本发明涉及一种抗辐射复合无纺布。包括复合无纺布主体和抗辐射层,所述复合无纺布主体由上纺粘无纺布层、抗撕裂层和下纺粘无纺布层构成,所述上纺粘无纺布层与抗撕裂层之间设有抗辐射层,所述抗辐射层与上纺粘无纺布层之间设有耐磨层,所述抗撕裂层与下纺粘无纺布层之间设有透气层。本发明结构简单,通过增设抗辐射层,使得复合无纺布具有抗辐射能力,增设抗撕裂层,提高了无纺布的抗拉能力,不同功能层,具有不同的作用,使其功能多样化,能够满足不同环境场合要求,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布,尤其涉及一种抗辐射复合无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布按生产方式主要分为水刺无纺布、热合无纺布、湿法无纺布、纺粘无纺布、熔喷无纺布、针刺无纺布等。现有的无纺布虽然种类繁多,但各类无纺布功能比较单一,只能适用于单一环境场合,使用范围小,不适应于推广。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,功能多样化,能够满足于不同环境场合,适用范围广,具有防辐射功能的一种抗辐射复合无纺布。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括复合无纺布主体和抗辐射层,所述复合无纺布主体由上纺粘无纺布层、抗撕裂层和下纺粘无纺布层构成,所述上纺粘无纺布层与抗撕裂层之间设有抗辐射层,所述抗辐射层与上纺粘无纺布层之间设有耐磨层,所述抗撕裂层与下纺粘无纺布层之间设有透气层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述透气层与抗撕裂层之间设有保温层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述下纺粘无纺布层与透气层之间设有防水防火层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述抗辐射层为铜丝编织网层。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述上纺粘无纺布与下纺粘无纺布的厚度一致。
