is in a ring plate shape and is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the lower part of the cylinder 6, the upper end surface of the cylinder baffle is abutted against the lower end surface of the linear motor 10, the lower end surface of the cylinder baffle is abutted against the inner end surface of the ring-shaped boss 11 on the cylinder 6, and the edge of the cylinder baffle is welded on the lower end surface of the shell 2, so that resultant force is formed between the cylinder baffle and the elastic element 5, and the possibility of axial displacement of the cylinder 6 when the linear compressor works.
The linear compressor cylinder fixing structure further comprises a sealing ring 7 arranged between the outer circumferential surface of the annular boss 11 on the cylinder 6 and the inner circumferential surface of the exhaust cover 1, and the sealing ring 7 not only can prevent high-pressure gas from leaking into the shell 2, but also can ensure the radial fixation of the cylinder 6.
The exhaust cover 1 and the shell 2 are integrally formed through a stamping process, and an additional connecting mode is not needed, so that the structure is simple, and the production is easy.
The working principle of the linear compressor provided by the invention is the same as that of the prior art, so that the description is not repeated.

The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor is characterized by comprising an exhaust cover, a shell, an elastic element and a cylinder baffle; wherein, the shell is arranged outside the cylinder and the linear motor; the upper end of the exhaust cover is connected with the lower end of the shell, and an exhaust valve and an exhaust spring are arranged in the exhaust cover from top to bottom; the elastic element is arranged among the exhaust cover, the lower end surface of the cylinder, the exhaust valve and the exhaust spring; the cylinder baffle is arranged between the lower end of the linear motor and the lower end of the cylinder;
an annular boss is formed outwards on the edge of the lower end of the cylinder, and the cylinder baffle and the elastic element are respectively abutted against the upper end face and the lower end face of the annular boss;
the cylinder baffle is in an annular plate shape and is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the lower part of the cylinder, the upper end surface of the cylinder baffle abuts against the lower end surface of the linear motor, the lower end surface of the cylinder baffle abuts against the inner end surface of the annular boss on the cylinder, and the edge of the cylinder baffle is welded on the lower end surface of the shell.
2. The cylinder fixing structure of the linear compressor according to claim 1, further comprising a packing disposed between an outer circumferential surface of a lower end of the cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the discharge cover.
3. The cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor according to claim 1, wherein the discharge cover is integrally formed with the housing through a punching process.
4. The cylinder fixing structure of a linear compressor according to claim 1, wherein the cylinder is made of cast iron or an aluminum alloy material.
