Detailed Description
The core of the application is to provide a reminding method, a reminding system, intelligent wearable equipment and a computer-readable storage medium, the heart rate and limb movement of a wearer are monitored in real time by utilizing a heart rate sensor and a movement sensor on the intelligent wearable equipment, and whether the wearer is in a urine suffocating state is judged by analyzing the change conditions of the heart rate and limb movement data, because research shows that the symptoms of heart rate acceleration, anxiety and the like can appear in the urine suffocating state, and a urination reminding is sent to the wearer when the urine suffocating state is judged, so that the wearer can timely play a bed to urinate under the action of the urination reminding to relieve the expansion of bladder muscles before the wearer is not waken suffocated, and further eliminate the adverse effect on the health caused by the urine suffocating.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a reminding method applied to a smart wearable device according to an embodiment of the present application, which specifically includes the following steps:
s101: acquiring heart rate and limb movement data of a wearer during sleep;
this step aims at obtaining the rhythm of the heart and the limbs movement data of wearing person when sleeping through the sensor that sets up in the wearable equipment of intelligence, and wherein, the sensor that obtains the rhythm of the heart is heart rate sensor, and the sensor that obtains the limbs movement data includes acceleration sensor and angular velocity sensor to the amount of movement that detects through acceleration sensor and the rotation volume that angular velocity sensor detected come more true reduction the limbs movement that the wearing person took place.
S102: meanwhile, judging whether the wearer is in a urine holding state or not according to the change conditions of the heart rate and the limb movement data;
on the basis of S101, the step aims to judge whether the wearer is in a urine holding state or not according to the change conditions of the acquired heart rate and the acquired limb movement data. According to research, when urine is held, anxiety sensations such as swelling sensation and discomfort can be generated due to over-expansion of bladder muscles, abnormal heart rate can be caused, subconscious physiological discomfort can be caused under the effects of the anxiety sensations and the abnormal heart rate, the direct result is that the sleeping posture is continuously adjusted, the current discomfort is avoided, and therefore the times of limb movement, especially small-amplitude limb movement, can be increased. Of course, besides the two parameters of the heart rate and the limb movement data which are more intuitive and are most affected by the urine holding state, the urine holding state can cause other series of physiological states, for example, a serious discomfort can cause nightmare, dream words and the like, and such physiological characteristics can be collected and monitored by corresponding sensors and used as auxiliary parameters to judge whether the patient is in the urine holding state.
S103: a urination prompt is sent to the wearer.
The step S102 is established on the basis that the judgment result is that the wearer is in the urine suffocating state according to the change conditions of the heart rate and the limb movement data, and when the wearer is judged to be in the urine suffocating state, the urine excretion prompt is sent to the wearer in time so as to remind the wearer to get up and excrete in time, relieve the swelling state of bladder muscles and eliminate the adverse effects possibly caused to the health.
Specifically, the reminding mode of the urination reminding is various, for example, the urination reminding can be sent to a wearer in a vibration mode through a built-in motor of the intelligent wearable device, namely the urination reminding is in a vibration mode; the urination reminding can be sent to the wearer by playing a preset reminding sound through a built-in loudspeaker of the intelligent wearable device, namely the urination reminding is represented as a sound reminding at the moment; the intelligent wearable device can also establish communication connection with other Bluetooth devices (such as a mobile phone of a wearer) in a Bluetooth mode, send the urination reminding to other Bluetooth devices, send the urination reminding to the wearer in a mode that other Bluetooth devices receiving the urination reminding send some reminding information, and the like.
Further, in order to improve the user experience of the wearer, when the vibration mode is adopted to remind the wearer of urination, the vibration mode can also be adopted to remind in a cyclic vibration mode with sequentially increased vibration amplitude, namely, multi-stage vibration reminding is carried out in stages, the vibration amplitude of each stage is gradually increased, the user is awakened in a progressive mode, and the influence on the sleep quality of the user is reduced as much as possible. Correspondingly, when the sound reminding mode is adopted, the urination reminding can be realized by adopting a circulating sound reminding mode in which the volume of the prompt sound is gradually increased, and the effect is similar to that of the circulating vibration mode. Furthermore, the single reminding modes can be combined at the same time, for example, a vibration reminding mode and a sound reminding mode are adopted at the same time.
In order to verify whether the issued urination prompt is effective and prompt the wearer to finally achieve the purpose of prompting the wearer to get up to urinate, the limb movement data of the wearer after the issuance of the urination prompt is also required to be collected, and because the action of getting up to urinate is necessarily accompanied by a relatively large limb movement (including possible limb movements such as lifting and getting off a quilt, getting off the bed, walking, turning around, turning on the light and the like), the wearer can be judged whether getting up to urinate according to the aspect. If the wearer is judged not to get up to urinate, the currently sent urination reminding is not sensed by the wearer, so that the urination reminding needs to be continuously sent until the wearer really gets up to urinate and then stops and ends.
Further, after the urination reminding is finished, the judgment on whether the wearer is in the urine suffocating state before initialization is carried out, and the next judgment is started again.
Based on the technical scheme, the reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application utilizes the heart rate sensor and the motion sensor on the intelligent wearable device to monitor the heart rate and the limb motion of a wearer in real time, and judges whether the wearer is in a urine holding state or not by analyzing the change condition of the heart rate and the limb motion data, because research shows that the symptoms of heart rate acceleration, anxiety and the like can appear in the urine holding state, and sends a urination reminding to the wearer when the urine holding state is judged, so that the wearer can timely play a bed to urinate to relieve the expansion of bladder muscles under the action of the urination reminding before the wearer is not waken up, and further eliminate the adverse effect on the body health caused by the urine holding.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining whether a wearer is in a urine holding state in a reminding method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and this embodiment aims to provide a manner for determining whether the wearer is in the urine holding state according to heart rate and limb movement data in S102, which is simple and easy to implement, and includes the following implementation steps:
s201: calculating to obtain a heart rate increase value according to the heart rates at adjacent moments;
this step aims at obtaining the heart rate change of the moment after for the previous moment through the heart rate calculation of adjacent moment, and this heart rate increase value can be negative also can be positive promptly, represents for the negative that the heart rate of the moment after is lower than the heart rate of the moment before, and the heart rate of the moment after represents for the positive is higher than the heart rate of the moment before.
S202: calculating to obtain the increased value of the occurrence times of the small-amplitude limb movement according to the limb movement data at the adjacent time;
the method comprises the following steps of calculating the change condition of the occurrence frequency of small-amplitude limb movement in the next moment relative to the previous moment through limb movement data of adjacent moments, wherein the small-amplitude limb movement is the limb movement with the amplitude smaller than a first preset amplitude, and the occurrence frequency is the small-amplitude limb movement performed by a wearer in each moment.
S203: judging whether the wearer is in a urine holding state according to whether the heart rate increase value and the occurrence frequency increase value are respectively and correspondingly larger than a first increase value and a second increase value;
on the basis of S201 and S202, the step is to determine whether the wearer is in a urine suffocating state according to whether the heart rate increase value and the occurrence number increase value are respectively greater than a first increase value and a second increase value, wherein the first increase value corresponds to the heart rate increase value, and the second increase value corresponds to the occurrence number increase value. That is, the present embodiment determines whether the wearer is in the urine suffocating state by determining whether the occurrence frequency of the heart rate and the small-amplitude limb movement is increased compared with the value at the normal time.
S204: when the heart rate increase value is larger than the first increase value and the occurrence frequency increase value is larger than the second increase value, judging that the wearer is in a urine holding state;
as a result of the determination in S203, it is determined that the increase in the heart rate is greater than the first increase value and the increase in the number of occurrences is greater than the second increase value, which indicates that both the heart rate and the number of occurrences of small-amplitude limb movement of the wearer are increased, so that the wearer is currently in the urine suffocation state according to the above-mentioned research on the influence on the urine suffocation state.
S205: and when the heart rate increase value is not larger than the first increase value and/or the occurrence number increase value is not larger than the second increase value, judging that the wearer is in a normal state.
As another judgment result of S203, this step is based on that the heart rate increase value is not greater than the first increase value and/or the occurrence number increase value is not greater than the second increase value, specifically, the heart rate increase value is not greater than the first increase value, the occurrence number increase value is not greater than the second increase value, and the occurrence number increase value is not greater than the first increase value and is not greater than the second increase value, and contrary to the judgment result of S204, it is determined that the wearer is currently in the normal sleep state because the judgment condition is not satisfied.
In the present embodiment, the steps S201 and S202 are not dependent on each other, and may be performed simultaneously or sequentially.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining whether a wearer urinates in time according to a received urination prompt and taking corresponding measures in the prompting method provided in the embodiment of the present application, and this embodiment provides a way for verifying whether the issued urination prompt actually prompts the wearer to get up to bed to urinate on the basis of any of the above embodiments, aiming at ensuring the function of the urination prompt as much as possible, and the implementation steps are as follows:
s301: sending a urination prompt to the wearer;
this step is identical to S103, and there are steps S101 and S102 in the first embodiment before this step, and this embodiment only takes this step as the beginning of performing the subsequent verification step, so the rest steps are not completely listed.
S302: judging whether the wearer has large-amplitude limb movement;
on the basis of the step S301, the step aims to determine whether a wearer has large-amplitude limb movement after sending a urination prompt according to the acquired limb movement data, where the large-amplitude limb movement is a limb movement with an amplitude exceeding a second preset amplitude, and is opposite to the small-amplitude limb movement, and the second preset amplitude is larger than the first preset amplitude. In other words, this step is intended to determine whether the limb movement of the wearer when actually getting up to urinate occurs, and the limb amplitude of the movement performed when getting up to urinate (including possible limb movements such as lifting a quilt, getting off the bed, walking, turning around, turning on lights, etc.) is significantly larger than the limb movement generated when getting up to urinate due to suffocating.
S303: judging whether the duration time of the large-amplitude limb movement exceeds a preset time threshold value or not;
this step is based on the determination result of S302 that the large-amplitude limb movement has occurred, and is intended to further verify whether the wearer is actually getting up to urinate by determining the duration of the large-amplitude limb movement from the other side.
S304: stopping sending the urination alert to the wearer;
this step is established on the basis that the determination result in S303 is that the duration time exceeds the preset time threshold, which means that the double determination in S302 and S303 can indicate that the wearer has indeed got up to urinate, and therefore the sending of the urination prompt to the wearer will be stopped.
S305: initializing judgment on whether the wearer is in a urine holding state;
on the basis of S304, after stopping sending the urination prompt to the wearer, the step also initializes the judgment on whether the wearer is in the urine holding state, that is, eliminates the judgment result of the wearer in the urine holding state obtained last time, so as to judge again whether the wearer is in the urine holding state next time based on new data after that.
S306: meanwhile, judging whether the wearer is in a urine holding state or not according to the change conditions of the heart rate and the limb movement data;
on the basis of S305, the next judgment uses the same judgment logic as S102.
S307: and sending a next urination prompt to the wearer after a preset time interval.
This step is established on the basis that the judgment result in S302 is that the large-amplitude limb movement does not occur and the judgment result in S303 is that the duration time of the large-amplitude limb movement does not exceed the preset time threshold, which indicates that the wearer may not get up to urinate, so it is necessary to issue a next urination prompt to the wearer after a preset time interval to prompt the wearer to get up to urinate in a multiple reminding manner.
Further, if after a plurality of the same time intervals, the wearer still cannot be monitored to get up to urinate, the terminal urination reminding can be sent to the intelligent mobile terminal of the wearer through the Bluetooth, and the wearer can be reminded through certain reminding information sent by the intelligent mobile terminal. Of course, the intelligent mobile terminal may also be replaced by other nearby bluetooth devices that can send out the reminder information, such as a bluetooth sound box, a bluetooth lamp, and the like.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment provides a dual determination method for sequentially determining whether a large-amplitude limb movement occurs and determining whether the duration of the large-amplitude limb movement exceeds a preset time threshold, so as to verify whether the wearer gets up to urinate, but the same purpose can be achieved according to whether the large-amplitude limb movement occurs.
Because the situation is complicated and cannot be illustrated by a list, a person skilled in the art can realize that many examples exist according to the basic method principle provided by the application and the practical situation, and the protection scope of the application should be protected without enough inventive work.
