Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "center," "lateral," "longitudinal," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "upper," "lower," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate describing the present invention and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a specific orientation, be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in an exemplary embodiment of the stroller frame provided by the present invention, the stroller frame includes a front leg bar 1, a rear leg bar 2, a handle bar 3, a sliding member 4, and a folding mechanism, the rear leg bar 2 is rotatably connected to the front leg bar 1 and the handle bar 3, respectively, the sliding member 4 is disposed on the handle bar 3 and is capable of sliding relative to the handle bar 3, and the folding mechanism is rotatably connected to the sliding member 4, so that the folding mechanism drives the front leg bar 1 and the handle bar 3 to be drawn toward the rear leg bar 2, respectively, when the sliding member 4 slides relative to the handle bar 3, thereby achieving folding of the stroller frame.
In the above-described exemplary embodiment, by providing the slider 4 and providing the slider 4 on the handlebar 3, the front foot bar 1 and the handlebar 3 can be driven to be respectively drawn toward the rear foot bar 2 by the folding mechanism when the slider 4 slides relative to the handlebar 3, thereby achieving folding of the vehicle frame. Compared with the prior art, the sliding piece is arranged at the front foot rod, the rear foot rod or the connecting point of the front foot rod and the rear foot rod, the sliding piece is arranged on the handle rod in the embodiment, the sliding piece is higher than the ground in height, the operator can apply force more conveniently, the operation of unlocking the sliding piece is more convenient and quick, and the operability of the structure is stronger for the operator who holds the child in one hand and can only operate in one hand.
Specifically, the folding mechanism includes a driving member 5, where the driving member 5 is rotatably connected between the sliding member 4 and the rear leg 2, so that the driving member 5 drives the handle bar 3 to close to the rear leg 2 when the sliding member 4 slides relative to the handle bar 3.
By arranging the driving piece 5, when the sliding piece 4 slides relative to the handle bar 3, the sliding piece 4 can drive the driving piece 5 connected with the sliding piece to rotate around a connection point between the driving piece 5 and the rear foot bar 2, and the rotation of the driving piece 5 can further drive the handle bar 3 to be close to the rear foot bar 2, so that labor is saved and convenience is realized; in addition, when the stroller frame is in the unfolded state, the driving piece 5 can also support the handle bar 3, so that the structural strength of the stroller frame is improved.
Further, the folding mechanism further comprises a first connecting rod 6, and the first connecting rod 6 is rotatably connected between the driving piece 5 and the front foot rod 1, so that the front foot rod 1 is driven to be close to the rear foot rod 2 through the first connecting rod 6 when the driving piece 5 moves.
Through setting up first connecting rod 6, when slider 4 slides for handlebar 3, can drive driving piece 5 rotation, can drive the first connecting rod 6 rotation rather than being connected when driving piece 5 rotation, and the rotation of first connecting rod 6 can further drive preceding foot pole 1 and draw close to back foot pole 2, and then realizes the folding of frame.
In the above-described embodiment, the structural form of the driving member 5 may be variously selected as long as the function thereof can be achieved. For example, the driving member 5 may have a triangle structure, and three corner ends of the driving member 5 are rotatably connected to the slider 4, the rear foot bar 2, and the first link 6, respectively. In another embodiment, the driving member 5 comprises a first and a second rigidly connected rod, the end of the first rod being rotatably connected to the slider 4, the end of the second rod being rotatably connected to the first link 6, the rear foot bar 2 being rotatably connected to the rigid connection point of the first and second rods.
The driving piece 5 is arranged as two rods which are rigidly connected, so that the occupied space can be reduced, interference between the driving piece 5 and other parts of the frame is avoided, and the total weight of the frame can be reduced.
Preferably, the length of the first rod is longer than that of the second rod, so that the gap between the handle bar 3 and the rear foot bar 2 is larger, and the requirement of the inclination angle of the handle bar 3 is met.
The angle between the second rod and the first link 6 is preferably, but not limited to, 180 ° when the frame is in the unfolded state. Therefore, when the first connecting rod 6 is folded upwards after the driving piece 5 starts to rotate during folding, the first connecting rod 6 does not need to retreat along the direction of transversely approaching the front foot rod 1, the operation space of the first connecting rod 6 is reduced, and the operability is stronger.
The angle between the first and second bars is preferably, but not limited to, a right angle or an obtuse angle. The included angle between the first rod and the second rod is a right angle, so that the handle rod 3 can be better supported; the included angle between the first rod and the second rod is an obtuse angle, and after the sliding piece 4 is unlocked, the handle rod 3 can be pressed downwards more effort-saving, so that the sliding piece 4 can slide relative to the handle rod 3; and the included angle is difficult to cause the clamping shell when obtuse, so that the sliding piece can slide relatively more smoothly, and the folding efficiency is effectively improved.
In the above embodiments, the sliding of the sliding member 4 with respect to the handlebar 3 can be achieved by a variety of different operation modes when the frame is folded, such as pressing down the handlebar 3 or pushing the rear foot bar 2 forward, etc.; for the folding action of the frame, there may be various forms, for example, the handlebar 3 and the front foot bar 1 may be folded toward the rear foot bar 2 in the same turning direction (for example, both clockwise and counterclockwise), or may be folded toward the rear foot bar 2 in the opposite turning direction (for example, the handlebar 3 is folded back in the clockwise and the front foot bar 1 is folded back in the counterclockwise).
Preferably, the handle bar 3 is capable of sliding the slider 4 backward along the handle bar 3 when subjected to a pressing force, so that the handle bar 3 is turned down and brought close to the rear foot bar 2. Namely, the handle bar 3 is close to the rear foot bar 2 backwards in the clockwise direction, and the front foot bar 1 is close to the rear foot bar 2 backwards in the clockwise direction, so that the handle bar 3 is pressed downwards, the stress point is a rear wheel touchdown point, the handle bar is relatively easy to force, and an operator applies downward pressure on the far end of the handle bar 3, so that the force arm is long and saves more labor; if the handle bar 3 is turned forwards, which is equivalent to directly lifting the weight of the whole frame, the weight of the rear foot bar 2 and the wheels are used for triggering the folding point to rotate, and the labor is wasted.
In addition, the stroller frame can further comprise a connecting piece 7, the handle bar 3 and the rear foot bar 2 are rotatably connected at a first connecting point of the connecting piece 7, and the front foot bar 1 is rotatably connected at a second connecting point of the connecting piece 7. By arranging the connecting pieces 7, the stress can be dispersed, the gap between each connecting point can be increased, and the gap between two adjacent rod pieces can be increased when the connecting pieces are folded, so that fingers of an operator or a child can be prevented from being clamped in the folding process.
Preferably, the connecting piece 7 is a plastic piece, which can reduce weight while satisfying structural strength.
In a preferred embodiment of the stroller frame of the present invention, the handlebar 3 is "L" shaped and has a short bar with a short length and a long bar with a long length, the ends of the short bar being rotatably connected to the rear foot bar 2, and the slider 4 is provided on the long bar. The handle bar 3 is L-shaped, so that the driving piece 5 can be conveniently arranged, and the folding is more convenient.
In another embodiment of the stroller frame of the present invention, the stroller frame further comprises a first locking mechanism 8, wherein the sliding member 4 is fixed relative to the handlebar 3 when the first locking mechanism 8 is in the locked state, and wherein the sliding member 4 cannot slide relative to the handlebar 3; the slider 4 is slidable with respect to the handle bar 3 when the first locking mechanism 8 is in the unlocked state. By providing the first locking mechanism 8, the locking and unlocking of the sliding part 4 can be controlled, and the safety of the frame is ensured.
Preferably, the first locking mechanism 8 may be provided at the connection between the slider 4 and the handle bar 3; alternatively, the first locking mechanism 8 may be provided on the top hand grip of the handle bar 3 to facilitate the operation of the operator.
In a further embodiment of the stroller frame of the present invention, the handlebar 3 comprises an upper section and a lower section, which are rotatably connected to each other so that the upper section can be flipped and folded forward with respect to the lower section. The handle bar 3 is arranged in a two-section mode, so that the frame can realize a three-fold structure, the folded volume is smaller, the occupied space is smaller, and the carrying and the storage are more convenient.
Further, the stroller frame further comprises a second locking mechanism 9, when the second locking mechanism 9 is in a locked state, the upper section 31 and the lower section 32 are relatively and fixedly connected, and at the moment, the upper section 31 cannot be turned over relative to the lower section 32; the upper section 31 can be turned and folded forward relative to the lower section 32 when the second locking mechanism 9 is in the unlocked state.
Specifically, the second locking mechanism 9 may include a sliding sleeve, where the upper section 31 and the lower section 32 are sleeved and connected by the sliding sleeve, and the upper section 31 and the lower section 32 can be locked or unlocked relatively by sliding the sliding sleeve. The upper section 31 and the lower section 32 are locked or unlocked through the sliding sleeve structure, and the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.
Based on the handlebar 3 comprising an upper section 31 and a lower section 32, the frame further comprises a first locking mechanism 8 for locking the slider 4 with the handlebar 3 and a second locking mechanism 9 for locking the upper section 31 with the lower section 32, the top hand grip of the upper section 31 is provided with an unlocking means 10, by operating the unlocking means 10 the first locking mechanism 8 and/or the second locking mechanism 9 can be unlocked.

In another embodiment, the unlocking means 10 is connected to the second locking mechanism 9 by a first flexible member and the upper section 31 is connected to the first locking mechanism 8 by a second flexible member to pull the second locking mechanism 9 to unlock when the unlocking means 10 is operated and to pull the first locking mechanism 8 by the second flexible member after the upper section 31 is flipped and folded relative to the lower section 32.
When folding, first flexible piece is pulled through unlocking device 10 to make second locking mechanical system 9 unblock, can earlier turn over upper segment 31 forward and fold for lower segment 32 this moment, and after upper segment 31 turns over and folds in place, upper segment 31 can pull the second flexible piece to make first locking mechanical system 8 unblock, can push down handle bar 3 this moment, makes handle bar 3 and preceding foot bar 1 all draw close towards back foot bar 2, realizes the folding of whole frame.
In a further embodiment, the unlocking means 10 is connected to the first locking mechanism 8 and the second locking mechanism 9 by means of flexible members, so that the first locking mechanism 8 and the second locking mechanism 9 are simultaneously unlocked by pulling the flexible members when the unlocking means 10 is operated.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the unlocking device 10 can unlock the first locking mechanism 8 and the second locking mechanism 9 at the same time, and when the upper section 31 is folded, the upper section 31 and the lower section 32 can be simultaneously pressed down, so that the upper section 31, the lower section 32 and the front foot bar 1 are all closed towards the rear foot bar 2, and in this way, the unlocking is faster, and the folding efficiency is higher.
Of course, in other embodiments, the unlocking device 10 may be used only for controlling the unlocking of the first locking mechanism 8, which is not described in detail here.
As shown in fig. 8, the stroller frame further includes a seat bar set and a second link 15, where the seat bar set is rotatably connected to the sliding member 4 by the second link 15, so that the seat bar set is folded by the second link 15 when the sliding member 4 slides relative to the handlebar 3.
By arranging the second connecting rod 15, when the sliding piece 4 slides relative to the handle rod 3, the seat rod group can be simultaneously driven to fold besides driving the handle rod 3 and the front foot rod 1 to be close to the rear foot rod 2, so that the folding action is more coherent, and the folding efficiency is higher.
