Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking, and particularly relates to a full trailer braking system. The braking system is characterized in that compressed air of a control air path and an energy supply air path passes through a double-release valve, an emergency relay valve, a double-way one-way quick release valve and an ABS combination valve by a trailer air brake air supply joint and a control joint and finally reaches a braking air chamber to perform braking action, so that the functions of service braking, parking braking, emergency braking and the like are realized. Through matching adjustment, the emergency relay valve and the 6S6M-ABS system, the coordination of a main vehicle and a trailer during vehicle braking can be improved, the controllability on the road surfaces with different left and right attachment coefficients is realized, meanwhile, the control precision is improved, the braking distance is shortened, and the vehicle has good braking performance to ensure the driving safety.

Background
At present, the brake coordination of a main vehicle and a trailer is poor in the braking process of the full-trailer train, and the phenomena of folding, tail flicking, side turning and the like which influence the driving safety are easy to occur. The ABS system which is generally matched with the full trailer is a 4S-2M system, the control precision is not high, and the wheels which are indirectly controlled are easy to lock.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The present embodiment proposes a full trailer braking system, the principle of which is shown in fig. 1. The making system mainly comprises a trailer air brake air supply joint 1, a trailer air brake control joint 2, an air supply pipeline 3, a control pipeline 4, a brake air chamber 5, an adjustable pressure emergency relay valve 6, an air storage bottle 7, a water drain valve 8, a double release valve 9, an ABS combined valve assembly 10 and a double-way unidirectional quick release valve 11.
The main car is led out from the air cylinder pipeline of the main car to charge the air cylinder of the trailer, and the air cylinder is fed through the air brake air feed joint 1 of the trailer and enters the double release valve 9 through the air feed pipeline 3; the double release valve 9 simultaneously inflates the emergency relay valve 6 and the two gas cylinders 7 connected in series; the gas cylinder 7 supplies gas to three ABS combination valve assemblies 10.
The control of braking action of the trailer is led out by a foot brake valve of the main vehicle, comprising the steps of feeding air through a trailer air brake control joint 2 and controlling the on-off air of an emergency relay valve 6 through a control pipeline 4; the air outlet of the emergency relay valve 6 is connected with the air inlets of the three ABS combination valve assemblies 10 to control the actions of the ABS combination valve assemblies 10, and each ABS combination valve assembly 10 is connected with the driving cavity of the braking air chamber 5 to control the driving braking of each bridge braking air chamber 5; the air inlet of the two-way one-way quick release valve 11 is simultaneously connected with the air outlets of the emergency relay valve 6 and the two-release valve 9, the air outlet of the two-way one-way quick release valve 11 is connected with the parking cavity of the brake air chamber 5, and the emergency braking and the parking braking of the vehicle are realized through the common control of the emergency relay valve 6 and the two-release valve 9.
The gas cylinder 7 is further provided with a drain valve 8 for discharging water.
The service braking system in the braking system of the embodiment is a double-loop air braking system, and because the air supply loop is in a constant ventilation state, the air storage bottle of the double-loop trailer braking system is always in an air charging state no matter when the vehicle runs or brakes, compressed air can be timely supplied when the vehicle runs down a long slope for continuous braking, so that the braking is continuous and reliable, and the running safety and reliability of the vehicle are ensured, which is a main advantage of the double-loop system.
By matching and adjusting the ratio of the input pressure to the output pressure of the emergency relay valve, the braking reaction time of the trailer can be optimized to 0.36s, which is superior to the regulation requirement (the time specified by the GB 12676 standard is not more than 0.4 s), as shown in figure 2, the hysteresis time of the trailer braking can be effectively shortened, the braking sequence is ensured to be executed according to the front axle of the main truck, the front axle of the trailer, the rear axle of the main truck and the rear axle of the trailer when the full-trailer train braking system acts, and the phenomena of folding, tail flicking, side turning and the like of the vehicle in the braking process are avoided.
In addition, the braking system in the embodiment controls the first bridge, the second bridge and the third bridge respectively by the wheel speed sensors through the ABS anti-lock braking system (namely, 6 wheel speed sensors and 6 ABS electromagnetic valves) matched with a 6S6M control mode, so that each wheel is independently controlled by a single wheel speed sensor and an ABS electromagnetic valve through correction, the control precision is high, the braking distance is short, and the vehicle has controllability.
In the braking system of the embodiment, a parking braking system adopts a spring energy storage type, and a spring energy storage braking air chamber pushes a push rod to generate reliable braking force to brake by means of mechanical spring force; when the air pressure of the whole vehicle is insufficient, the air pressure in the spring energy storage air chamber cannot meet the requirement of starting the vehicle, and parking cannot be released, so that the vehicle is positively protected; the mechanical spring force is utilized to brake, so that the parking brake of the vehicle is not invalid due to air leakage of the vehicle, and the vehicle slides on a slope to cause safety accidents. Therefore, the spring energy storage brake chamber is adopted, so that not only can reliable braking force be provided, but also the safety performance is good, and safety faults caused by damage and air leakage of a brake system in the running process of an automobile are effectively avoided.
In the embodiment, the first bridge, the second bridge and the third bridge are respectively provided with a spring brake air chamber to realize parking brake, and the parking brake can also be used as emergency brake. The parking brake can be applied to the trailer by controlling a hand brake valve in the main vehicle cab; meanwhile, the trailer is provided with the double release valves, and parking brake can be applied to the trailer.

The full trailer braking system is characterized by comprising a trailer air brake air supply joint, a trailer air brake control joint, a brake air chamber, an emergency relay valve, an air storage cylinder, a double release valve, an ABS combination valve assembly and a double-way one-way quick release valve; the air cylinder pipeline of the main vehicle is led out to charge the air cylinder of the trailer, and the air is introduced into the double-release valve through the air brake air supply joint of the trailer; the double release valve is used for simultaneously inflating the emergency relay valve and the two gas cylinders which are connected in series; the gas storage bottle supplies gas for a plurality of ABS combination valve assemblies; the foot brake valve of the main vehicle is led out to control the braking action of the trailer, and the air inlet of the air brake control joint of the trailer is used for controlling the on-off air of the emergency relay valve; the air outlets of the emergency relay valves are connected with the air inlets of the ABS combination valve assemblies to control the actions of the ABS combination valve assemblies, and each ABS combination valve assembly is connected with the driving cavity of the braking air chamber to control the driving braking of the braking air chamber on each bridge; the air inlet of the two-way one-way quick release valve is connected with the air outlets of the emergency relay valve and the two release valves at the same time, the air outlet of the two-way one-way quick release valve is connected with the parking cavity of the brake air chamber, and the emergency braking and the parking braking of the vehicle are realized through the common control of the emergency relay valve and the two release valves; the braking air chamber is a spring energy storage braking air chamber; the gas cylinder is provided with a water drain valve for draining water.

The brake system of claim 1, wherein the brake system is a 6S6M controlled ABS system comprising 6 wheel speed sensors and 6 ABS solenoid valves, each wheel on the first, second and third axles of the trailer being independently controlled by a separate wheel speed sensor and an ABS solenoid valve in a corrective manner.
