Of course, considering the initial positioning requirement of winding, the plastic expansion block 17 is provided with an expansion groove 18, and the diameter of the plastic expansion block 17 is 500 mm.
In view of practical use, in order to have a certain regulation and control interval and meet the requirements of different winding diameters, the diameter of the main winding cylinder 8 is 150 mm, and the diameter of the adjustable winding cylinder 9 is 300 mm, so that the diameter expansion is conveniently carried out after the switching and the expansion block 22 are combined.
Still further, considering smooth winding, the driving device 19 is a winding cylinder or a winding motor, the winding cylinder or the winding motor is provided with a rotation speed control module 20, and the rotation speed control module 20 is provided with a control button 21.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: for small diameter tape windups, the diameter may be wound onto the main winding cartridge 8. When the large-diameter plate strip is required to be rolled, a user adjusts the relative position of the rolling component through the manual rotating wheel 11, so that the adjustable rolling material cylinder 9 is aligned to the discharge end of the processing equipment to roll. Meanwhile, if large-diameter winding is required, the expansion block 22 can be directly installed on the adjustable winding charging barrel 9. Therefore, the winding shaft 7 does not need to be disassembled and assembled on site, and the winding switching of the plate strips with different diameters can be realized.
As can be seen from the above text expressions and the accompanying drawings, the invention has the following advantages:
