At present, an electric energy meter of a special-purpose transformer user metering device and a matched negative control terminal share a metering terminal box, currents of the electric energy meter and the matched negative control terminal are connected in series, and voltage loops are connected in parallel. The wiring mode has the following problems in operation and maintenance engineering: firstly, the fault replacement process needs to be operated by metering the terminal box, and has high requirements on the skills of operators and safety measures in the operation process. Secondly, when changing, need short circuit current return circuit, influence the measurement of charging table, cause enterprise economic loss.

When the terminal is replaced, the flip 7 is turned over by the device, the auxiliary terminal is pulled out from the terminal, the flip 7 is opened, the plastic parting bead 12 on the flip 7 is pulled out from the middle of the pressure spring metal sheet 4, the adjacent pressure spring metal sheets 4 are connected, so that the adjacent access current wires are short-circuited, and the exposed voltage hardware column and the exposed current hardware column are not electrified because the metal parting bead 6 on the flip 7 is not contacted with the voltage hardware column 3 and the current hardware column 2 in the cavity of the base 1, so that the auxiliary terminal is pulled out from the terminal safely enough at the moment, and the auxiliary terminal turning-over structure diagram is shown in fig. 4.
When the terminal is replaced, the auxiliary terminal is inserted into the terminal, the flip 7 is closed to avoid safety accidents caused by electrification of the exposed hardware column, the plastic parting bead 12 is inserted between the pressure spring metal sheets 4, the adjacent pressure spring metal sheets 4 are separated from each other in pairs, so that a current wire is communicated with the current hardware column 2, the first metal binding post 61 and the second metal binding post 62 at two ends of the metal parting bead 6 are respectively inserted into the first inserting hole 81 and the second inserting hole 82 to be connected with the hardware column and the access wire, and the access wire is conducted with the current hardware column 2 and the voltage hardware column 3, so that the metering terminal is electrified.
