Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the existing plugboard cannot be waterproof, and provides a safe sealing coupling plugboard.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a safe sealed coupling plugboard comprises a plugboard shell and one or more detachable waterproof sealed coupling devices, wherein each detachable waterproof sealed coupling device consists of an insert mounting coupling external member and an insert; the embedded installation coupling kit consists of a coupler and a sealing cover; the coupler consists of a ground wire bridging module, a live wire bridging module and a zero line bridging module;
the embedding device is provided with a live wire embedding end, a zero line embedding end, a ground wire embedding end and insulating layers covering the outer surfaces of the live wire embedding end, the zero line embedding end and the ground wire embedding end;
the coupler is also provided with a coupling cavity, a sealing cavity and external matching threads outside the sealing cavity, the coupling cavity and the sealing cavity are isolated by a barrier layer arranged in the coupler, and the barrier layer is provided with a live wire coupling sleeve, a zero wire coupling sleeve, a ground wire through hole, a live wire through hole, a zero wire through hole and a sliding barrel matching extension sleeve;
an inner-extending matching thread is arranged inside the opening of the sealing cover and is in matching connection with an outer matching thread of the coupler;
the ground wire bridging module comprises a ground wire embedding end, a ground wire contact plate, a ground wire limiting extending insulation sliding cylinder and a ground wire contact platform;
the live wire bridging module comprises a live wire embedding end, a live wire contact plate, a live wire limiting and extending insulating sliding cylinder and a live wire contact platform;
the zero line bridging module comprises a zero line embedding end, a zero line touch plate, a zero line limiting and extending insulation sliding cylinder and a zero line touch table;
the ground wire bridging module, the live wire bridging module and the zero line bridging module also comprise module reset springs, module sleeving columns and fastening fixing bolts matched with the module sleeving columns, and the module sleeving columns are also provided with extending matching sleeves;
the ground wire contact platform, the live wire contact platform and the zero line contact platform are fixedly connected to the module sleeving column and are positioned in the extending matching sleeve; and the live wire coupling sleeve, the zero wire coupling sleeve and the ground wire coupling sleeve are respectively provided with a live wire drain hole, a zero wire drain hole and a ground wire drain hole.
As preferred in the present invention: a coupling sealing sliding cylinder is also arranged in the coupler; the coupling sealing sliding barrel is a hollow sleeve, a waterproof partition plate is arranged inside the coupling sealing sliding barrel and is used for isolating three hollow barrel cavities, an elastic reset cavity is arranged in the center of the coupling sealing sliding barrel, and a live wire opening, a zero wire opening and a ground wire opening which respectively correspond to the live wire coupling sleeve, the zero wire coupling sleeve and the ground wire coupling sleeve are arranged on the waterproof partition plate.
As preferred in the present invention: the embedded end is also provided with a ground wire inner flange sealing ring, a fire wire inner flange sealing ring, a zero line inner flange sealing ring, a ground wire drainage balance hole, a zero line drainage balance hole and a fire wire drainage balance hole; an elastic shrinkage sealing film is arranged at one end of each of the ground wire draining balance hole, the zero line draining balance hole and the live wire draining balance hole; the outer diameters of the ground wire inner flange sealing ring, the live wire inner flange sealing ring and the zero line inner flange sealing ring are respectively smaller than the inner diameters of the live wire opening, the zero line opening and the ground wire opening; the depths of the ground wire inner flange sealing ring, the live wire inner flange sealing ring and the zero line inner flange sealing ring are smaller than the heights of the live wire opening, the zero line opening and the ground wire opening.
As preferred in the present invention: the coupling sealing sliding barrel is matched with the sliding barrel matching extension sleeve in the coupler to slide through the elastic reset cavity, and a sliding barrel reset spring is further arranged between the elastic reset cavity and the sliding barrel matching extension sleeve, so that in a normal state, the live wire staggered drain hole, the zero wire staggered drain hole and the ground wire staggered drain hole in the coupling sealing sliding barrel can correspond to the live wire drain hole, the zero wire drain hole and the ground wire drain hole one by one, and drainage is facilitated.
As preferred in the present invention: the coupling sealing sliding barrel is also slidably sleeved with the live wire coupling sleeve, the zero wire coupling sleeve and the ground wire coupling sleeve through a live wire opening, a zero wire opening and a ground wire opening respectively; when the coupling sealing sliding barrel slides up and down based on the matching of the live wire coupling sleeve, the zero wire coupling sleeve, the ground wire coupling sleeve and the sliding barrel and the extension sleeve, the matching states of the live wire staggered drain hole, the zero wire staggered drain hole and the ground wire staggered drain hole and the live wire drain hole, the zero wire drain hole and the ground wire drain hole slide along with the sliding, and change; in a normal state, the openings completely correspond, when the coupling sealing sliding barrel slides to be in contact with the barrier layer, the live wire staggered drainage hole, the zero wire staggered drainage hole and the ground wire staggered drainage hole are completely staggered with the openings of the live wire drainage hole, the zero wire drainage hole and the ground wire drainage hole, so that sealing is realized.
As preferred in the present invention: the vertical height of the live wire drain hole, the zero line drain hole and the ground wire drain hole from the barrier layer is different, and the dislocation height distribution is realized.
As preferred in the present invention: the vertical height between the fire wire drainage hole and the blocking layer is higher than that between the zero line drainage hole and the blocking layer; the vertical height between the zero line drainage hole and the blocking layer is higher than that between the ground line drainage hole and the blocking layer; the length of the live wire touch table is smaller than that of the zero wire touch table correspondingly; the length of the zero line contact platform is smaller than that of the ground wire contact platform, so that the actual travel distance corresponds to the actual travel distance.
As further preferred in the present invention: the ground wire touch panel, the live wire touch panel and the zero line touch panel are all composed of touch panels and extension touch posts; the ground wire limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel, the live wire limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel and the zero line limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel are all composed of limiting matching sliding barrels and extending insulating hollow inner columns; the length of the extension contact column of the live wire touch plate and the length of the extension insulation hollow inner column of the live wire limit extension insulation sliding cylinder are longer than the length of the extension contact column of the zero line touch plate and the length of the extension insulation hollow inner column of the zero line limit extension insulation sliding cylinder; the length of the extending contact column of the zero line touch panel and the length of the extending insulating hollow inner column of the zero line limiting extending insulating sliding cylinder are longer than the length of the extending contact column of the ground line touch panel and the length of the extending insulating hollow inner column of the ground line limiting extending insulating sliding cylinder; the extension matching sleeve and the limit matching sliding cylinder are mutually sleeved in a sliding manner; the extension contact column is wrapped in the extension insulation hollow inner column; and the extension insulation hollow inner columns of the ground wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel, the live wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel and the zero line limit extension insulation sliding barrel are respectively sleeved in the ground wire through hole, the live wire through hole and the zero line through hole in a sliding manner. The hollow inner column; and the extension insulation hollow inner columns of the ground wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel, the live wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel and the zero line limit extension insulation sliding barrel are respectively sleeved in the ground wire through hole, the live wire through hole and the zero line through hole in a sliding manner.
As further preferred in the present invention: the device also comprises a fastening module; the fastening module can fasten and match the insert and the coupler in a buckling, bolt and magnetic suction mode; in the specific magnetic attraction mode, coupling magnets are additionally arranged on the coupler and are made of permanent magnets or magnetically attractable objects, and matching magnets are additionally arranged on the insert and are made of permanent magnets or magnetically attractable objects; one of the coupling magnet and the matching magnet is necessarily provided with a permanent magnet material.
As further preferred in the present invention: the sealing cover is also provided with a main wire hole for accommodating a wire body matched with the module sleeve connection column; the plugboard shell is provided with an installation gap, a line hole and an installation hole, the inner diameter of the installation gap is larger than the outer diameter of the coupling sealing sliding barrel, and the coupling sealing sliding barrel is sleeved in the installation gap; the detachable waterproof sealing coupling device is mutually abutted with the inner extension of the installation notch and is fixed in the plug board shell through a bolt and an installation hole; the wire lines are respectively connected with the detachable waterproof sealing coupling devices, namely the wire lines penetrate out of the bus holes after being sleeved with the connecting columns by the connecting modules and then are collected and penetrate out of the bus holes; and the insert is also provided with a handheld part and a bus.
Compared with the prior art, the pressure barrel for the water purification system, which adopts the technical scheme, has the following beneficial effects:
once the insertion is available, the operation is completed in one step;
secondly, the electricity is safely used, and the electric shock prevention design is provided;
and thirdly, a drainage mode is adopted, electricity is conducted after drainage, the water can be used in water after electrification, and the whole insertion process can be used in water.
And fourthly, secondary sealing after water drainage is performed by adopting a coupling sealing sliding cylinder, so that sealing is further protected.
And fifthly, the third sealing is realized by adopting the sealing fit between the inner flange sealing ring and the opening of the coupling sealing sliding cylinder, so that the sealing effect is stably protected.
Sixthly, the elastic shrinkage sealing film and the water drainage balance hole are arranged, so that the degree of engagement between the opening of the coupling sealing sliding barrel and the opening of the coupling sealing sliding barrel can reach one hundred percent when the third sealing is carried out between the inner flange sealing ring and the opening of the coupling sealing sliding barrel, and the negative effects of extra air pressure and water pressure can not be guaranteed.
And seventhly, the module design is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
Example (b):
a secure sealed coupling patch panel as shown in figures 1 to 14 comprises a patch housing 8 and one or more detachable waterproof sealed coupling means consisting of a snap-in mounting coupling kit and a snap-in 1. The above-mentioned insert-mounting coupling kit is composed of a coupler 2 and a sealing cover 3. The coupler 2 is composed of a ground wire bridging module, a live wire bridging module and a zero line bridging module.
The insert 1 is provided with a live wire insert 16, a zero wire insert 14, a ground wire insert 15, and an insulating layer 17 covering the outer surfaces of the live wire insert 16, the zero wire insert 14, and the ground wire insert 15.
The coupler 2 is further provided with a coupling cavity, a sealing cavity and external matching threads outside the sealing cavity, the coupling cavity and the sealing cavity are isolated through a blocking layer 21 arranged in the coupler 2, and a live wire coupling sleeve 26, a zero wire coupling sleeve 24, a ground wire coupling sleeve 25, a ground wire through hole 211, a live wire through hole 212, a zero wire through hole 213 and a sliding barrel matching extension sleeve 214 are arranged on the blocking layer 21.
The inside of the opening of the sealing cover 3 is provided with an inward extending matching thread which is matched and connected with the external matching thread of the coupler 2.
The ground bridging module comprises a ground wire embedding end 15, a ground wire contact plate 631, a ground wire limiting extension insulating slide cylinder 63 and a ground wire contact platform 73.
The live wire bridging module further includes a live wire contact plate 641, a live wire limiting and extending insulating sliding cylinder 64 and a live wire contact table 71 besides the live wire embedding end 16.
The neutral bridging module includes a neutral embedded terminal 14, a neutral touch pad 651, a neutral spacing extending insulating slide 65 and a neutral touch pad 72.
The ground wire bridging module, the live wire bridging module and the zero wire bridging module further include a module return spring 52, a module splicing column 61 and a fastening fixing bolt 62 matched with the module splicing column 61, and the module splicing column 61 is further provided with an extending matching sleeve 611.
The ground contact pad 73, the hot contact pad 71 and the neutral contact pad 72 are fixedly attached to the module sleeve post 61 and are positioned within the extended mating sleeve 611.
The live wire coupling sleeve 26, the neutral wire coupling sleeve 24 and the ground wire coupling sleeve 25 are further provided with a live wire drain hole 261, a neutral wire drain hole 241 and a ground wire drain hole 251, respectively.
In order to ensure a more reliable sealing effect, a coupling sealing slide cylinder 4 is also arranged in the coupler 2. The coupling sealing sliding barrel 4 is a hollow sleeve, a waterproof partition plate 47 is arranged in the coupling sealing sliding barrel to separate the coupling sealing sliding barrel into three hollow barrel cavities, an elastic reset cavity 48 is arranged in the center of the coupling sealing sliding barrel, and a live wire opening 46, a null wire opening 44 and a ground wire opening 45 which respectively correspond to the live wire coupling sleeve 26, the null wire coupling sleeve 24 and the ground wire coupling sleeve 25 are arranged on the waterproof partition plate 47.
In order to ensure that the coupling seal slide does not affect the fit between the coupler and the insert, the insert end 15 is further provided with an inner ground flange seal ring 151, an inner live flange seal ring 161, an inner neutral flange seal ring 141, an inner ground drain balance hole 153, an inner neutral drain balance hole 143, and an inner live drain balance hole 163. An elastic shrinkage sealing film 18 is provided at one end of the ground wire drain balance hole 153, the zero line drain balance hole 143, and the live wire drain balance hole 163. The outer diameters of the ground inner flange seal ring 151, the live inner flange seal ring 161, and the neutral inner flange seal ring 141 are smaller than the inner diameters of the live opening 46, the neutral opening 44, and the ground opening 45, respectively. The depth of the inner ground flange seal 151, inner neutral flange seal 161 and inner neutral flange seal 141 is less than the height of the hot 46, neutral 44 and ground 45 openings.
In order to further enhance the combination effect between the coupling sealing slide cylinder and the coupler, and not to cause dislocation influence and interfere the whole drainage effect, the coupling sealing slide cylinder 4 slides in pair with the slide cylinder matching extension sleeve 214 in the coupler 2 through the elastic reset cavity 48, and a slide cylinder reset spring 51 is further arranged between the elastic reset cavity 48 and the slide cylinder matching extension sleeve 214, so that in a normal state, the live wire dislocation drain hole 41, the zero wire dislocation drain hole 42 and the ground wire dislocation drain hole 43 on the coupling sealing slide cylinder 4 can be in one-to-one correspondence with the live wire drain hole 261, the zero wire drain hole 241 and the ground wire drain hole 251, and drainage is facilitated.
In order to realize the dislocation sealing effect of the coupling sealing sliding barrel, the coupling sealing sliding barrel 4 is also slidably sleeved with the live wire coupling sleeve 26, the neutral wire coupling sleeve 24 and the ground wire coupling sleeve 25 through a live wire opening 46, a neutral wire opening 44 and a ground wire opening 45 respectively. When the coupling sealing slide barrel 4 slides up and down based on the matching of the live wire coupling sleeve 26, the neutral wire coupling sleeve 24, the ground wire coupling sleeve 25 and the slide barrel extension sleeve 214, the matching states of the live wire dislocation drain hole 41, the neutral wire dislocation drain hole 42 and the ground wire dislocation drain hole 43 with the live wire drain hole 261, the neutral wire drain hole 241 and the ground wire drain hole 251 slide along with the sliding, and change. In a normal state, the openings completely correspond to each other, and when the coupling seal spool 4 slides to contact the barrier layer 21, the live wire offset drain hole 41, the zero wire offset drain hole 42, and the ground wire offset drain hole 43 are completely offset from the openings of the live wire drain hole 261, the zero wire drain hole 241, and the ground wire drain hole 251, so that sealing is achieved.
In order to further increase the safety, a sequential drainage mode is adopted, so that even if one module fails to be sealed, the module cannot be interfered, and the vertical heights of the live wire drain hole 261, the zero line drain hole 241 and the ground wire drain hole 251 from the barrier layer 21 are different and are distributed in a staggered manner.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the fire line is most dangerous, and therefore, the fire line bridging module is drained first, then the zero line bridging module is drained, and finally the ground line bridging module is drained, and the vertical height from the fire line drain 261 to the barrier layer 21 is higher than the vertical height from the zero line drain 241 to the barrier layer 21. The vertical height of the neutral drain hole 241 from the barrier layer 21 is higher than the vertical height of the ground drain hole 251 from the barrier layer 21. The length of the live wire contact pad 71 is smaller than the length of the neutral wire contact pad 72. The length of the neutral contact 72 is shorter than that of the ground contact 73, so that the actual stroke distance corresponds to the actual stroke distance.
As further preferred in the present invention: the ground wire touch panel 631, the live wire touch panel 641 and the zero wire touch panel 651 are all composed of touch panels and extension touch posts; the ground wire limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel 63, the live wire limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel 64 and the zero wire limiting and extending insulating sliding barrel 65 are all composed of limiting matching sliding barrels and extending insulating hollow inner columns; the length of the extension contact column of the live wire touch panel 641 and the extension insulating hollow inner column of the live wire limit extension insulating slide 64 is longer than that of the extension contact column of the zero line touch panel 651 and the extension insulating hollow inner column of the zero line limit extension insulating slide 65; the length of the extending contact column of the zero line contact board 651 and the length of the extending insulating hollow inner column of the zero line limit extending insulating slide cylinder 65 are longer than the length of the extending contact column of the ground line contact board 631 and the length of the extending insulating hollow inner column of the ground line limit extending insulating slide cylinder 63; the extension matching sleeve 611 and the limit matching sliding cylinder are in sliding sleeve joint with each other; the extension contact column is wrapped in the extension insulation hollow inner column; the extension insulation hollow inner columns of the ground wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel 63, the live wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel 64 and the zero wire limit extension insulation sliding barrel 65 are respectively sleeved in the ground wire through hole 211, the live wire through hole 212 and the zero wire through hole 213 in a sliding mode.
In order to realize the fixed matching relationship of the insert and the coupler, a fastening module is also included. The fastening module can fasten and match the inlay device 1 and the coupler 2 in a buckling, bolt and magnetic attraction mode. In the specific magnetic attraction mode, the coupler 2 is additionally provided with the coupling magnet 5 which is made of a permanent magnet or can attract objects, and the insert 1 is additionally provided with the matching magnet 13 which is made of a permanent magnet or can attract objects. One of the coupling magnet 5 and the matching magnet 13 is necessarily provided with a permanent magnet material.
When a strong connection relation is needed, the insert and the coupler are stably fixed for a long time in a bolt mode.
In order to further improve the adaptability and stability of the whole structure, the sealing cover 3 is further provided with a bus hole 31 for accommodating a line body matched with the module sleeving column 61. The plugboard shell 8 is provided with an installation gap 82, a line hole 81 and an installation hole 83, the inner diameter of the installation gap 82 is larger than the outer diameter of the coupling sealing sliding barrel 4, and the coupling sealing sliding barrel 4 is sleeved in the installation gap 82. The detachable waterproof sealing coupling device is abutted against the inner extension of the mounting notch 82 and is fixed in the flashboard housing 8 through the bolt 84 and the mounting hole 83. The wire lines are respectively connected with the detachable waterproof sealing coupling device, namely the wire lines penetrate out of the bus hole 31 after being connected with the module sleeving column 61 and then are collected to penetrate out through the line hole 81. The inserter 1 is further provided with a hand-held unit 11 and a bus 12.
Preferably, a sealing ring is further provided between the sealing cover 3 and the coupler 2, and a corresponding sealing ring is also provided at the bus hole 31 of the sealing cover 3, so as to achieve an integral sealing effect.
The working principle is as follows: when the firing line embedded end 16, the null line embedded end 14 and the ground wire embedded end 15 of the embedded device are inserted into the firing line coupling sleeve 26, the null line coupling sleeve 24 and the ground wire coupling sleeve 25 of the coupler, the firing line embedded end 16, the null line embedded end 14 and the ground wire embedded end 15, the firing line embedded end 16 firstly completes drainage with the firing line contact plate 641 for contact, the firing line embedded end 16 further penetrates into the firing line coupling sleeve 26 along with further extrusion, the firing line embedded end 16 completely penetrates into the firing line coupling sleeve 26, the firing line drain hole 261 is blocked by the insulating layer 17 wrapping the firing line embedded end 16, the null line embedded end 14 completes drainage with the null line contact plate 651 for contact, the null line embedded end 14 further penetrates into the null line coupling sleeve 24 along with further extrusion, the null line embedded end 14 completely penetrates into the null line coupling sleeve 24, the null line drain hole 241 is blocked by the insulating layer 17 wrapping the null line embedded end 14, at this time, the ground wire embedded end 15 and the ground wire contact plate 631 complete drainage and contact, with further extrusion, the ground wire embedded end 15 further penetrates into the ground wire coupling sleeve 25, the ground wire embedded end 15 completely sinks into the ground wire coupling sleeve 25, when the ground wire drainage hole 251 is blocked by the insulating layer 17 wrapping the ground wire embedded end 15, at this moment, the embedded device 1 contacts with the extension of the coupling sealing slide cylinder 4, with further extrusion of the embedded device 1, the coupling sealing slide cylinder 4 slides along with the coupling sealing slide cylinder 4 after overcoming the elastic force of the slide cylinder reset spring 51, and at this moment, the live wire dislocation drainage hole 41, the null wire dislocation drainage hole 42 and the ground wire dislocation drainage hole 43 completely dislocate with the openings of the live wire drainage hole 261, the null wire drainage hole 241 and the ground wire drainage hole 251, so as to realize sealing.
At this moment, live wire touch panel 641, zero line touch panel 651 and ground wire touch panel 631 receive the extrusion when, then can drive corresponding spacing extension insulating sleeve and slide down, simultaneously, corresponding extension touch post also can contact corresponding ground wire and touch platform 73, the live wire touches platform 71 or zero line and touches platform 72, although live wire touch panel 641 receives the extrusion first, zero line touch panel 651 time, ground wire touch panel 631 is last, however, because distance and stroke, they still touch corresponding live wire simultaneously and touch platform 641, zero line touch platform 651 and ground wire touch platform 631, at this moment, just accomplish the live wire bridging, zero line bridging and ground wire bridging, simultaneously, before the bridging, whole sealing work has also been accomplished early.
After above-mentioned cooperation is accomplished, at last when the sealed slide cartridge of inlay ware and coupling contacts, inside unnecessary water and the air of not letting out, along with the sealed slide cartridge of inlay ware and coupling further extrusion fit, then can lead to inside water pressure and atmospheric pressure too big, then can generate bounce-back force, carry out the counter force with fastening module and counter act, at this moment, must influence normal use, increase the cooperation back of inlay ware and coupler, receive probability and the risk that external force influences and break away from. The ground wire draining balance hole 153, the zero line draining balance hole 143, the live wire draining balance hole 163 and the corresponding elastic shrinkage sealing film 18 are arranged, so that the water pressure and the air pressure in the respective chambers can be balanced, the balance is achieved, even, the suction is formed, and the matching effect is further improved.
If the insert and the coupling sealing sliding barrel are excessively sealed due to proper water pressure and air pressure and an excessively flexible inner flange sealing ring, the insert and the coupling sealing sliding barrel are too difficult to insert and insert, and related structures are easily damaged, so that subsequent use is influenced.
