The invention discloses a method and a system for processing electric network financial data, which relate to the technical field of information management of electric power enterprises, in particular to a method and a system for processing electric network financial data in an intranet safety environment, comprising the following steps: creating a file path to which a subject summary table for each accounting purpose for collation is derived from two or more information management systems; establishing a financial data summarization index file; reading details belonging to the summarization period under a field specified by a financial data summarization index file in a subject summarization table of each accounting subject under the file path; creating a summary check list; and selecting the first record and the second record to splice a check list according to the financial data summarization index file, and returning the check list to an information management system from which the data come. The invention provides a high-efficiency and reliable power grid financial data processing method and system for power enterprises, and indirectly realizes multi-machine data synchronization.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of information management of power enterprises, in particular to a method and a system for processing electric network financial data in an intranet safety environment.
Background
The power enterprise is in a secret requirement, the application software of the power enterprise runs in an independent intranet which is physically isolated from an extranet, and most of general software cannot be directly used by downstream departments of the power enterprise except that management software for unified purchase can run on a server managed by the power enterprise. The architecture of existing multi-machine running software is typically a client-server mode, i.e. CS mode, and also a so-called browser-server mode, i.e. BS mode. The existing financial data processing software is not suitable for common downstream financial departments of power enterprises because the CS or BS system is adopted because the problem of multi-machine data synchronization needs to be solved.
Independent information management software is used in each department of the power enterprise, databases of the information management software among the departments cannot be directly accessed to each other, and when financial staff of the downstream financial department needs to uniformly check financial data of each upstream department on the department, a manual check mode is still generally adopted at present, relevant data of the information management software databases of the upstream departments are respectively called, and after the relevant data of the departments are combined for comparison, the relevant data of the departments are respectively reported upwards in a reclassification arrangement mode. Therefore, financial staff workload of a financial department downstream of the power system is large, and possibility of occurrence of financial data errors is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a high-efficiency and reliable power grid financial data processing method and system for power enterprises, which indirectly realize multi-machine data synchronization and are suitable for downstream financial departments needing to be in butt joint with information management software databases of different upstream departments.

a method of processing grid financial data, comprising: creating a file path, and deriving a subject summary table of each accounting subject for verification from more than two information management systems to the file path, wherein the subject summary table at least comprises a tax payable table, a benefit fee expenditure table, a cost fee table, a backup check, other index tables, a power sales detail table, a power purchase table, a sales income table, a price to be paid table and a power purchase cost table;
establishing a financial data summarization index file, wherein the financial data summarization index file contains field information and summarization periods to be summarized in each subject summarization table;
reading details belonging to the summarization period under a field specified by a financial data summarization index file in a subject summarization table of each accounting subject under the file path;
creating a summary check list, wherein the summary check list comprises a report number field and a check number field, reading electricity price information from the local gate electricity price management system, storing the electricity price information into the report number field, summarizing the details, and storing the detail into the check number field of the summary check list; marking different records of the report form number field and the check number field in the summary check list as a first record, and marking the same record of the report form number field and the check number field in the summary check list as a second record;
and selecting the first record and the second record to splice a check list according to the financial data summarization index file, and returning the check list to an information management system from which the data come.
The method is further optimized in that the financial data summary index file is a first data table in the form of a single file, and the first data table comprises four fields including a record ID, a subject summary table name, a summary field name and a summary period.
The method is further optimized in that the financial data summary index file is a data set file in the form of a database, the data set file comprises a first data table and a second data table, the first data table comprises four fields of record ID, subject summary table name, summary field name and summary period, and the second data table comprises operator ID and subject summary table name.

by using a lightweight single-machine program processing architecture, a data table and an output table processing module are stored under a unique file path, so that after the single file path is entitled in computer security management, all files under the directory have readable and writable rights at the same time, and the system does not need to assign rights to the processing module and the data table for multiple times, thereby facilitating security management.
The specific accounting subjects of each information management system are summarized through the first data table stored in the financial data summarizing index file, cross comparison is carried out through the checking module, comparison results are returned to the source information management system of the specific accounting subjects through the returning module, checking efficiency is improved, error rate is reduced, and data synchronization of each information management system is achieved equivalently.

Detailed Description

When the method is implemented, firstly, a unique file path is created, wherein the unique file path is generally positioned in a hard disk partition of a first computer which is not connected with an external network and is a registration path of a file management system of the first computer; then accessing the first information management system through a second computer serving as a client of the first information management system, and deriving an accounting purpose information table contained in the first information management system from the first information management system to a local hard disk of the second computer to be stored as a specific accounting purpose summary table; accessing the second information management system through a third computer serving as a client of the second information management system, and deriving an accounting purpose information table contained in the second information management system from the second information management system to a local hard disk of the third computer to be stored as a specific accounting purpose summary table; accessing the N information management system through the N+1 computer serving as a client of the N information management system, and deriving an accounting purpose information table contained in the N information management system from the N information management system to a local hard disk of the N+1 computer to be stored as a specific accounting purpose summary table; finally, all the subject summary tables are transmitted to the file path appointed by the first computer through the data transmission between the second computer and the third computer … … and the first computer up to the (n+1) th computer. Each account summary table should contain details of the account occurrence time and amount of the subject account, e.g., the electricity purchasing table should contain the monthly payable electric charge and the account occurrence month.
