(2) Only one limiting unit is arranged to limit one row of articles, and when the articles are required to be arranged in other modes, the limiting units are required to be continuously adjusted, so that the use is very inconvenient;
(3) Every time a row of articles is arranged, the row of articles is required to be sent to a pending area in time, then the next row of articles is sent to the pending area, and after a plurality of rows of articles are arranged in the pending area, the articles are treated, so that the production efficiency is low;
(4) The sizes of the arranged articles are single, if the sizes of the articles are changed, the articles cannot be fed into the arranging device, and the last articles can interfere with other structures in the process of arranging and feeding the articles.
Therefore, there is a need to design a better article alignment system to address the deficiencies of the prior art.

The arranging device 3 comprises a plurality of partition plates 31 which are arranged at intervals in parallel along the transverse direction, a plurality of rows of partition channels 32 which are arranged at intervals in parallel along the transverse direction are formed among the partition plates 31, a plurality of limiting units 33 are correspondingly arranged on the partition channels 32, the partition channels 32 extend along the longitudinal direction, the limiting units 33 are provided with limiting surfaces 331, the objects are limited in the partition channels 32 by the limiting surfaces 331 of the limiting units 33, therefore, the objects are arranged in the partition channels 32 along the longitudinal direction, and the objects are arranged in a plurality of rows of the partition channels 32 along the transverse direction. The spacing unit 33 can be longitudinally adjusted along the partition plate 31, so that the position of the first article blocked by the spacing unit 33 in one row of articles is changed, and the articles in two adjacent rows of partition channels 32 can be orderly arranged or staggered according to the arrangement requirement. By adjusting the positions of the limiting units 33 in advance, the positions of the various rows of articles can be adjusted independently, the limiting units 33 do not need to be adjusted for multiple times, and the use is convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, for example, when the articles to be conveyed are regular square articles, it is desirable that the articles be aligned, i.e., each row of articles are aligned with each other, to facilitate packaging and shipping. It is therefore necessary to adjust the stop faces 331 of all the stop units 33 in the lanes 32 to be coplanar at this time to achieve a clean alignment of the articles.
As shown in fig. 5, when the conveyed articles are round articles, if the articles are orderly arranged, gaps exist between squares formed by four adjacent round articles, so that the articles are not tightly arranged, the stability is not enough, and the occupied space is large. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the articles in two adjacent rows in a staggered manner so that a stable triangle is formed between one article in the upper row and two articles in the lower row. To achieve this offset arrangement, it is necessary to adjust each of the spacing units 33 such that the spacing surfaces 331 of the spacing units 33 in adjacent rows of lanes 32 are disposed longitudinally in tandem.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the partition plate 31 is provided with a plurality of first adjustment holes 311 in the longitudinal direction, and the adjustment unit is provided with second adjustment holes 332, and when the position of the adjustment unit needs to be adjusted, the adjustment unit can be fixed at different positions of the partition plate 31 through the second adjustment holes 332 and the first adjustment holes 311 at different positions. Therefore, the invention can arrange articles with different widths and has wide application range.
The lateral movement device 4 includes a driving member 41, a connection belt 42 connected to the driving member 41, a movable member 43 connected to the connection belt 42, and a position sensor 44 for detecting the position of the movable member 43. The driving member 41 may be a motor, the connection belt 42 may be a synchronous belt, the motor may be connected to the synchronous belt through a synchronous wheel 45, and the position sensor 44 may be a photoelectric sensor. In this embodiment, two position sensors 44 are fixed to the top connecting portion 12 at a lateral interval for detecting the left and right extreme positions of the alignment device 3, respectively. The sliding rail 15 is arranged below the top connecting part 12, the movable part 43 is provided with a sliding block 431, and the movable part 43 is in sliding connection with the top connecting part 12 through the sliding block 431 and the sliding rail 15. The motor can drive the synchronous belt to move according to the arrangement and feeding requirements, so that the synchronous belt drives the movable piece 43 to move along the top connecting part 12 transversely, and when the movable piece 43 moves to the position of the position sensor 44, the position sensor 44 sends out a signal to stop the movable piece 43 from continuing to move and return. After a predetermined number of articles are arranged in all the separation lanes 32, the transverse moving device 4 can integrally move the arranging device 3 at one time to remove the arranged articles in multiple rows at the same time, so that the working efficiency is high.
The central axis of the arranging device 3, the central axis of the movable piece 43 and the central axis of the lifting device 8 are overlapped, so that the stability in the system movement process can be improved, and the stability in the transverse movement process and the stability in the up-down lifting process can be improved. The central axis department of moving part 43 is equipped with two and smuggles the mechanism 432 secretly, and the connecting band 42 is equipped with the portion of stepping down 421 that is used for stepping down elevating gear 8, and the belt at the portion of stepping down 421 both ends is cliied respectively to smuggle the mechanism 432 secretly, can improve the stability of the horizontal moving process of driving moving part 43 of belt like this.

The positioning device 5 is provided with an adjusting piece 51 which can be longitudinally adjusted, and when articles with different specifications are arranged, if the volume of the articles is smaller, the adjusting piece 51 needs to be extended out a little along the longitudinal direction for achieving better positioning effect; if the volume of the articles is large, the articles in a row at the entrance to the divider 32 may be more prominent, and in order to avoid interference between the articles and the adjusting members 51 during the lateral movement of the arranging means 3 by the lateral movement means 4, it is necessary to retract the adjusting members 51 a little in the longitudinal direction. By arranging the adjusting piece 51, the invention can adapt to the transportation of articles with different specifications while realizing good positioning effect.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, for example, if the conveyed articles have a circular cross-section, when the articles in adjacent rows of lanes 32 are offset, the circular cross-sections are offset. A preferred arrangement of items is: by adjusting the limiting units 33, the circle center of the circular cross section of the outermost article in one row of the separating channels 32 is flush with the outer end face of the separating plate 31 in two adjacent rows of the separating channels 32, namely, the article just protrudes out of the outer end face of the separating plate 31 by a semicircle, and the distance value between the circle center of the circular cross section of the outermost article in the other row of the separating channels 32 and the outer end face of the separating plate 31 is the radius value of the circular cross section, namely, the outer edge of the article just is flush with the outer end face of the separating plate 31. This not only ensures that the number of articles in each row of dividers 32 is constant for each transfer, thereby providing greater ease of packaging or shipping. When the radius of the circular cross-section of the article changes, the protruding semicircle of the article will also change, which can be accommodated by adjusting the adjusting member 51.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the positioning device 5 includes two positioning plates 52 disposed opposite to each other, and the positioning plates 52 are adjustable in the lateral direction. The positioning plate 52 is connected with the hanging plate 53, and the hanging plate 53 is connected with the middle connecting part 13 of the frame 1. The hanging plate 53 is provided with a first connecting hole 531, and the middle connecting portion 13 is provided with a second connecting hole 131 extending in the lateral direction, and the positioning plate 52 can be fixed at different positions of the middle connecting portion 13 in the lateral direction through the first connecting hole 531 and the second connecting hole 131. A positioning channel 54 for the passage of the article is formed between the two positioning plates 52, and the width of the positioning channel 54 can be adjusted according to the specification of the article by laterally adjusting the positioning plates 52.
In this embodiment, only one positioning plate 52 is provided with the adjusting member 51, so that the arranging device 3 can be moved laterally in one direction after the articles are arranged, and the articles do not interfere with the positioning device 5 while having a good positioning effect. In other embodiments, both positioning plates 52 may be provided with adjustment members 51, which may allow the arrangement device 3 to be moved in both directions after the articles have been arranged, without the articles interfering with the positioning device 5, while having a good positioning effect.
The positioning plate 52 is concavely provided with a groove 521 which penetrates longitudinally, a first fixing hole 522 which extends longitudinally is arranged in the groove 521, the adjusting piece 51 is longitudinally provided with a plurality of second fixing holes 511, and the adjusting piece 51 realizes adjustment of longitudinal positions through the first fixing holes 522 and the second fixing holes 511.
In this embodiment, one side of one positioning plate 52 is provided with a blocking device 6 for blocking objects. For example, when the traverse device 4 traverses the arranging device 3 after the articles are arranged, the blocking device 6 is required to block the articles, thereby preventing the articles from being conveyed forward. In other embodiments, a blocking device 6 may be provided on one side of both positioning plates 52 to provide a better blocking effect. The stop means 6 can be adjusted longitudinally to accommodate articles of different sizes, and avoid interference between the articles and the stop means 6 when the arranging means 3 is moved laterally while better stopping the articles.
The shut-off device 6 includes a shut-off cylinder 61 and an adjustment plate 62 connected to the shut-off cylinder 61, the adjustment plate 62 being connected to a fixing plate 63, the fixing plate 63 being fixed to the frame 1. The piston rod of the stop cylinder 61 is connected with the stop plate 64, the bottoms of the two positioning plates 52 have a height difference, the stop plate 64 of the stop cylinder 61 passes through the bottom of one of the positioning plates 52, and the stop plate 64 presses on or directly blocks the article, thereby stopping the article. A detection device (not shown) is provided at the entrance of the lane 32 to detect whether the articles in the lane 32 reach a predetermined number. When the articles in the lanes 32 reach a predetermined number, the detection device sends a signal to control the lateral movement device 4 to move the alignment device 3 so that the next lane of lanes 32 moves to a predetermined position to allow the articles to continue into the lanes 32. In the moving arrangement process, in order to ensure the working efficiency, the articles can be stopped not but when the arrangement is fully moved as a whole. The detection means may be an electronic probe that determines whether the contents of the lane 32 have been filled by detecting whether the contents have moved.
As shown in fig. 10, the discharging device 7 includes a discharging conveyor 71, and the discharging conveyor 71 is provided on one side of the feeding conveyor 21. After the articles are all aligned in the partition 32, the lateral moving device 4 laterally moves the alignment device 3 to the outfeed conveyor 71.
In this embodiment, since the conveying direction of the discharge conveyor 71 is the same as that of the feed conveyor 21, the articles cannot leave the aligning device 3 by themselves. The aligning device 3 is thus connected to the lifting device 8, the lifting device 8 being fixed to the movable element 43. The lifting device 8 can move the article in the conveying direction of the outfeed conveyor 71 by lifting the aligning device 3. In some embodiments, the conveying direction of the discharging conveyor belt 71 and the conveying direction of the feeding conveyor belt 21 may be set opposite, so that when the transverse moving device 4 moves the arranging device 3 to the discharging conveyor belt 71, the articles can directly leave from the entrance of the partition 32, and the lifting device 8 is not required.

step four: positioning the conveyed articles by means of a positioning device 5 arranged in a predetermined conveying direction;
step five: receiving the positioned conveyed articles by means of an aligning device 3 arranged in a predetermined conveying direction;
step six: the articles are cut off from being conveyed in a preset conveying direction by a cut-off device 6;
step seven: transversely moving the arranging device 3 to transversely move the arranged articles to a preset position through a transverse moving device 4 connected with the arranging device 3;
step eight: the horizontally transferred articles are sent away through a discharging device 7 arranged at one side of the feeding device 2;
step nine: lifting the aligning device 3 for transversely transferring the articles to a predetermined position by a lifting device 8 connected with the aligning device 3;
step ten: the alignment device 3 is returned to the origin by the lateral movement device 4.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in the second step, the position of the limiting unit 33 is adjusted to enable the articles in the two adjacent rows of separation lanes 32 to be aligned or staggered. When the articles in the adjacent two rows of the separation lanes 32 are arranged in a staggered manner, the number of the articles in the adjacent two rows of the separation lanes 32 may be the same or different. If not, one more row of articles will be present than the other.
As shown in fig. 9, in step five, receiving the positionally conveyed article by the collating device 3 includes the steps of:
s1: the arranging device 3 is moved by the transverse moving mechanism, so that the first row of separation channels are moved to a preset position, the positioning device 5 is positioned at the inlet of the separation channels, and the feeding device 2 sends articles into the separation channels through the positioning device 5 until the detection device detects that the articles in the separation channels reach a preset number;
s2: the arranging device 3 is moved by the transverse moving mechanism, so that the next row of separation channels are moved to a preset position, the positioning device 5 is positioned at the inlet of the separation channels, and the feeding device 2 sends articles into the separation channels through the positioning device 5 until the detection device detects that the articles in the separation channels reach a preset number;
s3: step S2 is repeated until the last lane of lanes is moved to a predetermined position such that the positioning device 5 is located at the entrance of the lane, and the feeding device 2 feeds articles into the lane 32 through the positioning device 5 until the detecting device detects that the articles in the lane reach a predetermined number.
In step S1, the first row partition is not necessarily the first row partition of the arrangement device 3 in an absolute sense, and any row may be selected as the first row according to actual needs. In step S3, the last line of the separator is not necessarily the last line of the arrangement device 3 in absolute terms, and any line subsequent to the first line may be selected as the last line according to actual needs.
In step ten, returning the aligning device 3 to the origin means: the alignment device 3 is moved by the lateral movement mechanism so that the first row of dividers 32 is moved to a predetermined position so that the positioning device 5 is located at the entrance of the dividers 32.
The above detailed description is merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, so that all equivalent technical changes that can be made by the present specification and illustrations are included in the scope of the invention.
