4. The method of claim 3, wherein when the first guidance information is account guidance information, the method further comprises:
displaying mobile phone number binding guide information in the conversation window through the virtual conversation role;
receiving a mobile phone number after the triggering operation of the conversation input control is detected;
and sending the mobile phone number to a server.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first guiding message and the voiceprint guiding message are pre-stored in the terminal or received from the server in real time;
