As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the terminal stamping die comprises an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die sequentially comprises an upper die base, an upper base plate, a reinforcing plate and an upper die plate 1 from top to bottom; the lower die is sequentially provided with a lower die seat, a lower base plate and a lower template 17 from bottom to top; the lower template 17 is provided with a large guide post 20, and the upper template 1 is provided with a large guide post hole 2 matched with the large guide post 20;
The upper die plate 1 and the lower die plate 17 are sequentially and correspondingly provided with a first group of punching holes 4, a blanking position 6, a second group of punching holes 7, a rib punching position 8, a first group of forming positions 9, a second group of forming positions 10 and a third group of forming positions 11 from a feeding end to a discharging end; the punching rib position 8 and the first group of forming positions 9 are positioned on the same horizontal line in the vertical direction; the second group of forming positions 10 and the third group of forming positions 11 are positioned on the same horizontal line in the vertical direction; a rib punching and avoiding space is arranged in the third group of forming positions 11.
In order to prolong the service life of the terminal, more and more terminals are provided with reinforcing ribs, so that the stamping die is provided with rib punching positions, and the existing stamping die rib punching positions are generally set as the first step, so that the gap for punching ribs is required to be increased on the die, the manufacturing cost of the die is increased, and the manufacturing process of the die is increased; the invention sets the punching rib position on the mould between the blanking position 6 and the third group forming position 11, only needs to set the punching rib avoiding vacancy in the third group forming position 11, reduces the setting of the punching rib avoiding vacancy, makes the structure of the whole mould more compact, and saves the manufacturing and maintenance cost of the mould.
Further, the upper template 1 is provided with a plurality of guide pins 13, and the lower template 17 is provided with guide holes 15 matched with the guide pins 13.
The pilot pins 13 play a role in positioning, and the plurality of pilot pins 13 are arranged to ensure the accuracy of terminal stamping and improve the qualification rate of the terminals.
Further, a plurality of guide blocks 14 are disposed on the lower die plate 17, and guide holes 12 matched with the guide blocks 14 are disposed on the upper die plate 1.
The cooperation of the guide block 14 and the guide hole 12 is adopted to realize the guide, so that the structure is simple, and compared with the prior guide plate adopted to guide the material, the space occupation is smaller, and the whole structure is more compact.
Further, the lower die plate 17 is provided with a small guide post 30, and the upper die plate 1 is provided with a small guide post hole 3 matched with the small guide post.
Further, 2 small guide posts are respectively disposed at one side of the large guide post 20, and two small guide posts 30 are disposed at a pair angle.
The small guide post 30 is arranged to further improve the precision; the diagonally arranged small guide posts 30 further improve the accuracy.
Further, a stopper 16 is provided on the side of the discharge end of the lower die plate 17.
The stop 16 prevents the terminals from being deflected after the final step of stamping.
