Abstract
本发明涉及一种除臭剂,具体涉及一种清香型除臭剂及其制备方法。由以下重量份数的原料制成:薄荷油2‑3份、玫瑰精油1‑2份、薰衣草精油1‑2份、茉莉花精油1‑2份、香精2‑3份、硝酸亚铁5‑8份、抗坏血酸5‑8份、二氧化钛5‑8份、三氧化铝5‑8份、水50份、乙醇13‑15份。本发明各组分结合作用,能够与空气中的硫化合物、氨、胺类、甲醛等发生化学反应,适用于家庭厕所、公共厕所、移动厕所等场所除臭,具有除味除臭作用,能增强空气清新的感觉。本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺简单合理,易于工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种除臭剂,具体涉及一种清香型除臭剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
家庭、医院或宾馆等公共场合的厕所使用一段时间后,都很容易散发出一些臭气,这些臭气不仅造成空气污染,而且还刺激人的嗅觉细胞,影响人体健康。
现有卫生间除臭的方法有:在卫生间里装排风扇或者使用风油精,清凉油,卫生球,空气清新剂等等手段,可卫生间除臭的效果总不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种清香型除臭剂,能够与空气中的硫化合物、氨、胺类、甲醛等发生化学反应,适用于家庭厕所、公共厕所、移动厕所等场所除臭,具有除味除臭作用,能增强空气清新的感觉,本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的清香型除臭剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:薄荷油2-3份、玫瑰精油1-2份、薰衣草精油1-2份、茉莉花精油1-2份、香精2-3份、硝酸亚铁5-8份、抗坏血酸5-8份、二氧化钛5-8份、三氧化铝5-8份、水50份、乙醇13-15份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,本发明所述的种清香型除臭剂,薄荷油2份、玫瑰精油1份、薰衣草精油1份、茉莉花精油1份、香精2份、硝酸亚铁5份、抗坏血酸5份、二氧化钛5份、三氧化铝5份、水50份、乙醇15份。
二氧化钛粒径优选为20nm。
本发明所述的清香型除臭剂的制备方法,将所有原料混合,加热至40-45℃,搅拌15min,装入喷雾器中。
硝酸亚铁和抗坏血酸在一起抑制氧化,与氨、硫醇等异味物质反应使之变成无异味物质;三氧化铝和二氧化钛能够与空气中的硫化合物、氨、胺类、甲醛等发生化学反应,具有除味除臭作用。
薄荷油、玫瑰精油、薰衣草精油、茉莉花精油和香精等物质,能增强空气清新的感觉。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明各组分结合作用,能够与空气中的硫化合物、氨、胺类、甲醛等发生化学反应,适用于家庭厕所、公共厕所、移动厕所等场所除臭,具有除味除臭作用,能增强空气清新的感觉。
(2)本发明还提供其制备方法,工艺简单合理,易于工业化生产。

1.一种清香型除臭剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:薄荷油2-3份、玫瑰精油1-2份、薰衣草精油1-2份、茉莉花精油1-2份、香精2-3份、硝酸亚铁5-8份、抗坏血酸5-8份、二氧化钛5-8份、三氧化铝5-8份、水50份、乙醇13-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清香型除臭剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:薄荷油2份、玫瑰精油1份、薰衣草精油1份、茉莉花精油1份、香精2份、硝酸亚铁5份、抗坏血酸5份、二氧化钛5份、三氧化铝5份、水50份、乙醇15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清香型除臭剂,其特征在于:二氧化钛粒径为20nm。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一所述的清香型除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将所有原料混合,加热至40-45℃,搅拌15min,装入喷雾器中。
