With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the application of the formed felt parts is more and more widespread, even in some structures which can be formed by injection molding parts, and as is well known, the forming process of the formed felt is an up-down compression molding process, the structural design of the part needs to have enough demolding angle design, and if a certain interference exists between one edge or angle and the up-down compression molding direction due to the design of the product, the reverse auxiliary punching structure is needed to be added in the design process of the die, the conventional auxiliary punching structure generally adopts a single-cylinder structure to punch the formed felt product, and the single-cylinder punching structure is directly taken out from the die after the part is formed due to unilateral stress in the punching process, and the part is forcedly taken out due to the fact that the part has no avoidance structure, so that a certain amount of deformation is generated on the die, the load of the structural knife edge of the die is very high, the knife edge is easy to be damaged, and the service life of the die is greatly reduced.

Compared with the prior art, the die-cutting process is finished by changing the original single oil cylinder die-cutting structure into two oil cylinders, and the two structures have certain adjustment space, so that the die is easier to adjust to adapt to the product process in the use process, meanwhile, the structure of mutually forcing the two cylinders is changed at the die-cutting position, the die-cutting force is structurally enhanced, the original unidirectional possibly insufficient force is changed, in addition, the die-cutting position can be withdrawn after the die-cutting is finished, the product is easier to die-cut, and the phenomenon that the product is difficult to take and buckle in the original process is avoided. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the two punching sections of the formed felt product are subjected to acting force in the punching process, stress uniformity of the formed felt product can be improved, and the problems that edges of the product processing parts are curled and the like due to single stress are effectively prevented.

Then, the internal punching block 4 of the internal cylinder 2 moves to the leftmost end and is positioned against the formed felt product 9, the limiting cylinder 6 drives the limiting block 5 to lift and clamp the internal punching block 4, the internal punching block 4 is prevented from retracting to improve the limiting effect, and the external cylinder 1 drives the external punching block 3 to the rightmost end to complete punching and pressure maintaining. After the pressure maintaining punching is completed, the punching cutter on the outer punching block 3 is matched with the inner punching block 4 to punch the formed felt product 9 at the punching edge position 10, so that the formed felt product 9 in the cavity of the forming die 8 is effectively separated from the formed felt product 9, as shown in fig. 2, and then the limiting cylinder 6 is retracted, the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 1 are also retracted respectively, and the die is opened and the punched formed felt product 9 is taken out.
