Abstract
The invention discloses a roof metal gutter waterproof method and a roof metal gutter waterproof structure, wherein the waterproof method comprises the following steps: (1) a fixed connecting piece is arranged on the steel plate at the bottom of the metal gutter; (2) respectively paving a bottom heat-insulating layer and a vertical surface heat-insulating layer on the bottom steel plate of the metal gutter and the vertical surfaces at the two sides of the metal gutter; (3) respectively paving a bottom waterproof coiled material and a vertical surface waterproof coiled material on the bottom heat-insulating layer and the vertical surface heat-insulating layer; (4) a U-shaped pressing strip and a load dispersing rope are arranged on a horizontal lapping surface formed by the bottom waterproof coiled material and the vertical surface waterproof coiled material, and a fixing screw penetrates through the U-shaped pressing strip, each waterproof coiled material and the bottom heat insulation layer and is fixedly connected to a fixed connecting piece; (5) and laying additional layers of waterproof coiled materials at the internal corners of two sides of the metal gutter to enable the U-shaped pressing strips and the load dispersing ropes to be covered by the additional layers of the waterproof coiled materials. (4) a U-shaped pressing strip and a load dispersing rope are arranged on a horizontal overlapping surface formed by the bottom waterproof coiled material and the vertical surface waterproof coiled material, and a fixing screw penetrates through the U-shaped pressing strip, each waterproof coiled material and the bottom heat insulation layer and is fixedly connected to the fixing connecting piece;
(5) and laying additional layers of waterproof coiled materials at the internal corners of two sides of the metal gutter, so that the U-shaped pressing strips and the load dispersing ropes are covered by the additional layers of the waterproof coiled materials.
The invention also provides a roof metal gutter waterproof structure paved by the roof metal gutter waterproof method.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The method of the invention meets the standard requirements, and welds the prefabricated purlin with the shape like the Chinese character 'ji' on the gutter steel plate while not affecting the heat preservation and the waterproof treatment of the gutter part, thereby having low cost and good effect, effectively avoiding the damage of the fixing screw to the gutter steel plate in the original method, keeping the self-waterproof function of the gutter steel plate, and greatly reducing the water leakage risk of the roof gutter.
According to the invention, step (1) is preferably to weld and fix the connecting piece on the steel plate at the bottom of the metal gutter.
According to the invention, preferably, the bottom heat-insulating layer is provided with a groove matched with the fixed connecting piece, and the fixed connecting piece can be wrapped in the groove.

The laying process and the lapping process of the bottom waterproof coiled material and the vertical face waterproof coiled material can be any mode suitable for the invention, and as a preferable mode, in the step (3), the bottom waterproof coiled material is laid firstly, and then the vertical face waterproof coiled material is laid; the bottom waterproof coiled material is laid to the internal corner of the metal gutter, and the bottom waterproof coiled material is turned upwards along the vertical surface of the internal corner of the metal gutter; the facade waterproof coiled material is lapped above the bottom waterproof coiled material.
According to the invention, the size of the waterproof coiled material at the bottom of the gutter is determined by the size of the steel plate at the bottom of the gutter, so that the waterproof coiled material at the bottom of the gutter can completely cover the steel plate at the bottom of the gutter.
According to the invention, preferably, the upturning height of the bottom waterproof coiled material along the inside corner vertical face of the metal gutter is not less than 50 mm; the lapping length of the facade waterproof coiled material and the bottom waterproof coiled material is not less than 50 mm.
According to the invention, preferably, the lap joint length of the vertical waterproof coiled material and the horizontal planes on two sides of the metal gutter is not less than 150 mm.
In the invention, the lapping surfaces of the waterproof coiled materials on the vertical surfaces of the two sides and the horizontal surfaces on the two sides of the metal gutter are welded.
In the present invention, the specific waterproof laying process for the horizontal planes on both sides of the metal gutter is a conventional treatment process in the art, and is not described herein.
Preferably, according to the invention, the additional layer of waterproofing membrane overlaps the base waterproofing membrane and the facade waterproofing membrane by a length of no less than 75 mm.
In the invention, the construction method for laying the additional layers of the waterproof coiled material at the internal corners of the two sides of the metal gutter is a conventional process step in the field, and the additional layers of the waterproof coiled material are welded by a hand-held hot air welding machine and compacted by a hard silicone roller.
In the present invention, the bottom waterproofing membrane, the facade waterproofing membrane and the waterproofing membrane additional layer can be any macromolecule waterproofing membrane suitable for the mechanical fixation of the present invention, preferably thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane (TPO membrane); the bottom insulating layer and the vertical surface insulating layer can be made of conventional plate-shaped insulating materials, such as rock wool plates and polystyrene boards.
The invention also provides a roof metal gutter waterproof structure paved by the roof metal gutter waterproof method.
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples:
the additional layers of bottom waterproofing membrane, facade waterproofing membrane and waterproofing membrane described in the following examples are thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing membrane (TPO membrane); the bottom insulating layer and the vertical surface insulating layer are both made of polystyrene boards.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for waterproofing a roof metal gutter, which includes:
(1) a steel plate 1 at the bottom of the metal gutter is welded with a fixing connecting piece 6 of a purlin shaped like a Chinese character 'ji'; the fixed connecting piece 6 is arranged close to the vertical surface heat-insulating layer 10, and the outermost end of one side of the fixed connecting piece 6 close to the vertical surface heat-insulating layer 10 is in contact with the vertical surface heat-insulating layer 10;
(2) a bottom heat-insulating layer 2 and a vertical surface heat-insulating layer 10 are respectively paved on the bottom steel plate 1 of the metal gutter and the vertical surfaces at the two sides of the metal gutter;
(3) a bottom waterproof coiled material 3 and a vertical surface waterproof coiled material 11 are respectively paved on the bottom heat-insulating layer 2 and the vertical surface heat-insulating layer 10; firstly, paving the bottom waterproof coiled material 3, and then paving the vertical surface waterproof coiled material 11; the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 is paved to the position of an internal corner 8 of the metal gutter, and the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 is turned upwards along the vertical face of the internal corner of the metal gutter; the vertical waterproof coiled material 11 is lapped above the bottom waterproof coiled material 3; a groove matched with the fixed connecting piece 6 is formed in the bottom heat-insulating layer 2, and the fixed connecting piece 6 can be wrapped in the groove; the upturning height of the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 along the internal corner vertical surface of the metal gutter is 50 mm; the lap joint length of the facade waterproof coiled material 11 and the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 is 50 mm; the lap joint length of the vertical waterproof coiled material 11 and the horizontal planes 12 on the two sides of the metal gutter is 150 mm;
(4) a U-shaped pressing strip 4 and a load dispersing rope 7 are arranged on a horizontal overlapping surface formed by the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 and the vertical surface waterproof coiled material 11, and a fixing screw 5 penetrates through the U-shaped pressing strip 4, the vertical surface waterproof coiled material 11, the bottom waterproof coiled material 3 and the bottom heat insulation layer 2 and is fixedly connected to the fixing connecting piece 6; wherein, the load dispersing rope 7 is welded on the waterproof roll material next to the U-shaped batten 4;
(5) laying waterproof coiled material additional layers 9 at the internal corners of two sides of the metal gutter, so that the U-shaped pressing strips 4 and the load dispersing ropes 7 are covered by the waterproof coiled material additional layers 9; during construction, the waterproof coiled material additional layer 9 is welded by a hand-held hot air welding machine and compacted by a hard silicone roller; the lap length of the waterproofing membrane additional layer 9 and the bottom waterproofing membrane 3 and the facade waterproofing membrane 11 are both 75 mm.

Claims (8)
1. A roof metal gutter waterproof method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) a fixed connecting piece is arranged on the steel plate at the bottom of the metal gutter;
(2) respectively paving a bottom heat-insulating layer and a vertical surface heat-insulating layer on the bottom steel plate of the metal gutter and the vertical surfaces at the two sides of the metal gutter;
(3) paving a bottom waterproof coiled material and a vertical surface waterproof coiled material on the bottom heat-insulating layer and the vertical surface heat-insulating layer respectively;
(4) a U-shaped pressing strip and a load dispersing rope are arranged on a horizontal overlapping surface formed by the bottom waterproof coiled material and the vertical surface waterproof coiled material, and a fixing screw penetrates through the U-shaped pressing strip, each waterproof coiled material and the bottom heat insulation layer and is fixedly connected to the fixing connecting piece;
(5) laying additional layers of waterproof coiled materials at the internal corners of two sides of the metal gutter, so that the U-shaped pressing strips and the load dispersing ropes are covered by the additional layers of waterproof coiled materials;
wherein, the step (1) is to weld and fix a connecting piece on a steel plate at the bottom of the metal gutter;
wherein, the fixed connecting piece is a purlin shaped like a Chinese character 'ji'.
2. The waterproof method for the roof metal gutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom insulating layer is provided with a groove matched with the fixing and connecting piece, and the fixing and connecting piece can be wrapped in the groove.

The roofing metal gutter waterproofing method according to claim 4 wherein the height of the bottom waterproofing membrane turned up along the inside corner elevation of the metal gutter is not less than 50 mm; the lapping length of the facade waterproof coiled material and the bottom waterproof coiled material is not less than 50 mm.
