The embodiment of the invention provides a novel buffer device. The details will be described below separately.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3B, the present invention provides a novel buffer device 200, which is suitable for a curved surface module 300. The novel buffering device 200 includes: a base 210, two supporting members 220, a plurality of pivoting members 240, and a plurality of cushion pads 230.
The base 210 is used for carrying the curved surface module 300. Of course, the novel buffer device 200 of the present invention is not limited to be used in the curved surface module 300, but can also be used in a flat surface module (not shown), as described below.
The two supporting members 220 are respectively vertically disposed at two ends of the base 210. In this embodiment, the supporting members 220 are respectively disposed at the left and right ends of the curved surface module 300. The supporting member 220 may be used as an inner sidewall of a packing case (not shown) for supporting. Of course, in other embodiments, the supporting member 220 may be a part of the inner side wall of the packing box connected to the base 210.
Optionally, the supporting member 220 includes a supporting pillar 221 and a protective layer 222 disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the supporting pillar 221. The supporting column 221 is made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, and the rigidity is high. The material of the protection layer 222 is an elastic material, such as plastic or foam, and the supporting member 220 is mainly used to ensure that the novel cushioning device 200 is stable and not easy to deform when it is in a packing box.
Each of the cushion pads 230 is pivotally connected to the supporting member 220. In this embodiment, the buffer spacers 230 are disposed on the supporting member 220 at equal intervals. Of course, in other embodiments, the buffer pads 230 may be disposed at different distances.
The adjacent cushion 230 and the support member 220 form an opening 250, similar to a groove, for receiving the insertion of the curve module 300.
In the present embodiment, each of the cushion pads 230 is rotatably disposed on the supporting member 220 through a pivot 240. The pivot 240 is a hinge, but in some other embodiments, the pivot 240 is not limited to a hinge. In this embodiment, the hinge is an example of the pivot 240, and therefore, the hinge may be labeled with the same label as the pivot. The hinge 240 includes a first connection portion 241, a second connection portion 242, and a rotation shaft 243 between the first connection portion 241 and the second connection portion 242; the first connecting portion 241 is fixedly connected to the supporting member 220, and one end of the second connecting portion 242 is connected to the buffer pad 230. Of course, the second connecting portion 242 may be indirectly connected to the buffer pad 230 through a connecting member, and such an indirect connection through a connecting member is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Since the hinge 240 has the rotating shaft 243, when the hinge 240 is rotated, the buffer pad 230 can be driven to rotate, so as to change the angle and position of the buffer pad 230, and further satisfy the curved surface modules 300 with different specifications and different curvatures, as shown in fig. 3A. The curvature of the curved surface module 300 adapted when the included angle a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230 is 30 degrees is greater than the curvature of the curved surface module 300 adapted when the included angle a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230 is 45 degrees. Similarly, the curvature of the curved surface module 300, which is adapted when the included angle a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230 is 45 degrees, is greater than the curvature of the curved surface module 300, which is adapted when the included angle a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230 is 60 degrees. Therefore, the hinge 240 can be adjusted to form different included angles a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230, so as to meet the requirements of the curved surface module 300 with different curvatures.
Of course, if the hinge 240 is adjusted such that the included angle a between the supporting member 220 and the buffer pad 230 is 90 degrees, the opening 250 formed between the adjacent buffer pads 230 and the supporting member 220 is suitable for the insertion of the flat module, as shown in fig. 3B. Therefore, the novel buffer device 200 of the invention can meet the packaging requirements of the curved surface module 300 and the plane module with different specifications, and has strong applicability.
In this embodiment, the buffer pad 230 includes a rigid portion 231 and an elastic portion 232. The rigid portion 231 is connected to the pivot 240. The rigid portion 231 may be a connecting rod, or may be other types of structures connected to the pivot 240. The rigid portion 231 is made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or the like. The material of the elastic part 232 is plastic or foam. Like this, when adjusting pivot piece 240, changed the contained angle A between buffer pad 230 and the support piece 220, and then can change the position of buffer pad 230 wantonly according to the curved surface module 300 of different curvatures to the laminating waits curved surface module 300 of packing, thereby reaches the effect of protection buffering.
The novel buffer device 200 has the advantages that the novel buffer device 200 can be used for buffer protection of the curved surface module 300 with any curvature and can also be used for buffer protection of a conventional plane module, and the novel buffer device 200 is simple in structure, convenient to operate, capable of meeting the packaging requirements of display panels with different specifications and different types, and strong in applicability.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
