Part of the slurry may be infiltrated by the falling barrier strips 609 and may be discharged from both sides of the coating roll 603 through the discharge grooves 610. When the isolating membrane substrate coated with the slurry passes through the drying mechanism 7, the electric heating tube 703 in the heating cavity 702 generates heat, and the generated heat dries the slurry. Waste generated in the drying process is collected by the upper collection chamber 705 and then discharged from the exhaust pipe 706. The driving rolling roller 806 and the driven rolling roller 804 cooperate to roll the coating on the release film substrate flat as the release film substrate passes through the rolling mechanism 8.
