Abstract

The car running warning structure 300 is provided on the road surface at the front side of the stop line of the car traffic light and is also linked with the traffic light, and when the traffic light is green, it can emit green light, and when the traffic light is red, it can also emit red light.
The automobile running warning structure 300 is convenient for a driver to timely know signal lamp information, and when weather with low visibility such as foggy days occurs, the driver can timely judge traffic signals by observing light emitted from the automobile running warning structure 300.
In addition, when the automobile passes through the traffic light, if the automobile with higher height such as a truck appears in front of the automobile, the driver can not see the traffic light, the condition of running the red light is easy to appear, so that danger is easy to be caused, and the driver can judge the traffic signal in time by observing the light emitted by the automobile running warning structure 300, so that the safety is greatly improved.
The low head warning structure 100, the pavement warning structure 200 and the car running warning structure 300 are all composed of at least one luminous floor tile, and the low head warning structure 100, the pavement warning structure 200 and the car running warning structure 300 are formed by embedding the luminous floor tile at the corresponding position on the road surface.
The application can greatly reduce the manufacturing cost by adopting the same luminous floor tile for the three warning structures.
The luminous floor tile is composed of a glue layer 410, a transparent glue layer 420, an LED circuit board 430, a first stone layer 440, a supporting layer 450 and a second stone layer 460 from top to bottom.
The glue layer 410 is formed by stirring a plurality of white granular stones and AB glue, the white granular stones are white quartz pebbles, and the diameter of the white granular stones is 3-5 mm, so that the roughness of the outer surface of the luminous floor tile is equivalent to that of an asphalt pavement, the compressive strength of the glue layer 410 can be improved, and the transmittance of the glue layer 410 can be improved.
The transparent glue layer 420 is disposed on the lower surface of the glue layer 100, and is specifically formed by mixing AB glue and white paste, and is used for protecting the LED circuit board 430, improving the high and low temperature resistance of the LED circuit board 430, and ensuring that the illumination of the LED lamps on the LED circuit board 430 is not affected.
The AB glue of the transparent glue layer 420 has a ratio of 3:1 and a drop of a soy-like white paste is added per 100 grams of AB glue to maximize the transmittance of the transparent glue layer 420.
The LED circuit board 430 is directly embedded in the transparent adhesive layer 420, on which an LED lamp is disposed, and light irradiated by the LED lamp can directly irradiate through the transparent adhesive layer 420 and the adhesive layer 100.
In addition, since the transparent adhesive layer 420 is disposed between the LED circuit board 430 and the gum layer 100, when a vehicle runs over the gum layer 100, the transparent adhesive layer 420 can also provide a buffer for the LED circuit board 430, so that the LED circuit board 430 is not easy to be crushed.
The LED circuit board 430 is embedded in one half to one third of the depth of the transparent adhesive layer 420, so that the light transmission effect is best, and the buffer effect of the transparent adhesive layer 420 is not affected.
The first stone layer 440, which is disposed on the lower surface of the transparent adhesive layer 420, is used to separate the LED circuit board 430 from the support layer 450, prevents the support layer 450 from directly contacting the transparent adhesive layer 420, thus easily crushing the LED circuit board 430 embedded in the transparent adhesive layer 420, and also improves the insulation performance.
The first stone layer 440 is specifically formed by mixing a plurality of granular stones with diameters of 6mm-8mm with AB glue.
The supporting layer 450 is disposed on the lower surface of the first stone layer 440, and is used for supporting the LED circuit board 430, improving the overall strength of the present application, and also facilitating the routing of the wires 431 on the LED circuit board 430.
The supporting layer 450 is a metal frame net, the metal frame net is provided with a conduit 451, and the electric wires 431 on the LED circuit board 430 can be inserted into the conduit 451 through the first stone layer 440, and particularly wire holes corresponding to the electric wires 431 can be reserved on the first stone layer 440.
The second stone layer 460 is disposed on the lower surface of the supporting layer 450 and is penetrated by the conduit 451, so that the electric wires 431 on the LED circuit board 430 can be directly connected with the controller for controlling the traffic signal lamp through the conduit 451, thereby realizing the linkage of the low head warning structure 100, the pavement warning structure 200 and the car running warning structure 300 with the traffic signal lamp.
The second stone layer 460 is used to fix the support layer 450 in cooperation with the first stone layer 440, thereby further improving the strength of the present application.
The second stone layer 460 is also formed by mixing a plurality of granular stones with diameters of 6mm-8mm with AB glue.
