When another mode is needed to be changed for massage, the user pulls the pulling block 1301 rightwards to enable the clamping pin 13 to move out of the second clamping groove 1901 rightwards, the fourth tension spring 14 is stretched accordingly, then the user takes the second clamping column 19 out of the clamping sleeve 12, then the user clamps the third clamping column 22 into the clamping sleeve 12, then the pulling block 1301 is loosened, the clamping pin 13 can be clamped into the third clamping groove 2201 leftwards under the action of the elastic force of the fourth tension spring 14, so that the third clamping column 22 can be fixed, then the user massages through the third massage wheel 26, the limiting plate 24 can limit the third massage wheel 26, and the fifth tension spring 27 can limit the hinge rod 25.
