Abstract

本发明提供一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:33~45%、耐候抗蚀基底:33~45%、填充组份:7~12%以及辅助组份:5~10%;耐候抗蚀基底包括有机硅树脂、ASA树脂以及增强填充;填充组份为粉末状;辅助组份包括催化剂、防老剂、乳化剂、增容剂、分散剂、流平剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂以及紫外吸收剂。本发明通过创新性的成分配比提供了一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,成本适中易获取,具有粘结强度高以及防水性好的特点;同时能够直接在潮湿或者干燥的各种基面上施工,具有优秀的追随性、耐候性以及抗老化性。

一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明属于防水材料领域,具体涉及一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料及其施工方法。
背景技术
随着社会不断的发展,平顶建筑越来越多,屋顶、外墙、地下室等防水防潮需求越来越高,但是目前大多数防水材料为水性防水材料,与建筑的粘结强度较低,导致在喷涂施工一段时间后防水效果显著降低;并且随着日晒雨淋的加剧,原来喷涂施工处更加容易出现老化渗漏等缺陷。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种耐候效果优秀的防水材料是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料及其施工方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:33~45%、耐候抗蚀基底:33~45%、填充组份:7~12%以及辅助组份:5~10%;耐候抗蚀基底的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:有机硅树脂:30~40%、ASA树脂:30~40%以及增强填充:20~40%;填充组份为粉末状;辅助组份的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:催化剂:5~15%、防老剂:5~15%、乳化剂:5~15%、增容剂:5~15%、分散剂:5~15%、流平剂:5~15%、稳定剂:5~15%、阻燃剂:5~15%、消泡剂:5~15%以及紫外吸收剂:5~15%。
进一步地,固化剂为二四甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂以及多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯固化剂中的任意一种。
进一步地,有机硅树脂为聚甲基硅树脂、聚乙基硅树脂以及聚烷基芳基有机硅树脂中的任意一种。
进一步地,增强填充为硅酸盐短纤维。
进一步地,填充组份为膨润土粉末、玛瑙石粉末、滑石粉末、方解石粉末以及纳米碳中的任意一种或者任意几种的组合。
进一步地,填充组份为膨润土粉末、玛瑙石粉末、滑石粉末、方解石粉末以及纳米碳按照质量比5:3:3:3:1混合而成。
进一步地,其施工方法如下:
(1)内层搭建:在待施工表面铺设内部网格层,并涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成内层耐候抗蚀层;
(2)外层搭建:待内层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固之间,在其表面铺设外部网格层,再次涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成外层耐候抗蚀层,直至外层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固即可。
进一步地,步骤(1)中的内部网格层为无纺布网格层或者纤维丝网格层;步骤(2)中的外部网格层为粗钢铁丝。
进一步地,内部网格层与外部网格层呈交错状设置。
本发明与现有技术相比,通过创新性的成分配比提供了一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,成本适中易获取,具有粘结强度高以及防水性好的特点;同时能够直接在潮湿或者干燥的各种基面上施工,具有优秀的追随性、耐候性以及抗老化性。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本发明提供一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:33%、耐候抗蚀基底:45%、填充组份:12%以及辅助组份:10%。
固化剂为二四甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂。
耐候抗蚀基底的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:有机硅树脂:30%、ASA树脂:40%以及增强填充:30%;有机硅树脂为聚甲基硅树脂;增强填充为硅酸盐短纤维。
填充组份为粉末状,为膨润土粉末。
辅助组份的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:催化剂:5%、防老剂:15%、乳化剂:5%、增容剂:15%、分散剂:5%、流平剂:15%、稳定剂:5%、阻燃剂:15%、消泡剂:5%以及紫外吸收剂:15%。
实施例2:
本发明提供一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:45%、耐候抗蚀基底:33%、填充组份:12%以及辅助组份:10%。
固化剂为多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯固化剂。
耐候抗蚀基底的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:有机硅树脂:40%、ASA树脂:30%以及增强填充:30%;有机硅树脂为聚乙基硅树脂;增强填充为硅酸盐短纤维。
填充组份为粉末状,为膨润土粉末与玛瑙石粉末的组合。
辅助组份的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:催化剂:15%、防老剂:5%、乳化剂:15%、增容剂:5%、分散剂:15%、流平剂:5%、稳定剂:15%、阻燃剂:5%、消泡剂:15%以及紫外吸收剂:5%。
实施例3:
本发明提供一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:40%、耐候抗蚀基底:40%、填充组份:10%以及辅助组份:10%。
固化剂为多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯固化剂。
耐候抗蚀基底的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:有机硅树脂:35%、ASA树脂:35%以及增强填充:30%;有机硅树脂为聚烷基芳基有机硅树脂;增强填充为硅酸盐短纤维。
填充组份为膨润土粉末、玛瑙石粉末、滑石粉末、方解石粉末以及纳米碳按照质量比5:3:3:3:1混合而成。
辅助组份的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:催化剂:10%、防老剂:10%、乳化剂:10%、增容剂:10%、分散剂:10%、流平剂:10%、稳定剂:10%、阻燃剂:10%、消泡剂:10%以及紫外吸收剂:10%。
根据以上3个实施例中提供的组份配比分别制备油性涂膜防水材料,并分别进行耐候抗蚀实验,按照耐候抗蚀性能由高至低分别为实施例3、实施例2以及实施例1,并且实施例1中获得的油性涂膜防水材料与现有技术相比,性能提升约33%左右。
实施例4:
根据实施例3中提供的组份配比制备油性涂膜防水材料,并按照如下方法进行施工:
(1)内层搭建:在待施工表面铺设内部网格层,并涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成内层耐候抗蚀层;
(2)外层搭建:待内层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固之间,在其表面铺设外部网格层,再次涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成外层耐候抗蚀层,直至外层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固即可。
其中内部网格层为无纺布网格层,外部网格层为粗钢铁丝,并且内部网格层与外部网格层呈交错状设置。
实施例5:
根据实施例3中提供的组份配比制备油性涂膜防水材料,并按照如下方法进行施工:
(1)内层搭建:在待施工表面铺设内部网格层,并涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成内层耐候抗蚀层;
(2)外层搭建:待内层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固之间,在其表面铺设外部网格层,再次涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成外层耐候抗蚀层,直至外层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固即可。
其中内部网格层为纤维丝网格层,外部网格层为粗钢铁丝,并且内部网格层与外部网格层呈交错状设置。

1.一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:固化剂:33~45%、耐候抗蚀基底:33~45%、填充组份:7~12%以及辅助组份:5~10%;所述耐候抗蚀基底的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:有机硅树脂:30~40%、ASA树脂:30~40%以及增强填充:20~40%;所述填充组份为粉末状;所述辅助组份的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:催化剂:5~15%、防老剂:5~15%、乳化剂:5~15%、增容剂:5~15%、分散剂:5~15%、流平剂:5~15%、稳定剂:5~15%、阻燃剂:5~15%、消泡剂:5~15%以及紫外吸收剂:5~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为二四甲苯二异氰酸酯固化剂以及多苯基甲烷多异氰酸酯固化剂中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂为聚甲基硅树脂、聚乙基硅树脂以及聚烷基芳基有机硅树脂中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述增强填充为硅酸盐短纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述填充组份为膨润土粉末、玛瑙石粉末、滑石粉末、方解石粉末以及纳米碳中的任意一种或者任意几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述填充组份为膨润土粉末、玛瑙石粉末、滑石粉末、方解石粉末以及纳米碳按照质量比5:3:3:3:1混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:其施工方法如下:
(1)内层搭建:在待施工表面铺设内部网格层,并涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成内层耐候抗蚀层;
(2)外层搭建:待内层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固之间,在其表面铺设外部网格层,再次涂抹一层油性涂膜防水材料,形成外层耐候抗蚀层,直至外层耐候抗蚀层完全凝固即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的内部网格层为无纺布网格层或者纤维丝网格层;所述步骤(2)中的外部网格层为粗钢铁丝。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种耐候抗蚀的油性涂膜防水材料,其特征在于:所述内部网格层与外部网格层呈交错状设置。
