The connector 4 includes a first end 41, a second end 42, and a third end 43. The angle of the second angle A2 between the first end 41 and the second end 42 is equal to the first angle A1. A third angle A3 between the extending direction of the first protruding portion 44 and the extending direction of the first beam 1 is greater than 0 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees. The second end 42 comprises a second protrusion 45 adapted to the second through hole 21. The fourth angle A4 between the extending direction of the second protruding portion 45 and the extending direction of the second beam 2 is greater than 0 degrees and smaller than 90 degrees. The third end 43 includes a fourth through hole 46.
The fastener 5 is adapted to said fourth through hole 46. The fastener 5 may be a bolt. A washer may also be provided between the nut of the bolt and the third end 43 of the connecting piece 4.
Specifically, the first protrusion 44 of the connector 4 is inserted into the first through hole 11 and the second protrusion 45 of the connector 4 is inserted into the second through hole 21 to connect the first beam 1 and the second beam 2, and the fastener 5 passes through the fourth through hole 46 and the third through hole 31 to fasten the connector 4 and the supporting leg 3, so that the first beam 1, the second beam 2, and the supporting leg 3 are connected to each other through the connector 4.
In this embodiment, the supporting feet 3 connect one second beam 2 and two first beams 1 by two connectors 4 to achieve a splice between the beams. In various embodiments of the present invention, the supporting leg 3 may be connected to one or more first beams 1 and one or more second beams 2 according to need, which is not limited to the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a first step 441 is disposed on a side of the first protrusion 44 opposite to the second protrusion 45, so that the first protrusion 44 engages with a sidewall of the first through hole 11 where the first beam 1 is disposed when inserted into the first through hole 11. A second step 451 is provided on a side of the second protruding portion 45 opposite to the first protruding portion 44 so that the second protruding portion 45 engages with a sidewall of the second through hole 21 provided on the second beam 2 when inserted into the second through hole 21. Thereby, the first and second protrusions 44 and 45 are made to be hook-shaped protrusions, thereby reinforcing the connection strength between the connection member 4 and the first and second beams 1 and 2.
In some embodiments of the invention, the cross section of the connecting piece 4 on the plane formed by the bisectors of the first beam 1 and the second beam 2 and the supporting leg 3 is a U-shaped connecting piece that opens towards the supporting leg 3. Accordingly, the number of the first through holes 11 and the second through holes 21 also varies with the number of the first protrusions 44 and the second protrusions 45. In some embodiments of the present invention, the extending direction of the first protrusion 44 and the second protrusion 45 taper in width in a direction away from the connector (for example, taper in width starting at the side of the first step 441 and the second step 451 away from the connector 4) such that the protrusion 44 is inserted into the first through hole 11 and the second protrusion 45 is inserted into the second through hole 21.
