Background
In the calibration and identification of an electronic balance of a precision instrument, standard weights need to be taken and placed on the electronic balance, and conventionally, a box door is manually opened for taking and placing operations. Because the electronic balance is placed in the constant temperature and humidity box body, the box body door is frequently opened, so that the temperature and humidity environment in the box body can be damaged, the temperature and humidity are unbalanced, and the weighing result is influenced; and the operation efficiency is low.

The invention provides a standard weight taking and placing device for a constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system, which has high weighing accuracy and high efficiency as shown in figure 7.
The standard weight taking and placing device for the constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system shown in fig. 7 comprises a standard weight placing seat 1, a taking and placing tray 2, a taking and placing fork 3 and a balance bracket 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the standard weight placing seat 1 is an i-shaped placing seat, and a standard weight supporting column 5 is arranged at the top end of the i-shaped placing seat and used for supporting the taking and placing 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a round hole 6 is formed in the center of the taking and placing tray 2, an opening on one side of the taking and placing tray 2 is communicated with the round hole 6, a circle of limiting protrusions 7 are arranged on the bottom of the taking and placing tray close to the outer circumference, an annular supporting seat 8 is arranged on the top of the round hole 6, the annular supporting seat 8 is opened on the same side as the taking and placing tray 2, a gradient boss 10 for supporting standard weights 9 is arranged on the inner ring of the annular supporting seat 8, and the taking and placing tray is suitable for standard weights 9 with different weights and sizes, as shown in fig. 3. The top end of the annular supporting seat 8 of the taking and placing tray 2 can also be provided with a sheet standard weight 16, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the picking and placing fork 3 comprises a handle 11 and a circular fork body 12, the inner diameter of the circular fork body 12 is the same as the outer diameter of the limiting boss 7 at the bottom of the picking and placing tray 2, the picking and placing tray 2 can be lifted, and an extension part 13 is arranged at the front end opening of the circular fork body 12, so that the picking and placing fork is convenient for withdrawing after placing the standard weight 9. The opening of the front end of the annular fork body 12 of the taking and placing fork 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the standard weight support column 5, and the height of the standard weight support column 5 is higher than the height of the bottom limiting boss 7 of the taking and placing tray 2, so that the taking and placing fork 3 can conveniently extend into the bottom of the taking and placing tray 2.
As shown in fig. 6, the balance bracket 4 is a frame body with an opening at one side, a standard weight receiving column 14 is arranged on the bottom plate of the frame body and used for receiving and supporting the standard weight 9, the top of the frame body is opened, and the caliber is larger than the outer diameter of the taking and placing tray 2, so that the taking and placing tray 2 can be lifted and lowered conveniently.
The aperture of the round hole 6 of the taking and placing tray 2 is smaller than the outer diameter of the standard weight supporting column 5 and larger than the outer diameter of the standard weight receiving column 14, so that the taking and placing tray 2 is convenient to separate after the standard weight 9 is placed. The bottoms of the standard weight placing seat 1 and the balance bracket 4 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 15 for being mounted with an external device in the constant temperature and humidity box body. The picking and placing fork 3 is connected with an operation manipulator through a handle 11, the operation manipulator is a common programmable manipulator, and the operation is controlled through programming software.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the whole set of device is placed in a constant temperature and humidity box body, the balance bracket 4 is placed on a balance weighing disk, and the self weight of the balance weighing disk is adjusted, so that the weight of the balance tray after the balance bracket is placed is kept unchanged. The standard weight placing seat 1 is placed on a fixing device in the constant temperature and humidity box body, and then the taking and placing tray 2 for placing the standard weight 9 is placed on the top of the standard weight placing seat 1. After the temperature and humidity are regulated to reach the standard, programming is carried out according to the relative position relation, an operation manipulator is utilized to drive the taking and placing fork 3 to lift the taking and placing tray 2 placed on the standard weight placing seat 1, the extending part 13 at the front end of the taking and placing fork 3 just can extend into a gap between the taking and placing tray 2 and the standard weight placing seat 1, the annular fork 12 is positioned at the outer side of the limit boss 7 at the bottom of the taking and placing tray 2, just can lift the taking and placing tray 2, then the taking and placing tray 2 is transferred onto the balance bracket 4, at the moment, the taking and placing fork 3 is moved from the opening of the side face to carry out the taking and placing operation of the next standard weight 9, and then the standard weight 9 is weighed and calibrated. The device has high operation accuracy, the whole process does not need to open the box door, and the weighing accuracy and the efficiency are high under the constant temperature and humidity condition all the time.

4. The standard weight taking and placing device for the constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system according to claim 1, wherein the height of the standard weight supporting column is higher than the height of the bottom limiting protrusion of the taking and placing tray.
5. The standard weight pick-and-place device for use in a constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system according to claim 1, wherein the top opening of the balance bracket is larger than the outer diameter of the pick-and-place tray.
6. The standard weight taking and placing device for the constant temperature and humidity automatic weighing system according to claim 1, wherein the standard weight placing seat and the bottom of the balance bracket are provided with mounting holes.
