Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile, and mainly relates to a washing method of denim fabric and the denim fabric.
Background
The jeans wear is evergreen tree in the wear, and still is an irreplaceable role of the wear stage after more than one hundred years of evolution and development. Different from other casual clothes, the jeans wear has no great change in style design, and is continuously subjected to a multi-end-change after-finishing process at the fashion frontier, the after-finishing gives more additional value to the jeans wear, and the washing water is an important link in the after-finishing process and is the centralized embodiment of the hand feeling, comfort and style of the jeans wear.
The conventional denim fabric is dyed by indigo dye, the indigo dye is vat dye which cannot be directly used for dyeing, and only when the indigo dye is reduced into golden leuco body, the dye and fibers in the yarns are combined in a certain mode through infiltration and pressurization, and then the blue denim fabric is naturally oxidized into blue color by oxygen in the air. However, the indigo dye cannot be firmly combined with the fibers in the yarns, so that a certain amount of loose color exists on the surfaces of the dyed yarns, and after the manufactured jeans wear is washed, part of the indigo dye can fall off through a physical or chemical washing method, so that the jeans wear is endowed with a special style.
Due to the dyeing principle of the indigo dye, the poor color fastness of indigo jeans wear is a common problem, and particularly, the wet rubbing color fastness of the jeans fabric can only reach 1 grade fastness. Therefore, the jeans wear often has serious fading in the washing process, and especially the jeans wear with dark color becomes light after being washed for many times, so that the style of the wear is influenced; in addition, the jeans wear needs to be washed separately from other wear, which not only easily dyes other wear, but also pollutes water resources. Therefore, many people search for the problem of how to improve the color fastness of the jeans wear, so that the jeans wear has stronger competitiveness in the clothing industry, and meanwhile, the pollution to water resources is reduced, and the ecology is protected.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a washing method of jean fabric and the jean fabric, and the invention is further described in detail below in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and more clear. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The water washing method of the jean fabric provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
a. desizing the jean fabric;
b. performing enzyme washing on the jean fabric at least once;
c. carrying out first water washing on the jean fabric;
d. carrying out secondary water washing on the jean fabric; adding a friction color fastness improving agent in the second washing process.
The reason for improving the color fastness to rubbing by adopting the washing method of the denim fabric provided by the invention mainly comprises two reasons: 1. washing off the loose color on the surface of the fabric, and 2, adding a rubbing color fastness improver; the crocking fastness can be improved by these two methods. The coloring principle of the indigo dye is that the indigo dye is firmly combined with fibers on the yarns in a hydrogen bond mode after being reduced into a leuco body, but the number of the fibers capable of being combined with the indigo dye into the hydrogen bond is limited, so that most of the indigo dye still adheres to the yarns, and the denim fabric is easy to fade. The reason why the rubbing color fastness improver is added is that the substance can be combined with the fiber in a hydrogen bond mode, then the rubbing color fastness improver is a cation, has positive charges, can react with dye with anions, and finally can form a film on the fabric, so that the dye can be wrapped, the dye can be prevented from falling off, and the color fastness of the fabric can be improved. And the removal of the flooding on the surface of the fabric is to remove the indigo dye which does not form firm hydrogen bonds with fibers, so that all the dyes which are not firm on the surface of the fabric are removed, and the rubbing color fastness is further improved.
In the scheme, firstly, the fabric is desized, because the fabric surface has a layer of sizing agent, the hand feeling is rigid, and meanwhile, impurities exist, the fabric is desized by adding the alkaline oil, the sizing agent on the surface of the fabric is removed, the hand feeling is good, in the process, the dye on the surface of the yarn can fall off the yarn in the soaking process and the machine washing operation, the dye is added in order to prevent the fabric from being stained again, particularly the reverse side of the fabric, if the reverse side of the fabric is seriously dyed, yellowing can occur after a period of time, the quality of the fabric is influenced.
In the scheme of the invention, the step b needs to be performed at least once by enzyme washing, and if the enzyme washing is performed only once, the rubbing color fastness can be improved, but the optimal effect is not achieved. The most preferred scheme is to carry out twice ferment and wash, and the rubbing color fastness promotes effectually, efficient. Therefore, step b includes the following steps:
b1. performing enzyme washing on the denim fabric for the first time;
b2. and performing second enzyme washing on the jean fabric.
The method comprises the steps of washing the fabric with neutral cellulase under conditions of 1 ~ 3mL/L, 0.1 ~ 0.5.5 g/L, 0.1 ~ 0.5g/L, 40 ~ 50 ℃ and 10 ~ 30min, wherein the neutral cellulase is selected to achieve enzyme hydrolysis activity under a neutral condition, or else, the fabric is damaged to cotton fibers under an acidic condition, the enzyme is required to have higher activity at a certain temperature, and according to the characteristics of the enzyme, the enzyme washing step adopts a proper temperature of 40 ~ 50 ℃ to achieve the effect of 40, the fabric has no proper surface color of 10 ~ 30 ℃, so that the fabric has no color floating of the surface color of the fabric, and the fabric is suitable for removing the surface color of the fabric by using the cellulase and a proper surface color floating time of ~ min.
Preferably, a cold water washing step is added between the two enzymatic washing steps, which is mainly aimed at washing off some loose color on the fabric in the previous enzymatic washing step. The solution is blue after the last step of enzyme washing, so that the fabric is stained slightly. Therefore, step b includes the following steps:
b1. performing enzyme washing on the denim fabric for the first time;
b11, washing the fabric with cold water;
b2. and performing second enzyme washing on the jean fabric.
In the step b11, the fabric is washed with cold water for 2 ~ 10min, dehydrated and dried, the water temperature is normal temperature, and the water washing floating color capacity is limited at normal temperature, so that only the floating color which is easy to fall off or on the surface of the fabric can be washed off, and the effect is not obvious, therefore, the water washing time in the step is set to be 2-10min, the time and cost waste are avoided, the drying temperature can be 90 ~ 110 ℃, and the time can be 20 ~ 30 min.
In the scheme of the invention, in the step c, washing conditions comprise that kansui oil is 0.2g/L ~.5 g/L, a stain-proofing agent is 0.2g/L ~.5 g/L, and washing time is 5 ~ min, wherein the kansui oil is also used for removing floating color on the fabric.
In the scheme of the invention, in the step d, the washing conditions are that glacial acetic acid is 0.1 ~ 0.5.5 g/L and washing is carried out for 2 ~ 5min, then a rubbing color fastness improver is 2 ~ 8g/L and washing is carried out for 5 ~ 15min, in the step, the glacial acetic acid is added to adjust the pH value of the solution, but the acidity is not easy to be too high, otherwise the pH value has influence on the yarn, meanwhile, the ion permeability of the solution is strong, the ion can penetrate into the inner layer of the yarn, the rubbing color fastness improver is a weak cation improver and can be firmly bonded with anions penetrating into the inner layer of the yarn in a chemical bond mode, so that a firm film is formed on the surface of the yarn, the dye is prevented from falling off, the effect of improving the rubbing color fastness can be achieved by adopting the glacial acetic acid and the rubbing color fastness improver in the concentration range, and certain waste can exist due to high concentration.
Preferably, after the desizing treatment, each enzyme washing treatment, the first water washing treatment or the second water washing treatment, the method further comprises the following steps:
and (3) passing through clear water for at least 1 time, or passing through clear water for at least 1 time, dehydrating, and drying.
The method comprises the steps of washing denim fabric with clear water, dewatering for preventing clear water contained in the fabric from diluting the concentration of the raw material of the next process and ensuring the treatment effect of the next process, wherein the clear water has no influence on improving the rubbing color fastness after passing the clear water for at least 1 time, the dewatering time is about 2min, drying can be carried out after the dewatering, the style of the washed denim fabric can be seen after the drying, a certain color fixing effect can be achieved, the drying temperature can be 90 ~ 110 ℃, and the drying time can be 20 ~ 30 min.
The jean fabric is subjected to washing water treatment by adopting the washing water method, the dry rubbing color fastness of the jean fabric can reach 4.5 ~ 5 grade, the wet rubbing color fastness reaches 3 grade or above, and meanwhile, the jean fabric is soft and comfortable in hand feeling, good in air permeability, capable of greatly improving the added value of jean clothes and large in application market prospect.
