The present embodiment proposes a power supply device for an air conditioning system, whose structure is as described in fig. 1. The device comprises a compressor 1, a power take-off 2, a compressor bracket 3, a power take-off bracket 4, a belt pulley 5 and a belt 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the compressor bracket 3 includes a side plate and a bottom plate connected with the side plate, the side plate is provided with a compressor side plate mounting round hole, the bottom plate is provided with a compressor bottom plate mounting oblong hole, the side plate of the compressor bracket 3 is connected with the gearbox housing 8 through a bolt (as shown in fig. 3), and the compressor 1 is screwed onto the compressor bracket 3 through the side plate mounting round hole and the bottom plate mounting oblong hole.
As shown in fig. 4, the power take-off bracket 4 includes a top plate and a side plate, and a slotted hole corresponding to the slotted hole on the bottom plate of the compressor bracket 3 is formed in the top plate of the power take-off bracket 4. The power takeoff support 4 is installed at the bottom of the compressor support 3 through the oblong holes so as to support and strengthen the compressor support 3, so that the belt is separated out due to high-frequency shaking of the compressor in the operation process of the air conditioner, and the fracture risk of the compressor support 3 is reduced. The side plates of the power take-off bracket 4 are provided with power take-off mounting round holes, and the power take-off 2 is fixed on the power take-off bracket 4 through the power take-off mounting round holes and is jointly fixed on the gearbox shell together with the compressor bracket 3.
The power takeoff 2 is connected with the gearbox through a spline shaft, so that the air conditioner power source comes from the power takeoff 2 connected with the gearbox. As shown in fig. 5, a flange 7 is mounted on the output end of the power take-off 2, and a pulley 5 (shown in fig. 6) is connected to the flange 7. The diameter of the belt pulley 5 depends on the speed ratio of the power takeoff 2 to the compressor 1, and the use requirements of compressors with different rated rotation speeds can be met by adjusting the diameter of the belt pulley 5.
The belt 6 is sleeved on the belt pulley 5 and the belt pulley of the compressor 1, and the compressor 1 is driven to operate through the belt 6 to supply power for the air conditioning system.
In the power supply device of the air conditioning system of the embodiment, during the fixing process of the compressor 1, the bottom of the compressor 1 on the bottom plate of the compressor bracket 3 is initially fixed by using a moment lower than a standard moment, the tension of the belt 6 is adjusted by fixing points on the side plates of the compressor bracket 3 until the belt 6 is tensioned, and finally the bottom of the compressor 1 is fixed and screwed by using the standard moment. The tension of the belt 6 is adjusted by the combined action of the oblong hole on the bottom plate of the compressor bracket 3 and the compressor mounting hole on the side plate. To prevent the belt 6 from becoming loose after a period of operation of the air conditioner, the compressor 1 and the side plates of the compressor bracket 3 are reserved with sufficient installation clearance.
