本发明涉及路灯领域,具体涉及一种多灯头高效散热路灯。
背景技术
路灯是道路照明的主要设施,并且随着技术的进步,使用LED光源的路灯越来越多地投入使用,LED光源的特点是能耗低,但是散热较大,需要较好的散热。并且在实际使用过程中,有些路灯具有多个灯头,对每个灯头都设置独立的散热系统,成本较高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种多灯头高效散热路灯。
技术方案:一种多灯头高效散热路灯,包括灯杆、圆形板和多个灯头,所述圆形板固定在灯杆顶部,所述灯杆具有进气孔,所述灯杆内设置有散热风扇,所述圆形板内具有空腔,所述圆形板的底部具有连通孔,所述连通孔连通灯杆内空间与所述空腔,所述灯头包括半球形的灯罩和半球形的透光镜,所述灯罩内具有导热块、与导热块连接的散热翅片、与导热块连接的电路板和安装在电路板上的LED灯珠,所述灯罩顶部具有第一通孔,所述透光镜的底部具有第二通孔,每个灯头通过一个竖直管与所述圆形板固定连接,所述竖直管连通所述空腔和所述第一通孔,每个灯罩还通过一个灯头支架与所述灯杆的侧壁固定。
进一步地,所述导热块通过导热块支架与所述灯罩固定。
进一步地,所述圆形板焊接固定在所述灯杆的顶部。
进一步地,所述灯头的数量为4个。
进一步地,4个灯头呈环形等间距布置。
进一步地,所述透光镜由磨砂玻璃制成。
有益效果:本发明的路灯,在设置多个灯头的同时,只设置一个散热风扇,能够实现对多个灯头的同时散热,散热效果好。

本发明的路灯,散热风扇产生的散热气流能够进入空腔,再由竖直管进入各个灯头内部,从第二通孔出来,形成散热气流的循环,并且一个散热风扇可以实现对多个灯头的同时散热,散热效果好。

1.一种多灯头高效散热路灯,其特征在于,包括灯杆、圆形板和多个灯头,所述圆形板固定在灯杆顶部,所述灯杆具有进气孔,所述灯杆内设置有散热风扇,所述圆形板内具有空腔,所述圆形板的底部具有连通孔,所述连通孔连通灯杆内空间与所述空腔,所述灯头包括半球形的灯罩和半球形的透光镜,所述灯罩内具有导热块、与导热块连接的散热翅片、与导热块连接的电路板和安装在电路板上的LED灯珠,所述灯罩顶部具有第一通孔,所述透光镜的底部具有第二通孔,每个灯头通过一个竖直管与所述圆形板固定连接,所述竖直管连通所述空腔和所述第一通孔,每个灯罩还通过一个灯头支架与所述灯杆的侧壁固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多灯头高效散热路灯,其特征在于,所述导热块通过导热块支架与所述灯罩固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多灯头高效散热路灯,其特征在于,所述圆形板焊接固定在所述灯杆的顶部。
