As shown in fig. 3, the front cover transmission mechanism comprises a transmission rod 5, a nut 8 and a hand wheel 9, and the front and rear cover interlocking mechanism comprises a lever 4, a stopper 10 and an interlocking small shaft 11. The hand wheel 9 is rotated, and the hand wheel drives the transmission rod 5 with trapezoidal threads through the special nut 8 with the square head, so that the transmission rod generates axial reciprocating motion when the hand wheel rotates, and the front cover is opened and closed. The lever 4 is fixed to the middle part of the transmission rod 5, so that the axial reciprocating motion of the transmission rod 5 is transmitted to the interlocking small shaft 11 through the lever 4, therefore, when the front cover is opened, the rear cover must be closed and pressed, and the interlocking small shaft 11 can be led into the arc-shaped opening of the interlocking sector plate 12, so that the opening of the rear cover is prevented. Conversely, when the rear cover is opened, the interlocking small shaft 11 is caught by the plate surface of the interlocking sector plate 12, so that the front cover cannot be opened.
As shown in fig. 4, the rear cover transmission mechanism includes an interlocking sector plate 12, a clamp ring 13, and a gear shaft 14. The clamp ring 13 is a large nut with single-ended serrated section engagement threads and serrated closure heads. The handle is used for rotating the gear shaft 14 to drive the compression ring 13 to rotate, so that the rear end face of the shell and the rear cover can be compressed or loosened, and when the serrated end socket of the compression ring 13 is compressed on the corresponding tooth of the rear cover, the rear cover is compressed on the rear end face of the cylinder, otherwise, the rear cover is loosened. The stopper 10 in the front and rear cover interlocking mechanism is protruded into the bottom slot of the interlocking sector plate 12 for limiting the rotation angle of the clamp ring 13.
In the above embodiment, the sealing ring is installed in the front cover to ensure the sealing of the front cover to the cylinder after the front cover is closed, and the sealing ring is fixed on the front cover by the extrusion ring.
In the above embodiment, the sealing cup is installed in the rear cover, and the rear cover is pressed on the cylinder body by rotating the pressing ring to form a seal for the cylinder body.
In the above embodiment, a limit switch may be installed on the first bracket or the second bracket to perform indication of the front cover opening/closing signal.
