本发明涉及一种防臭运动鞋垫。
背景技术
目前市场上的运动鞋主要功能是在运动时对脚的防护结构好，穿着舒适，最大的缺点是容易汗渍残留在鞋腔内，不易清洁，久生异味。为解决以上产生的问题，而设计一种防臭运动鞋垫。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了设计一种防臭运动鞋垫，采用的技术方案：
一种防臭运动鞋垫，包括有织物与PU发泡的材料构成的主体，其作用是柔软舒适。在主体沿边设置了沿边密封层，防止汗水渗漏到鞋内腔。在主体表层设置了网状织物材料，目的是易于吸收汗水。在主体的后跟部位设置了密封气囊，其作用是在运动中减震作用，增加舒适度。
图2显示出根据本发明的吸汗鞋垫侧面示例图实施例剖面显示：在主体表层网状织物材料下面设置了高吸汗海绵结构，在高吸汗海绵结构下面设置了密封层底部，沿边密封层与底部密封层密封连接在一起形成容器结构，这样设置只要经常更换鞋垫就可以防止鞋腔内异味产生。

图1根据本发明的防臭运动鞋垫俯视示例图实施例显示：一种防臭运动鞋垫，包括有织物与PU发泡的材料构成的主体101，其作用是柔软舒适。在主体101沿边设置了沿边密封层102，防止汗水渗漏到鞋内腔。在主体101表层设置了网状织物材料104，目的是易于吸收汗水。在主体101的后跟部位设置了密封气囊103，其作用是在运动中减震作用，增加舒适度。
图2根据本发明的防臭运动鞋垫横向示例图实施例剖面显示：在主体101表层网状织物材料104下面设置了高吸汗海绵结构105，在高吸汗海绵结构105下面设置了底部密封层106，沿边密封层102与底部密封层106密封连接在一起形成容器结构，这样设置只要经常更换防臭运动鞋垫就可以防止鞋腔内异味产生。
根据本发明的防臭运动鞋垫的制造方法包括上述提供图1、图2的各部件的连接步骤，该方法还包含各部件的设置位置。

1.一种防臭运动鞋垫，包括有织物与PU发泡的材料构成的主体101，其作用是柔软舒适。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防臭运动鞋垫，其特征在于在主体101沿边设置了沿边密封层102，防止汗水渗漏到鞋内腔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防臭运动鞋垫，其特征在于在主体101表层设置了网状织物材料104，目的是易于吸收汗水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防臭运动鞋垫，其特征在于在主体101的后跟部位设置了密封气囊103，其作用是在运动中减震作用，增加舒适度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防臭运动鞋垫，其特征在于在主体101表层网状织物材料104下面设置了高吸汗海绵结构105，在高吸汗海绵结构105下面设置了底部密封层106，沿边密封层102与底部密封层106密封连接在一起形成容器结构，这样设置只要经常更换防臭运动鞋垫就可以防止鞋腔内异味产生。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防臭运动鞋垫，其特征在于防臭运动鞋垫的制造方法包括上述提供图1、图2的各部件的连接步骤，该方法还包含各部件的设置位置。
