Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a testing fixture for a switch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base plate 10, a clamping mechanism 20, a first plug mechanism 30 and a second plug mechanism 40.
Specifically, a clamping mechanism 20 is provided on the base plate 10 for clamping and fixing the exchange 50. That is, the first positioning member 201 and the second positioning member 202 are provided on the base plate 10, and the first positioning member 201 and the second positioning member 202 are disposed opposite to each other in the front-rear direction, and the third positioning member 203 and the fourth positioning member 204 are disposed on the slide table 205, and the third positioning member 203 and the fourth positioning member 204 are disposed opposite to each other in the front-rear direction, so that a quadrangular area is defined between the first positioning member 201, the second positioning member 202, the third positioning member 203 and the fourth positioning member 204 to facilitate placement of the switch 50, and the first positioning member 201, the second positioning member 202, the third positioning member 203 and the fourth positioning member 204 are disposed at four corners of the quadrangle, thereby positioning the four corners of the switch 50, respectively.

When the switch 50 is clamped and fixed by the clamping mechanism 20, the sliding platform 205 may be moved in the left-right direction according to the length and width dimensions of the switch 50, so that the width dimensions of the defined quadrangular region are adapted to the width dimensions of the switch 50, and then the second positioning member 202 and the fourth positioning member 204 are slid in the front-rear direction, so that the length dimensions of the defined quadrangular region are adapted to the length dimensions of the switch 50. the clamping mechanism comprises a first positioning piece, a second positioning piece, a sliding platform, a third positioning piece and a fourth positioning piece, wherein the first positioning piece is arranged on the bottom plate and is used for positioning a first edge angle of the switch; the second locating piece is arranged on the bottom plate and is opposite to the first locating piece in front-back direction and is used for locating a second corner of the switch; the sliding platform is slidably arranged on the bottom plate along the left-right direction; the third positioning piece is arranged on the sliding platform and is used for positioning a third corner of the switch; the fourth positioning piece is arranged on the sliding platform and is opposite to the third positioning piece in front-back direction and is used for positioning a third corner of the switch;
the clamping mechanism further comprises at least one bearing piece, wherein the bearing piece is arranged on the sliding platform and is positioned between the third positioning piece and the fourth positioning piece and used for bearing the switch;
the second positioning piece is configured to be slidable in the front-rear direction on the bottom plate, and the fourth positioning piece is configured to be slidable in the front-rear direction on the sliding platform;
each of the first positioning piece to the fourth positioning piece comprises a base, a first positioning wheel and a second positioning wheel, and the base is used for supporting the switch; the first positioning wheel is arranged on the base, and the axis of the first positioning wheel extends along the front-back direction and is used for abutting and positioning one of two intersecting side surfaces on the switch; the second positioning wheel is arranged on the base, and the axis of the second positioning wheel extends along the left-right direction and is used for abutting and positioning the other of two intersecting side surfaces on the switch.
2. The switch test fixture of claim 1, wherein the slide platform comprises:
the first sliding plate is arranged on the bottom plate in a sliding manner along the left-right direction through the guide rail assembly;
the adjusting plate is slidably arranged on the first sliding plate along the front-back direction, the fourth positioning piece is arranged on the adjusting plate, and the third positioning piece is arranged on the first sliding plate.
3. The testing jig of the switch according to claim 2, wherein a first sliding groove extending along the front-rear direction is formed in the first sliding plate, a first sliding block blocked below the first sliding plate is arranged in the first sliding groove, and the adjusting plate is in threaded connection with the first sliding block through a first fastening screw;
the bottom plate is provided with a second sliding groove extending along the front-back direction, a second sliding block stopping below the bottom plate is arranged in the second sliding groove, and the second positioning piece is in threaded connection with the second sliding block through a second fastening screw.
4. The switch test fixture of claim 1, wherein the first plug mechanism comprises:
the first driving cylinder is arranged on the sliding platform and is adjustable in position along the front-rear direction, and a cylinder rod of the first driving cylinder extends along the left-right direction;
the clamping piece is arranged at the end part of the air cylinder rod and is suitable for clamping the power supply test plug.
5. The switch test fixture of claim 4, wherein the number of first plugging mechanisms is two, and the two first plugging mechanisms are oppositely arranged in the front-rear direction.
6. The switch test fixture of claim 2, wherein the second plug mechanism comprises:
the second sliding plate is arranged on the bottom plate in a sliding manner along the left-right direction and is opposite to the first sliding plate in the left-right direction;
the plug mounting plate is arranged on the second sliding plate and is suitable for mounting a communication test plug;
the second driving cylinder is arranged on the bottom plate and used for driving the second sliding plate to slide along the left-right direction.
