Referring to fig. 1-5, a first aspect of the preferred embodiment of the present invention provides an air filter assembly, which includes a housing 10 having a mounting cavity 11 (where the top of the mounting cavity 11 has an opening 12), a filter element 20 disposed in the mounting cavity 11, a cover plate 30 covering the opening 12 of the mounting cavity 11, and a sealing plate 23 pressed between the cover plate 30 and the housing 10; the filter element 20 comprises a filter element 21 and filter frames 22 arranged at two sides of the filter element 21 along the length direction thereof; the sealing plate 23 and the filter frame 22 are made of flexible materials; the filter frame 22 includes a frame body 221 disposed on the surface of the filter element 21, and a tab portion 222 connected to the upper end of the frame body 221 and at least partially protruding out of the opening 12, wherein the tab portion 222 can be bent around the frame body 221, so that a part of the tab portion 222 is inserted below the sealing plate 23 and closely attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23, and another part of the tab portion 222 is parallel and coplanar with the plate surface of the sealing plate 23 due to passive bending, so as to jointly cover the opening 12, thereby sealing the filter element 21 in the installation cavity 11.
Based on the technical scheme, the folded lug part 222 arranged at the bottom of the filter frame 22 is matched with the sealing plate to form a sealing structure, in the assembling process, the folded lug part 222 is bent, part of the folded lug part 222 is attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23, the other part of the folded lug part 222 is overlapped with the plate surface of the sealing plate 23 together to cover the opening 12, the sealing plate 23 and the folded lug part 222 are extruded by the cover plate 30, and effective sealing can be formed after the cover plate 30 is fixed; in addition, in the detaching process, the filter element can be pulled by the folding ear part 222 at the top end of the filter frame 22, so that the filter element 21 can be taken out conveniently, and the filter element 21 can be replaced conveniently.
Specifically, the length of the sealing plate 23 is smaller than the length of the opening 12, and the width of the sealing plate 23 is larger than the width of the opening 12; the sealing plate 23 does not completely cover the opening 12, but only covers the opening 12 in the width direction thereof, and then together with the tab portion 222 covers the opening 12 to achieve sealing.
In order to achieve a more reliable seal, a flexible sealing device (not shown in the drawings) is further provided between the sealing plate 23 and the cover plate 30, the sealing device is preferably of a plate-like structure, the sealing device is pressed between the cover plate 30 and the sealing plate 23, and the sealing device, the sealing plate 23 and the tab 222 are pressed by the cover plate 30 to achieve an effective seal of the filter cartridge 21.
In an embodiment, the ear folding portion 222 includes an extending portion 2221 extending upward along the frame body 221 and flaps 2222 connected to two sides of the extending portion 2221, and the flaps 2222 are separated from the frame body 221 by a cutting line 2223, as shown in fig. 5; referring to fig. 3 and 4, during assembly, the folding portion 222 is rotated to fold the two flaps 2222 inward to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23 and tightly contact the sealing plate 23, and the extending portion 2221 is folded outward to spread out from the two ends of the sealing plate 23 to be parallel and coplanar with the sealing plate 23, so that the sealing plate 23 and the extending portion 2221 can completely cover the opening 12 in a stacked manner to form a reliable sealing structure.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve reliable sealing, it is preferable that the sum of the height of the extension 2221 and the length of the sealing plate 23 is greater than the length of the opening 12, and the length direction of the opening 12 is covered by the bent extension 2221 and the sealing plate 23. More preferably, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the length of the sealing plate 23 plus the thickness of the two folded ears 222 is equal to the length of the opening 12, and the filter element 21 can be completely sealed by the cooperation of the two folded ears 222 and the sealing plate 23.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation and the removal, the housing 10 has an outer extension portion 13 extending around the edge of the opening 12, the sealing plate 23 is disposed above the outer extension portion 13, and the cover plate 30 is clamped to the outer extension portion 13 of the housing 10.
Further, in order to facilitate installation and removal, referring to fig. 1, a clamping groove 131 is formed in the outer extension portion 13, a connecting hole 231 corresponding to the clamping groove 131 is formed in the sealing plate 23, a buckle 31 is arranged on the cover plate 30, and the buckle 31 penetrates through the connecting hole 231 and is in matched clamping connection with the clamping groove 131. Illustratively, a card slot 131 is opened along an edge of the opening 12.
For example, to achieve sealing, the sealing plate 23 is made of a foam material, and the filter frame 22 is made of a needle-punched cotton material; the filter frame 22 and the sealing plate 23 are both made of flexible materials, and can effectively seal the opening 12.
Illustratively, the filter element 21 is a carbon-containing filter element; more preferably, one side of the filter element 21 is PP, the other side is PET, and the middle part is a carbon powder structure.
A second aspect of the embodiment of the present invention provides a filter element 20, which is used in the air filter assembly according to the first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, and specifically refer to fig. 2-projection 4, where the filter element 20 includes a filter element 21, a sealing plate 23 disposed on a top of the filter element 21, and filter frames 22 disposed on two sides of the filter element 21 along a length direction thereof, and the sealing plate 23 and the filter frames 22 are both made of flexible materials; the filter frame 22 comprises a frame body 221 attached to the surface of the filter element 21 and a lug folding part 222 connected to the upper end of the frame body 221 and at least partially protruding out of the top end of the filter element 21, the lug folding part 22 can be bent around the frame body 221, so that one part of the lug folding part 222 is inserted below the sealing plate 23 and is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23, and the other part of the lug folding part 222 is coplanar with the sealing plate 23; after the filter element 20 in this embodiment is installed in cooperation with the housing 10 and the cover plate 30, a part of the tab 222 is inserted under the sealing plate 23 and closely attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23, and another part of the tab 222 and the sealing plate 23 together cover the opening 12 of the housing 10, thereby sealing the filter element 21.
In a second aspect, a vehicle air conditioning system is provided, which includes the air filter assembly of the first aspect; since the automotive air conditioning system in the embodiment includes the air filter assembly, the automotive air conditioning system has all the beneficial effects of the air filter assembly.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention provides an air filter element assembly and an automotive air conditioning system including the same, wherein a sealing structure is arranged between the opening 12 of the housing 10 and the cover plate 30, the sealing structure is formed by matching the sealing plate 23 and the folded lug portion 222 at the top end of the filter frame 22, the sealing plate 23 does not need to completely cover the opening 12, during the assembly process, one part of the folded lug portion 222 is inserted and tightly attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate 23 by bending the folded lug portion 222, and the other part of the folded lug portion 222 is bent to be parallel and coplanar with the plate surface of the sealing plate 23, so that the opening 12 can be covered by overlapping the sealing plate 23, and an effective sealing structure is formed for the filter element 21.

the filter frame comprises a frame body arranged on the surface of the filter element and a lug folding part which is connected to the upper end of the frame body and at least partially protrudes out of the opening, the lug folding part can be bent around the frame body, so that one part of the lug folding part is inserted below the sealing plate and is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the sealing plate, and the other part of the lug folding part and the sealing plate jointly cover the opening;
the folding ear part comprises an extending part extending upwards along the top end of the frame body and folding wings respectively connected to two sides of the extending part, the folding wings extend downwards along the bottom end of the extending part and are arranged on two sides of the frame body, and the folding wings are separated from the frame body.

4. The air filter assembly according to claim 1 wherein said housing has an extension extending circumferentially around an open edge thereof, said sealing plate is disposed over said extension, and said cover plate is snap-fit to said housing extension.
5. The air filter assembly according to claim 4, wherein the extension portion has a slot, the sealing plate has a connecting hole corresponding to the slot, and the cover plate has a buckle passing through the connecting hole and engaging with the slot.
6. The air filter assembly according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the seal plate is formed from a foam material.
7. The air filter assembly according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the filter frame is made of a needle punched cotton material.
8. A filter element of an air filter assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the filter element comprises a filter element, a sealing plate provided on the top of the filter element, and a filter frame provided on both sides of the filter element along the length direction thereof, wherein the sealing plate and the filter frame are made of flexible materials;
the filter frame comprises a frame body arranged on the surface of the filter element and a lug folding part which is connected to the upper end of the frame body and at least partially protrudes out of the top end of the filter element, the lug folding part can be bent around the frame body, so that one part of the lug folding part is inserted below the sealing plate and clings to the bottom surface of the sealing plate, and the other part of the lug folding part is coplanar with the sealing plate;
