本发明公开了一种治疗肩周炎的药物及其制备方法，所述药物主要由蓝布正、黑骨藤、茯苓、乌药、大黄、延胡索、对叶百部、枸杞子、杜仲和生姜制作而成。处方中各原料具有很好的协同作用，制成的药物可用于治疗肩周炎；疗效显著，治疗周期短，安全无副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肩周炎的药物及其制作方法，属于药品技术的领域。
技术背景
颈肩痛主要痛点在肩关节周围，故称肩关节周围炎，简称肩周炎，俗称凝肩、漏肩风或冻结肩。起病多因肩关节周围组织，如肌膛、滑囊等受冷冻、外伤、感染所致。不少患者是由风湿病引起的。其主要症状为颈肩持续疼痛，患侧上肢抬高、旋转、前后摆动受限，遇风遇冷感觉有沉重隐痛。如不及时治疗，拖延日久可使关节粘连，患侧上肢变细，无力甚至形成废用性萎缩。该病多见于50 岁左右的中年人，青年与老年人也有发生。疼痛特点是胳膊一动就痛，不动不痛或稍痛，梳头、穿衣、提物、举高都有困难。发作严重时可疼痛难忍，彻夜不眠。
针对上述疾病，虽然目前用于治疗肩周炎的药物有很多，但是大多数药物只是针对药效缓慢，治疗周期长。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于，提供一种治疗肩周炎的药物及其制作方法。所述药可用于治疗肩周炎；疗效显著，治疗周期短，安全无副作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案实现：一种治疗肩周炎的药物，按重量份计算，主要由蓝布正10-30份、黑骨藤1-20份、茯苓10-30份、乌药10-20份、大黄10-20份、延胡索10-20份、对叶百部1-20份、枸杞子1-20份、杜仲20-40份和生姜20-40份制作而成。
前述的治疗肩周炎的药物，按重量份计算，主要由蓝布正15-25份、黑骨藤5-15份、茯苓15-25份、乌药12-18份、大黄12-18份、延胡索12-18份、对叶百部5-15份、枸杞子5-15份、杜仲25-35份和生姜25-35份制作而成。
前述的治疗肩周炎的药物，按重量份计算，主要由蓝布正20份、黑骨藤10份、茯苓20份、乌药15份、大黄15份、延胡索15份、对叶百部10份、枸杞子10份、杜仲30份和生姜30份制作而成。
一种前述的治疗肩周炎的药物的制作方法，取上述药物，可以加辅料，也可以不加辅料，制成口服制剂。
前述的治疗肩周炎的药物的制作方法，所述口服制剂为颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂或霜剂。

前述的治疗肩周炎的药物的制作方法，所述胶囊剂的制作方法为：取上述药物，用6倍量70%的乙醇回流提取2次，每次1小时，提取液过滤，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏，另取浸膏量30%的淀粉和0.7%的硬脂酸镁与浸膏混匀，用60%的乙醇制粒，干燥，粉碎，填充胶囊，即得。
前述的治疗肩周炎的药物的制作方法，所述片剂的制作方法为：取上述药物，加10倍量水煎煮3次，每次1.5h，过滤，合并煎煮液，浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，浸膏与上述混合粉及浸膏量20%的淀粉混匀，压片，包薄膜衣，即得。
