In a possible implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present invention, a weighted operation may be performed on the positioning destinations according to the last recording time of the positioning destinations recorded in the device positioning destination filtering list and the time span of the positioning destinations, so as to obtain a weighted value of the positioning destinations.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, a weighting function may be preset, and the weighting function may be positively correlated with the last recording time of the positioning destination, for example, the weighting function may be a linear positive correlation or a non-linear positive correlation. For example, the weighting function may be a function that is positively correlated with the square of the number of days.
In a possible example, in determining the location destination weighted value for each entry in the embodiment of the present invention, the server may call a preset weight function, and determine the weighted value of the location destination as a product of the weight function and a time span in which the location destination is recorded.
For example, assume that the weighting function is f (t), f (t) — days +100 from the current time by 31/12/2017. The weight for resolving the computed position fix purpose for each entry in table 5 is:

In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be various embodiments for determining the permanent premises of the device according to the weighted value of each positioning destination, for example, the positioning destination with the highest weighted value may be determined as the permanent premises of the device. Or a preset threshold value, and determining the ordinary station of the equipment according to the size relationship between the weighted value of each positioning destination and the threshold value. For example, a first threshold and a second threshold are set, and if the weighted value of the positioning destination is greater than the first threshold, the positioning destination is considered to be the regular station of the device. And if the weighted value of the positioning destination is greater than the second threshold and smaller than the first threshold, determining that the positioning destination is a candidate permanent station. And if the weighted value of the positioning destination is smaller than the second threshold value, determining that the equipment permanent station cannot be determined.
According to the method for determining the equipment permanent station provided by the embodiment of the invention, the permanent station is determined through the access log, the destination associated with the equipment access content can be combined with the positioning geographic position information of the equipment, and the information interference of the content destination associated with the equipment access content in the underground of the current positioning destination can be avoided, so that the permanent station of the equipment can be effectively identified and judged under the conditions of limited access content frequency and small data volume of equipment positioning data.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for determining the permanent station.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for determining a permanent premises, where the apparatus includes an obtaining unit 501, a destination filtering list determining unit 502, an arithmetic unit 503, and a permanent premises determining unit 504. Wherein,
an obtaining unit 501, configured to obtain an access log of a device, where the access log includes a content destination determined according to device access content, a location destination determined according to device location geographic location information, and a time for recording the location destination, and the content destination is not consistent with the location destination. A destination screening list determining unit 502, configured to determine, according to the access log, a device location destination screening list, where each entry in the device location destination screening list includes a location destination, a first recording time of the location destination in the entry, a last recording time of the location destination in the entry, and a time span for recording the location destination in the entry. An operation unit 503, configured to perform, for each entry in the device location destination screening list, a weighted operation on the location destination according to the time span of recording the location destination, so as to obtain a weighted value of the location destination. A permanent station determining unit 504, configured to determine a permanent station of the device according to the weighted value of each positioning destination.
In one possible embodiment, the obtaining unit 501 obtains the access log of the device by: the method comprises the steps of obtaining device access content and positioning geographic position information when the device accesses the content, wherein the access content has an attribute related to a destination. And determining the destination associated with the access content according to the preset association relationship between the destination and the access content. And determining the current destination of the equipment according to the geographical location information of the equipment. According to a destination list which is stored in advance and has a hierarchical relationship, a content destination and a positioning destination are respectively determined. The content destination is a destination in the destination list that is closest to a destination tier associated with accessing the content, and the locating destination is a destination in the destination list that is closest to a current destination tier of the device.
In another possible embodiment, the obtaining unit 501 is further configured to: after the content destination and the positioning destination are determined, if the content destination is not consistent with the positioning destination and the hierarchy of the content destination and the positioning destination is not consistent, the content destination and the positioning destination are merged into the same hierarchy, and the content destination and the positioning destination are re-determined according to the merged hierarchy. Wherein the merged hierarchy corresponds to a hierarchy with a higher hierarchy in both the content destination and the positioning destination.
In another possible embodiment, the obtaining unit 501 obtains an access log of a content destination inconsistent with the location destination by: an access log of the content destination coinciding with the location destination is deleted.
In one possible embodiment, the destination filtering list determining unit 502 determines the device location destination filtering list according to the access log in the following manner: and judging whether the device positioning destination screening list is empty or not. And if the equipment positioning destination screening list is empty, creating a new entry in the positioning destination screening list, wherein the positioning destination in the created new entry is the positioning destination included in the access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the positioning destination included in the access log, and the time span of the positioning destination is set as a set value. And if the equipment positioning destination screening list is not empty, extracting an entry with the latest recording time, and updating the equipment positioning destination screening list according to the positioning destination in the extracted entry and the positioning destination in the access log.
In another possible embodiment, the destination filtering list determining unit 502 updates the device location destination filtering list according to the location destinations in the extraction entry and the location destinations included in the access log in the following manner:
and if the positioning destination in the extraction entry is consistent with the positioning destination in the access log, updating the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry as the time for recording the positioning destination in the access log, and updating the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry as a recalculated time span, wherein the recalculated time span is calculated according to the time for recording the positioning destination, the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry and the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry, which are included in the access log. And if the positioning destination in the extracted entry is inconsistent with the positioning destination included in the access log, creating a new entry in the device positioning destination screening list, wherein the positioning destination in the created new entry is the positioning destination included in the access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the positioning destination included in the access log, and the time span of the positioning destination is set as a set value.
In yet another possible embodiment, the time span recalculated by the destination filter list determining unit 502 satisfies the following formula: l0 ═ Li + (T0-Ti). Where L0 is the recalculated time span, T0 is the time to record the located destination included in the access log, Ti is the last record time to locate the destination in the fetch entry, (T0-Ti) represents the length of the time interval between T0 and Ti, and Li is the time span to record the located destination in the fetch entry.
In one possible embodiment, the operation unit 503 performs a weighted operation on the positioning destinations according to the time span of recording the positioning destinations, to obtain the weighted values of the positioning destinations, as follows: and calling a preset weight function, wherein the weight function is positively correlated with the last recording time of the positioning destination. The product of the weight function and the time span of the recorded positioning destination is determined as the weighted value of the positioning destination. Determining the permanent station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination, comprising the following steps: and determining the positioning destination with the highest weighted value as the ordinary station of the equipment.
It can be understood that the functions implemented by each module unit in the device for determining a permanent site according to the embodiment of the present invention correspond to the steps in the method for determining a permanent site described above, and for concrete implementation and technical effects, please refer to the description of the method steps above, which is not described herein again.
It should be further understood that the above-mentioned structure of the permanent premises equipment according to the embodiment of the present invention (including names and connection relationships of the module units) is only an illustrative example, and the structure of the permanent premises equipment provided based on the same inventive concept as the method for determining permanent premises according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the structure of fig. 5, and is not limited to include the above-mentioned module units, and may include other module units, or the above-mentioned module units may be further subdivided.

the device comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring an access log of the device, the access log comprises a content destination determined according to the access content of the device, a positioning destination determined according to the positioning geographic position information of the device and time for recording the positioning destination, and the content destination is inconsistent with the positioning destination;
a destination screening list determining unit, configured to determine, according to the access log, an apparatus location destination screening list, where each entry in the apparatus location destination screening list includes a location destination, a first recording time of the location destination in the entry, a last recording time of the location destination in the entry, and a time span for recording the location destination in the entry;
the operation unit is used for carrying out weighted operation on the positioning destination according to the time span of recording the positioning destination aiming at each item in the equipment positioning destination screening list to obtain a weighted value of the positioning destination;
and the permanent station determining unit is used for determining the permanent station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination.
Scheme 10 the apparatus of scheme 9, wherein the obtaining unit obtains an access log of the device, comprising:
acquiring device access content and positioning geographic position information when the device accesses the content, wherein the access content has an attribute related to a destination;
determining a destination associated with the access content according to a preset association relation between the destination and the access content;

the content destination is a destination in a destination list that is closest to a destination tier associated with the accessed content, and the locating destination is a destination in a destination list that is closest to a current destination tier of the device.
The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the obtaining unit is further configured to:
after determining a content destination and a positioning destination, if the content destination is inconsistent with the positioning destination and the hierarchy of the content destination and the positioning destination is inconsistent, merging the content destination and the positioning destination into the same hierarchy, and re-determining the content destination and the positioning destination according to the merged hierarchy;
wherein the merged hierarchy corresponds to a hierarchy higher in both the content destination and the positioning destination.
Scheme 12. the apparatus according to scheme 10 or 11, wherein the acquisition unit obtains an access log in which the content destination does not coincide with the location destination, by:
an access log of the content destination coinciding with the location destination is deleted.

a processor configured to invoke the instruction to perform the method of determining a permanent premises of any of aspects 1-8.

Claims (18)

1. A method of determining a permanent premises, comprising:
acquiring an access log of a device, wherein the access log comprises a content destination determined according to device access content, a positioning destination determined according to device positioning geographic position information and time for recording the positioning destination, and the content destination is inconsistent with the positioning destination, wherein the positioning destination is determined by the device when the device accesses the content and is stored in the access log;
determining an equipment positioning destination screening list according to the access log, wherein each entry in the equipment positioning destination screening list comprises a positioning destination, the first recording time of the positioning destination in the entry, the last recording time of the positioning destination in the entry and the time span for recording the positioning destination in the entry;
for each item in the equipment positioning destination screening list, respectively carrying out weighted operation on the positioning destination according to the time span of recording the positioning destination to obtain a weighted value of the positioning destination;
and determining the ordinary station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining an access log for a device comprises:
acquiring device access content and positioning geographic position information when the device accesses the content, wherein the access content has an attribute related to a destination;
determining a destination associated with the access content according to a preset association relation between the destination and the access content;
determining the current destination of the equipment according to the geographical location information of the equipment;
respectively determining a content destination and a positioning destination according to a destination list which is stored in advance and has a hierarchical relationship;
the content destination is a destination in a destination list that is closest to a destination tier associated with the accessed content, and the locating destination is a destination in a destination list that is closest to a current destination tier of the device.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after determining the content destination and locating the destination, the method further comprises:
if the content destination is inconsistent with the positioning destination and the hierarchy of the content destination is inconsistent with that of the positioning destination, merging the content destination and the positioning destination into the same hierarchy, and re-determining the content destination and the positioning destination according to the merged hierarchy;
wherein the merged hierarchy corresponds to a hierarchy higher in both the content destination and the positioning destination.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein an access log is obtained in which the content destination is not consistent with the location destination by:
an access log of the content destination coinciding with the location destination is deleted.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a device location destination filter list from said access log comprises:
judging whether the equipment positioning destination screening list is empty or not;
if the device location destination screening list is empty, creating a new entry in the location destination screening list, wherein the location destination in the created new entry is a location destination included in an access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the location destination included in the access log, and the time span of the location destination is set as a set value;
and if the equipment positioning destination screening list is not empty, extracting an entry with the latest recording time, and updating the equipment positioning destination screening list according to the positioning destination in the extracted entry and the positioning destination in the access log.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein updating a device location destination filter list based on the location destinations in the fetch entry and the location destinations included in the access log comprises:
if the positioning destination in the extraction entry is consistent with the positioning destination in the access log, updating the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry as the time for recording the positioning destination in the access log, and updating the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry as a recalculated time span, wherein the recalculated time span is calculated according to the time for recording the positioning destination in the access log, the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry and the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry;
and if the positioning destination in the extracted entry is inconsistent with the positioning destination included in the access log, creating a new entry in the device positioning destination screening list, wherein the positioning destination in the created new entry is the positioning destination included in the access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the positioning destination included in the access log, and the time span of the positioning destination is set as a set value.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the recalculated time span satisfies the following equation:

where L0 is the recalculated time span, T0 is the time of recording the located destination included in the access log, Ti is the last recording time of the located destination in the fetch entry, (T0-Ti) represents the length of the time interval between T0 and Ti, and Li is the time span of recording the located destination in the fetch entry.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the weighting the positioning destination according to the time span of recording the positioning destination to obtain the weighted value of the positioning destination comprises:
calling a preset weight function, wherein the weight function is positively correlated with the last recording time of the positioning destination;
determining a product of the weight function and a time span of recording the positioning destination as a weighted value of the positioning destination;
the determining the permanent station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination comprises:
and determining the positioning destination with the highest weighted value as the ordinary station of the equipment.
9. An apparatus for determining a permanent premises, comprising:
an acquisition unit, configured to acquire an access log of a device, where the access log includes a content destination determined according to device access content, a location destination determined according to device location geolocation information, and a time at which the location destination is recorded, and the content destination is inconsistent with the location destination, where the location destination is determined by the device when accessing content and is stored in the access log;
a destination screening list determining unit, configured to determine, according to the access log, an apparatus location destination screening list, where each entry in the apparatus location destination screening list includes a location destination, a first recording time of the location destination in the entry, a last recording time of the location destination in the entry, and a time span for recording the location destination in the entry;
the operation unit is used for carrying out weighted operation on the positioning destination according to the time span of recording the positioning destination aiming at each item in the equipment positioning destination screening list to obtain a weighted value of the positioning destination;
and the permanent station determining unit is used for determining the permanent station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining unit obtains an access log of the device, comprising:
acquiring device access content and positioning geographic position information when the device accesses the content, wherein the access content has an attribute related to a destination;

11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the obtaining unit is further configured to:
after determining a content destination and a positioning destination, if the content destination is inconsistent with the positioning destination and the hierarchy of the content destination and the positioning destination is inconsistent, merging the content destination and the positioning destination into the same hierarchy, and re-determining the content destination and the positioning destination according to the merged hierarchy;
wherein the merged hierarchy corresponds to a hierarchy higher in both the content destination and the positioning destination.
12. The apparatus according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the acquisition unit obtains the access log in which the content destination is inconsistent with the location destination by:
an access log of the content destination coinciding with the location destination is deleted.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein said determining a device location destination filter list from the access log comprises:
judging whether the equipment positioning destination screening list is empty or not;
if the device location destination screening list is empty, creating a new entry in the location destination screening list, wherein the location destination in the created new entry is a location destination included in an access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the location destination included in the access log, and the time span of the location destination is set as a set value;
and if the equipment positioning destination screening list is not empty, extracting an entry with the latest recording time, and updating the equipment positioning destination screening list according to the positioning destination in the extracted entry and the positioning destination in the access log.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the updating of the device location destination filter list based on the location destinations in the fetch entry and the location destinations included in the access log comprises:
if the positioning destination in the extraction entry is consistent with the positioning destination in the access log, updating the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry as the time for recording the positioning destination in the access log, and updating the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry as a recalculated time span, wherein the recalculated time span is calculated according to the time for recording the positioning destination in the access log, the last recording time of the positioning destination in the extraction entry and the time span for recording the positioning destination in the extraction entry;
and if the positioning destination in the extracted entry is inconsistent with the positioning destination included in the access log, creating a new entry in the device positioning destination screening list, wherein the positioning destination in the created new entry is the positioning destination included in the access log, the first recording time and the last recording time are both the time for recording the positioning destination included in the access log, and the time span of the positioning destination is set as a set value.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the recalculated time span satisfies the following equation:
L0=Li+(T0-Ti);
where L0 is the recalculated time span, T0 is the time of recording the located destination included in the access log, Ti is the last recording time of the located destination in the fetch entry, (T0-Ti) represents the length of the time interval between T0 and Ti, and Li is the time span of recording the located destination in the fetch entry.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the weighting the positioning destination according to the time span of recording the positioning destination to obtain the weighted value of the positioning destination comprises:
calling a preset weight function, wherein the weight function is positively correlated with the last recording time of the positioning destination;
determining a product of the weight function and a time span of recording the positioning destination as a weighted value of the positioning destination;
the determining the permanent station of the equipment according to the weighted value of each positioning destination comprises:
and determining the positioning destination with the highest weighted value as the ordinary station of the equipment.
17. A server, wherein the server comprises:
a memory configured to store instructions; and
a processor configured to invoke the instructions to perform the method of determining a permanent premises of any of claims 1-8.
18. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, perform the method of determining permanent premises of any of claims 1-8.
