Further, the clothes drying device is arranged at the upper part of the clothes washing device, and the clothes washing device is arranged at the lower part of the clothes drying device due to the large overall mass of the clothes washing device, so that the overall gravity center of the clothes drying and washing integrated machine can be lowered, and the working stability of the clothes drying and washing integrated machine is improved.
Since the clothes drying device is arranged on the upper part of the washing device, and the drying components such as the condenser of the clothes drying device are arranged on the upper part of the washing device, in order to lead the drainage of the washing device to the condenser filter device, the drainage waterway is provided with the circulating pump 7 for driving the drainage of the washing device to circulate to the condenser filter device 2 for flushing the thread scraps.
Specifically, the circulation pump 7 is disposed on the first drain pipe 5 and between the drain valve and the condenser filter device 2. In the embodiment, the water discharged from the lower washing device is pumped to the condenser filter device 2 of the upper clothes drying device by the circulating pump to carry out line scrap flushing.
In the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine, the condenser filtering device 2 is flushed by water discharged by the washing device, and the flushed water can be discharged from the water outlet of the clothes drying device. Specifically, the condenser filter device 2 according to the present embodiment is communicated with a third drain pipe 4, and the third drain pipe 4 is communicated with a second drain pipe 6. Preferably, a third drain valve 3 is arranged on the third drain pipe 4.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the condenser filtering device 2 of this embodiment includes a filtering net and a filtering net frame, the filtering net frame is provided with a flushing water channel, the drainage water channel is communicated with the flushing water channel, and drainage water of the washing device is discharged into the flushing water channel of the filtering frame through the drainage water channel to flush thread scraps on the filtering net.
The clothes washing and drying integrated machine comprises a control device 12 for controlling the operation of the clothes drying device and the clothes washing device, wherein the control device 12 is electrically connected with the drainage control device 8, the circulating pump 7 and the third drainage valve 3 respectively, and the control device controls the on-off of each electric appliance element according to the operation of the clothes washing device and the clothes drying device.
In an embodiment of this embodiment, the condenser filtering device is a filter screen, and is disposed in the air duct in front of the condenser.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a control method for a clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine as in the first embodiment, where the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine includes a control device for controlling a clothes drying device and a washing device to operate, and when the clothes drying device needs to flush a heat exchange element filter device, and drainage of water from the washing device is detected, the control device controls the drainage control device to discharge the water discharged from the washing device to the heat exchange element filter device for line scrap flushing.
The control method of the embodiment realizes that the water discharged by the washing device is led to the heat exchange element filtering device for line scrap flushing by controlling the drainage control device, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the heat exchange element filtering device 2, realizing the secondary utilization of the discharged water of the washing device and saving water resources.
Because the turbidity of the water discharged by the washing device is different, the water discharged by the washing device is not necessarily all led to the heat exchange element filtering device, and therefore, the control of whether the water discharged by the washing device is led to the heat exchange element filtering device or not can be realized by controlling the water discharge control device.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, in order to determine whether the water discharged from the laundry device meets the turbidity requirement, the laundry device further includes a turbidity sensor for detecting the turbidity of the laundry water, when it is detected that the turbidity meets the requirement for flushing the heat exchange element filter device, the first drain pipe is controlled to be conducted, otherwise, only the second drain pipe is conducted.
As another preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the on/off of the first and second drain pipes is controlled by programming, specifically: when the clothes drying device needs to wash the heat exchange element filtering device before the clothes drying is started or after the clothes drying is finished, and rinsing water drainage of the clothes washing device is detected, the control device controls the water drainage control device to drain rinsing water drained by the clothes washing device to the heat exchange element filtering device;
preferably, when the washing device is rinsed for a plurality of times, the control device controls the washing device to discharge rinsing water discharged by the washing device to the heat exchange element filtering device for flushing the threads when the washing device is rinsed for the last time;
when the washing device is rinsed once, the control device controls the rinsing drainage of the washing device to be directly drained by the drainage waterway.
Because the water discharged in the rinsing process, particularly the last rinsing process, is cleaner, the water discharged in the rinsing process is used for flushing the thread scraps, the purpose of cleaning the thread scraps is realized, and the cleanliness of the heat exchange element filtering device is ensured.
Specifically, the control method of the laundry washing and drying all-in-one machine of the embodiment includes:
when the clothes drying device needs to flush the heat exchange element filtering device before clothes drying is started or after clothes drying is completed, when the fact that the clothes washing device is in operation for the last rinsing drainage is detected, the drain valve is controlled to conduct the first drain pipe, meanwhile, the circulating pump and the third drain valve are controlled to be opened, the rinsing water discharged by the clothes washing device is circulated to the heat exchange element filter, and then enters the second drain pipe through the third drain pipe to be discharged.
In addition, when the clothes drying device operates independently and needs to be washed by the heat exchange element filtering device, the clothes drying device further comprises a washing water channel communicated with the heat exchange element filtering device, and the washing water channel is externally connected with a water source; when the washing device is not detected to run before the drying device starts drying or after the drying is finished, the flushing waterway is controlled to be communicated to introduce the water source to the heat exchange element filtering device for flushing the thread scraps. The clothes washing and drying integrated machine of the embodiment can also realize the thread scraps washing of the heat exchange element filtering device when the washing device does not operate, thereby ensuring the independent work of the clothes drying device and greatly increasing the use flexibility of users.

the washing device is characterized by further comprising a washing water path 13 communicated with a water inlet path of the washing device, a washing control device 14 is arranged on the washing water path 13 and communicated to the heat exchange element filtering device 2, and the washing control device 14 controls the washing water path to be communicated to introduce the washing device water into the heat exchange element filtering device 2 to wash thread scraps.

The water inlet pipe of this embodiment is connected with the three-way pipe, and the three-way pipe communicates water intaking valve and washing water route respectively, washes the water route like this and passes through the inlet tube intercommunication with external water source promptly, washes the switching-on and switching-off that can realize washing the water route through opening of controlling the washing controlling means 14 on the water route.

According to the control method of the embodiment, when the clothes drying device works independently and needs water inlet for washing, the water outlet end of the water inlet valve communicated with the washing water path is controlled to be opened, and meanwhile, the washing control device is controlled to conduct the washing water path.

As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, based on the third embodiment, in combination with the solution of the first embodiment, a laundry washing and drying machine is provided, which can perform the thread scraps washing of the condenser filtering device by adopting two manners, namely, the washing device water inlet manner and the washing device water discharge manner, specifically:
the washing device of the embodiment further comprises a water drainage waterway, wherein the condenser filtering device is communicated with the water drainage waterway through a connecting pipe and used for discharging flushing water for flushing the condenser filtering device through the water drainage waterway.
Furthermore, the drainage waterway comprises a drainage pipe communicated with the outer cylinder of the washing device and a drainage valve arranged on the drainage pipe, and the connecting pipe is connected to the drainage pipe at the downstream position of the drainage valve; the connecting pipe is provided with a control valve.
Further, the drainage waterway comprises a first drainage pipe and a second drainage pipe: one end of the first drain pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder, the other end of the first drain pipe is communicated to the condenser filtering device, one end of the second drain pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the other end of the second drain pipe is communicated to the outside of the shell; a drainage control device is arranged on the first drainage pipe and/or the second drainage pipe;
preferably, the drainage control device is a drainage valve:

or the water discharge valve comprises a water inlet end and two water outlet ends, the water inlet end is communicated with the outer barrel, and the two water outlet ends are respectively communicated with the first water discharge pipe and the second water discharge pipe.
Furthermore, the clothes drying device is arranged at the upper part of the clothes washing device, and the drainage water path is provided with a circulating pump for driving the drainage circulation of the clothes washing device to the condenser filtering device for flushing the thread scraps;
preferably, the circulating pump is arranged on the first drain pipe and is positioned between the drain valve and the condenser filtering device.
The embodiment also relates to a control method of the clothes washing and drying integrated machine, which aims at controlling the water inlet flushing and the water discharge flushing of the washing device as follows:
when the washing device is provided with the turbidity sensor, when the turbidity sensor detects that the water discharged by the washing device meets the turbidity requirement, the drainage flushing of the washing device is controlled.
When the washing device runs a plurality of times of rinsing programs, the last rinsing drainage is controlled to the condenser filtering device for washing the thread scraps.
When the two conditions are not met, the water inlet of the washing device is controlled to enter the flushing waterway to flush the thread scraps of the condenser filtering device.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 3, the laundry washing and drying all-in-one machine of the embodiment includes:
a housing 1;
a washing device 10 and a drying device 11 which are arranged in the shell 1 and can respectively and independently operate;
the clothes drying device 11 comprises a heat exchange element and a heat exchange element filtering device 2 for filtering condensed air;
the washing device 10 includes an outer tub for containing water,
the washing device further comprises a washing water channel 13 used for washing the thread scraps on the heat exchange element filtering device, wherein the water outlet end of the washing water channel is communicated with the outer barrel of the washing device 10, and washing water used for washing the heat exchange element filtering device 2 is guided into the outer barrel.
For the condition that the washing device is used for feeding water or independently feeding water into the washing water channel 13 to carry out the heat exchange element filtering device 2, the washing water which washes the heat exchange element filtering device 2 can be introduced into the outer barrel of the washing device 10 to be secondarily utilized or be discharged through a drainage system of the washing device because the washing water is relatively clean.
This embodiment the clothes drying device adopt condensing module, the heat transfer component is the condenser, heat transfer component filter equipment is condenser filter equipment, perhaps, clothes drying device adopt heat pump formula clothes drying module, the heat transfer component is the evaporimeter, heat transfer component filter equipment is evaporimeter filter equipment.
Taking the condensing type clothes drying module as an example and the heat exchange element filtering device as a condenser filtering device, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the same is applicable when the heat pump type clothes drying module is adopted and the heat exchange element filtering device is an evaporator filtering device.
Further, the flushing waterway in this embodiment includes a first water outlet end 16 and a second water outlet end, the first water outlet end 16 is communicated with the outer cylinder of the washing device 10, and the first water outlet end 16 is provided with a first control valve 15; the second water outlet end is used for discharging flushing water for flushing the condenser filtering device to the outside of the shell, and a second control valve is arranged on the second water outlet end.
The flushing waterway of the present embodiment includes two water outlet ends, namely a first water outlet end 16 and a second water outlet end, and flushing water is discharged by controlling the conduction of the corresponding water outlet ends.
Furthermore, the washing device of the embodiment further comprises a water drainage channel, and the second water outlet end is communicated with the water drainage channel through a connecting pipe and used for discharging flushing water for flushing the condenser filter device to the outside of the shell through the water drainage channel.
Specifically, the drainage waterway described in the present embodiment includes a first drainage pipe 5 and a second drainage pipe 6: one end of the first drain pipe 5 is communicated with the outer cylinder, the other end of the first drain pipe is communicated with the flushing waterway 13, one end of the second drain pipe 6 is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the other end of the second drain pipe is communicated with the outside of the shell; a drainage control device 8 is arranged on the first drainage pipe and/or the second drainage pipe;
preferably, the drainage control device 8 is a drainage valve:
a first drain valve is arranged on the first drain pipe, and a second drain valve is arranged on the second drain pipe;
or the drain valve comprises a water inlet end and two water outlet ends, the water inlet end is communicated with the outer barrel, and the two water outlet ends are respectively communicated with the first drain pipe and the second drain pipe.

The embodiment also provides a control method of the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine, the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine comprises a control device for controlling the operation of the clothes drying device and the washing device, when the clothes drying device needs to wash the condenser filtering device, tap water enters the condenser filtering device from the washing water channel to be washed, the control device controls the conduction of the washing water channel and the water outlet end communicated with the outer cylinder, and the washed tap water is guided into the outer cylinder of the washing device.
When clean washing device water inlet or external water inlet is adopted for washing the condenser filtering device, the washing device can be considered for secondary utilization due to higher cleanliness of the washing water except the thread scraps, and then the thread scraps filtering device can be additionally used for filtering the thread scraps for secondary utilization, and the thread scraps can be discharged through a drainage system of the washing device.
Further, when the washing device runs, whether the washing device is in a washing process is judged, if so, the first control valve is controlled to be opened, the flushed tap water is guided into the outer cylinder of the washing device, and if not, the second control valve is controlled to be opened, and the flushed tap water is discharged to the outside of the shell;
when the washing device is not operated, the second control valve is controlled to be opened, and the flushed tap water is discharged to the outside of the shell.

As shown in fig. 4, the laundry washing and drying machine of the present embodiment includes:
a housing 1;
a washing device 10 and a drying device 11 which are arranged in the shell 1 and can respectively and independently operate;
the clothes drying device 11 comprises a heat exchange element and a heat exchange element filtering device 2 for filtering condensed air;
the washing device comprises a water drainage waterway;
the washing machine further comprises a water storage tank 17 communicated with a water drainage waterway of the washing machine, a control valve is arranged between the water storage tank 17 and the water drainage waterway, and the water storage tank 8 is communicated to the heat exchange element filtering device through a connecting pipe 18.
This embodiment collects the drainage of laundry device through storage water tank 8 to according to the needs of drying the clothing device, discharge the water deposit in the storage water tank to heat transfer element filter equipment department and wash, keep in the drainage of laundry device through the storage water tank, like this, the drying device can select to carry out heat transfer element filter equipment as required and wash, does not go on by the procedure of washing device, and is more nimble, and drying the clothing device and the independence of doing the clothing device are stronger respectively.

In the following, a condensing type clothes drying module is taken as an example, and the heat exchange element filtering device is a condenser filtering device, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the same is applicable when a heat pump type clothes drying module is adopted and the heat exchange element filtering device is an evaporator filtering device.
The washing device 10 of the present embodiment includes an outer tub for holding water, and the drain path includes a first drain pipe 5 and a second drain pipe 6: one end of the first water discharge pipe 5 is communicated with the outer cylinder, the other end of the first water discharge pipe is communicated with the water storage tank 17, one end of the second water discharge pipe 6 is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the other end of the second water discharge pipe is communicated with the outside of the shell 1; the drain valve is arranged on the first drain pipe 5.
Furthermore, the clothes drying device 11 is arranged at the upper part of the clothes washing device 10, and the connecting pipe is provided with a circulating pump 7 for driving the water stored in the water storage tank 17 to circulate to the condenser filtering device 2 for flushing the thread scraps.
In order to keep the water stored in the water storage tank at a certain water level, a water level detection device is arranged in the water storage tank 17 in the embodiment, the clothes washing and drying integrated machine comprises a control device 12 for controlling the operation of a clothes drying device and a clothes washing device, and the water level detection device is electrically connected with the control device 12; the control device 12 controls the opening/closing of the control valve and the circulating pump according to the water level in the water storage tank detected by the water level detection device.
In order to keep the water stored in the water storage tank at a certain water level, the water storage tank 17 is provided with a water outlet and an overflow port, the connecting pipe 18 is communicated with the water outlet, the overflow port is communicated with a water drainage waterway, and after the water storage tank is full of water, the water discharged by the washing device flows out from the overflow port and is discharged through the water drainage waterway.
The condenser filtering device 2 of the embodiment is communicated with a third water discharge pipe 4, and the third water discharge pipe 4 is communicated with a second water discharge pipe 6; preferably, a third drain valve 3 is arranged on the third drain pipe 4.
The washing device of the embodiment comprises a water inlet waterway for washing water;
the clothes washing and drying integrated machine further comprises a washing water path 13 communicated with a water inlet path of the clothes washing device, a washing control device 14 is arranged on the washing water path 13, the washing water path 13 is communicated to the condenser filtering device 2, and the washing water path 13 is controlled to be communicated by the washing control device 14 to introduce the water inlet of the clothes washing device into the condenser filtering device 2 to wash thread scraps.
As shown in fig. 5, further, the washing device includes an outer tub for holding water, and the water outlet end of the flushing waterway is communicated with the outer tub of the washing device for guiding the flushing water for flushing the condenser filter device into the outer tub.
The present embodiment also provides a control method for a clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine, where the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine includes a control device for controlling the operation of a clothes drying device and a clothes washing device:
when the washing device drains water and the drained water meets the turbidity requirement, the control device controls the control valve to open to drain the water drained by the washing device into the water storage tank for storage;
when the clothes drying device needs to wash away the condenser filtering device, the control device controls the circulating pump to open to circulate water stored in the water storage tank to the condenser filtering device for line scrap washing.
Further, when the clothes drying device does not operate within the set time T, the control device controls the circulating pump and the third drain valve to be opened, the water stored in the water storage tank circulates to the filter device of the condenser to be flushed by threads, and the flushed water is discharged through the drain water channel.

a housing;
a washing device and a drying device which are arranged in the shell and can respectively and independently operate;
the clothes drying device comprises a heat exchange element and a heat exchange element filtering device;
the washing device comprises a drainage waterway and a drainage control device arranged on the drainage waterway and used for controlling the on-off of the drainage waterway, the drainage waterway is communicated with the heat exchange element filtering device, and the drainage control device is used for draining water discharged by the washing device to the heat exchange element filtering device;
the heat exchange element filtering device comprises a filtering net and a filtering net frame, wherein a flushing flow channel is arranged on the filtering net frame, and the drainage water channel is communicated with the flushing flow channel.

The clothes washing and drying integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein the clothes drying device adopts a condensing module, the heat exchange element is a condenser, and the heat exchange element filtering device is a condenser filtering device, or the clothes drying device adopts a heat pump type clothes drying module, the heat exchange element is an evaporator, and the heat exchange element filtering device is an evaporator filtering device;
the washing device comprises an outer barrel for containing water, and the water drainage waterway comprises a first water drainage pipe and a second water drainage pipe: one end of the first drain pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder, the other end of the first drain pipe is communicated to the heat exchange element filtering device, one end of the second drain pipe is communicated with the outer cylinder, and the other end of the second drain pipe is communicated to the outside of the shell; the drainage control device is arranged on the first drainage pipe and/or the second drainage pipe.
3. A clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the drain control device is a drain valve: a first drain valve is arranged on the first drain pipe, and a second drain valve is arranged on the second drain pipe;
or the drain valve comprises a water inlet end and two water outlet ends, the water inlet end is communicated with the outer barrel, and the two water outlet ends are respectively communicated with the first drain pipe and the second drain pipe.

A clothes washing and drying integrated machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the clothes drying device is arranged at the upper part of the clothes washing device, and the drain water path is provided with a circulating pump for driving the drain water of the clothes washing device to circulate to the heat exchange element filtering device.
5. A clothes washing and drying integrated machine according to claim 4,
the circulating pump is arranged on the first drain pipe and is positioned between the drain valve and the heat exchange element filtering device.

A method for controlling a clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine comprises a control device for controlling the operation of the clothes drying device and the washing device, when the clothes drying device needs to flush the heat exchange element filtering device, the control device controls the water drainage control device to drain water discharged by the washing device to the heat exchange element filtering device when the water drainage of the washing device is detected.

The control method of the clothes washing and drying integrated machine according to claim 8, wherein when the clothes drying device needs to flush the filter device of the condenser before the clothes drying is started or after the clothes drying is completed, the control device controls the drainage control device to drain the rinsing water discharged from the clothes washing device to the filter device of the heat exchange element when the rinsing water is detected to be drained from the clothes washing device.

when the washing device is rinsed once, the control device controls the rinsing drainage of the washing device to be directly drained from the drainage waterway.

A method of controlling a clothes washing and drying all-in-one machine according to claim 8, comprising: when the clothes drying device needs to flush the heat exchange element filtering device before clothes drying is started or after clothes drying is completed, when the fact that the clothes washing device is in operation for the last rinsing drainage is detected, the drain valve is controlled to conduct the first drain pipe, meanwhile, the circulating pump and the third drain valve are controlled to be opened, the rinsing water discharged by the clothes washing device is circulated to the heat exchange element filter, and then enters the second drain pipe through the third drain pipe to be discharged.

The control method of the clothes washing and drying integrated machine according to claim 8, wherein the clothes drying device further comprises a washing water path communicated with the heat exchange element filtering device, and the washing water path is externally connected with a water source; when the clothes drying device needs to flush the heat exchange element filtering device before the clothes drying is started or after the clothes drying is finished, and the operation of the clothes washing device is not detected, the flushing waterway is controlled to be communicated to introduce the water source to the heat exchange element filtering device.
