Abstract

本发明公开一种结构稳定的拼装配电房，包括墙板、墙角连接装置、房门，所述墙板通过墙角连接装置拼接成箱型结构，一侧的墙板上布置有房门。本发明通过固定螺栓与固定块配合固定墙板与L型连接板，对墙板进行固定；通过T型固定件与固定螺栓、固定块配合，使得墙板与L型连接板连接牢固，提高结构稳定性，延长了结构使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电技术领域，具体涉及一种结构稳定的拼装配电房。
背景技术
配电房是分配电能的房间，起到保护、计量、分配电能的作用。传统的配电房通常采用现场施工的方式建造，配电房的主体为砖体结构，配电房的顶部采用混凝土浇筑而成，此种配电房施工周期长，成本高，且对场地周围影响大；为了提高建筑效率，现有的做法采用装配式的配电房，提高施工效率，较多的装配式配电房采用彩钢夹心板装配拼接而成，彩钢夹心板的拼接处采用角钢限位，采用自攻螺钉进行固定，此种方式结构不够稳定，使得配电房使用寿命短。
为了提高拼装式配电房的稳定性，提供一种高稳定性的拼装配电房。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述的不足，提供一种结构稳定的拼装配电房。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术解决方案是：一种结构稳定的拼装配电房，包括墙板、墙角连接装置、房门，所述墙板通过墙角连接装置拼接成箱型结构，一侧的墙板上布置有房门；所述墙角连接装置包括L型连接板、T型固定件、固定螺栓、固定块，所述墙板贴紧在L型连接板内侧，所述L型连接板外侧设有固定槽，所述固定槽中设有固定块，所述固定螺栓穿过墙板、L型连接板与固定块螺纹连接且端部不外漏，所述固定螺栓远离固定块的一端设有固定螺母，所述墙板内侧设有T型固定件，所述T型固定件的中间圆柱穿过墙板，并延伸至L型连接板内与L型连接板相抵，所述固定螺栓的固定螺母与T型固定件上平面相抵，所述T型固定件上方设有盘型螺母，所述盘型螺母下方设有连接螺杆，所述T型固定件中部设有与连接螺杆对应的贯通螺纹孔，所述盘型螺母的下表面上设有与固定螺母对应的避让沟槽，所述避让沟槽环形布置，所述避让沟槽盖在固定螺母上方；所述T型固定件中部设有沉孔，沉孔部位的连接螺杆上设有紧固螺母；所述固定块中部设有螺纹孔，所述连接螺杆穿过贯通T型固定件连接在固定块中间螺纹孔中；在固定块内设有卡槽，所述T型固定件的中间圆柱底部设有与卡槽对应的凸台。
进一步的，所述固定块上平面的边部设有第一密封沟槽，所述第一密封沟槽内设有密封圈；所述L型连接板与墙板贴合面外侧设有第二密封沟槽，所述第二密封沟槽内设有密封胶条。
进一步的，所述墙角连接装置设置有多个且相邻的墙角连接装置上下错位设置。
进一步的，所述墙板为预制板或者彩钢夹心板。
本发明公开的一种结构稳定的拼装配电房，通过固定螺栓与固定块配合固定墙板与L型连接板，对墙板进行固定；通过T型固定件与固定螺栓、固定块配合，使得墙板与L型连接板连接牢固；通过调节紧固螺母，能够防止螺杆松动，提高结构稳定性；结构密封效果好，能够防止露天雨水渗入内部，延长了结构使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示，一种结构稳定的拼装配电房，包括墙板1、墙角连接装置2、房门3，所述墙板1通过墙角连接装置2拼接成箱型结构，一侧的墙板1上布置有房门3；所述墙角连接装置2包括L型连接板21、T型固定件22、固定螺栓23、固定块24，所述墙板1贴紧在L型连接板21内侧，所述L型连接板21外侧设有固定槽211，所述固定槽211中设有固定块24，所述固定螺栓23穿过墙板1、L型连接板21与固定块24螺纹连接且端部不外漏，所述固定螺栓23远离固定块24的一端设有固定螺母231，所述墙板1内侧设有T型固定件22，所述T型固定件22的中间圆柱穿过墙板1，并延伸至L型连接板21内与L型连接板21相抵，所述固定螺栓23的固定螺母231与T型固定件22上平面相抵，所述T型固定件22上方设有盘型螺母25，所述盘型螺母25下方设有连接螺杆251，所述T型固定件22中部设有与连接螺杆251对应的贯通螺纹孔，所述盘型螺母25的下表面上设有与固定螺母231对应的避让沟槽，所述避让沟槽环形布置，所述避让沟槽盖在固定螺母231上方；所述T型固定件22中部设有沉孔221，沉孔221部位的连接螺杆251上设有紧固螺母26；所述固定块24中部设有螺纹孔，所述连接螺杆251穿过贯通T型固定件22连接在固定块24中间螺纹孔中；在固定块24内设有卡槽，所述T型固定件22的中间圆柱底部设有与卡槽对应的凸台。
进一步的，所述固定块24上平面的边部设有第一密封沟槽241，所述第一密封沟槽241内设有密封圈242；所述L型连接板21与墙板1贴合面外侧设有第二密封沟槽212，所述第二密封沟槽212内设有密封胶条213。
进一步的，所述墙角连接装置2设置有多个且相邻的墙角连接装置2上下错位设置。
进一步的，所述墙板1为预制板或者彩钢夹心板。

1.一种结构稳定的拼装配电房，其特征在于：包括墙板、墙角连接装置、房门，所述墙板通过墙角连接装置拼接成箱型结构，一侧的墙板上布置有房门；所述墙角连接装置包括L型连接板、T型固定件、固定螺栓、固定块，所述墙板贴紧在L型连接板内侧，所述L型连接板外侧设有固定槽，所述固定槽中设有固定块，所述固定螺栓穿过墙板、L型连接板与固定块螺纹连接且端部不外漏，所述固定螺栓远离固定块的一端设有固定螺母，所述墙板内侧设有T型固定件，所述T型固定件的中间圆柱穿过墙板，并延伸至L型连接板内与L型连接板相抵，所述固定螺栓的固定螺母与T型固定件上平面相抵，所述T型固定件上方设有盘型螺母，所述盘型螺母下方设有连接螺杆，所述T型固定件中部设有与连接螺杆对应的贯通螺纹孔，所述盘型螺母的下表面上设有与固定螺母对应的避让沟槽，所述避让沟槽环形布置，所述避让沟槽盖在固定螺母上方；所述T型固定件中部设有沉孔，沉孔部位的连接螺杆上设有紧固螺母；所述固定块中部设有螺纹孔，所述连接螺杆穿过贯通T型固定件连接在固定块中间螺纹孔中；在固定块内设有卡槽，所述T型固定件的中间圆柱底部设有与卡槽对应的凸台；
所述固定块上平面的边部设有第一密封沟槽，所述第一密封沟槽内设有密封圈；所述L型连接板与墙板贴合面外侧设有第二密封沟槽，所述第二密封沟槽内设有密封胶条；所述墙角连接装置设置有多个且相邻的墙角连接装置上下错位设置。
