A second-stage passive exercise instrument for rehabilitation of upper limb fracture function, as shown in figures 1-6, comprises a support frame 1, a swinging rod 2, a semicircular sleeve 3, a loop bar 4, a fastening bolt 5, a semicircular plate 6, a binding band 7, a magic tape male buckle 8, a magic tape female buckle 9, an elastic rope 10, a rubber plate 11, a finger buckle 12 and a fixing mechanism 13, wherein the upper part of the front side of the support frame 1 is rotatably connected with the swinging rod 2, the bottom end of the swinging rod 2 is rotatably connected with the semicircular sleeve 3, the semicircular sleeve 3 is internally provided with the loop bar 4 capable of moving up and down, the right side of the semicircular sleeve 3 is provided with the fastening bolt 5 for fixing the loop bar 4, the number of the semicircular plates 6 for releasing hands is two, the two semicircular plates are respectively arranged at the middle part of the front side of the swinging rod 2 and the middle part of the front side of the loop bar 4, the left parts of the front sides of the, 6 front side right parts of two semicircle boards all are equipped with the magic and paste box 9, and the loop bar 4 bottom is connected with elasticity rope 10, and elasticity rope 10 bottom is connected with rubber slab 11, is connected with five finger fasteners 12 on the rubber slab 11, and 1 left side lower part of support frame is equipped with and is used for deciding this device at fracture patient's on one's body fixed establishment 13.

Still including rubber ball 15, check valve 16, outlet duct 17, gasbag 18, blast pipe 19, valve 20 and fixed plate 21, fixed plate 21 is connected on 2 rear side upper portions of swinging arms, be connected with gasbag 18 between fixed plate 21 and the swinging arms 2, gasbag 18 bottom is connected with blast pipe 19, be connected with the valve 20 that is used for sealed gasbag 18 on the blast pipe 19, be equipped with rubber ball 15 on the rubber slab 11, the rubber ball 15 left and right sides all is connected with the check valve 16 that is used for making the one-way flow of air, be connected with on the left check valve 16 and be used for carrying the air outlet duct 17 in the gasbag 18, outlet duct 17 top is connected with gasbag 18 bottom.
The support frame also comprises an n-shaped rod 22, a guide sleeve 23 and a handle 24, wherein the n-shaped rod 22 is connected to the upper part of the right side of the semicircular sleeve 3, the guide sleeve 23 playing a role of guiding is fixedly connected to the right lower part of the front side of the support frame 1, the n-shaped rod 22 is positioned in the guide sleeve 23, and the handle 24 is connected to the n-shaped rod 22.

When the fractured hand of the fracture patient is tired, the healthy hand can be used for holding the handle 24, then the handle 24 is moved back and forth, the semicircular sleeve 3 is driven by the n-shaped rod 22 to swing back and forth for exercising, and therefore the upper limb capacity can be better recovered. When the fractured patient does not need to exercise, the fractured patient releases the handle 24.
