本发明涉及一种全天候狙击手隔热垫。
背景技术
在炎热的酷夏沥青路面融化,长时间曝晒的楼顶,金属材质甚至机器或锅炉顶上,火场附近或爆炸高温现场的设伏,完全超出了人体忍受极限在严冬寒带地区的长夜,狙击手长时间的设伏中,肢体在严寒中冻僵,这时就需要一种全天候的防护垫保护我们的狙击手才能圆满顺利完成任务。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种全天候狙击手隔热垫。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的全天候狙击手隔热垫,包括上外包覆层、加热层、PVC发泡材料层和下外包覆层,所述PVC发泡材料层上设置沟槽,所述沟槽相互连通,所述沟槽连接冷剂注入口。
本发明的隔热垫设置了加热层和制冷层,可以在各种环境下使用,加热层与制冷层之间设置隔热层可以防止热量或冷量流失。制冷层为PVC发泡材料上设置沟槽,可以将冷剂通过注入口注入进沟槽,使得冷剂在沟槽内流通,均匀的冷却隔热垫,既可以是隔热垫整体降温,又可以节约冷剂。
所述冷剂注入口设置在隔热垫侧面,所述冷剂注入口设置阀门。冷剂可以从隔热垫的侧面注入。
所述冷剂注入口设置在隔热垫的一侧,所述冷剂注入口连接干冰提供装置。隔热垫的一侧或一端可以连接干冰提供装置,在干冰提供装置内放置干冰,干冰的产生的冷气可以通过连接管道进入隔热垫,通过沟槽散布到整个隔热垫。
所述干冰提供装置包括与上外包覆层和下外包覆层相连接的套筒和可活动安装在套筒内的发泡容器,所述发泡容器内放置干冰,所述发泡容器设置可以在使用时打开的开口,所述开口连接冷剂注入口。干冰提供装置的外层可以与隔热垫的外包覆层设置为一体,干冰提供装置外层的包覆层可以设置为一个空心的套筒,这样可以方便的将干冰提供装置安装和拆下。
所述沟槽内填充陶瓷纤维材料。沟槽内的陶瓷纤维材料可以将冷剂的扩散速度限制在恰当的速度范围内。
所述PVC发泡材料设置为多排多列的菱形,所述相邻菱形之间形成沟槽。沟槽设置成菱形,可以在PVC发泡材料层形成规则、均匀的沟槽,沟槽之间互相连通,形成网状,可以是冷气扩散的范围和速度更均匀。
所述加热层设有电热丝。
所述保温隔热层是加热层与PVC发泡材料层之间的硅钛合金布和/或棉绒毛毡。
本发明还涉及一种全天候狙击手隔热装置,包括上述全天候狙击手隔热垫和一次性保护垫。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,本发明的全天候狙击手隔热垫, 包括以下7层:上包覆层1、加热层2、上棉绒毛毡3、硅钛合金布4、PVC塑胶发泡层5、下棉绒毛毡6和下包覆层7。PVC发泡材料层5为制冷层,PVC发泡材料层7上设置沟槽8,沟槽8相互连通,沟槽连接冷剂注入口12,可以将冷剂通过注入口12注入进沟槽8。PVC发泡材料层5设置为多排多列的菱形块9,所述相邻菱形块9之间形成沟槽8。
上包覆层1和下包覆层7为迷彩色消防阻燃防湿布料。上包覆层1和下包覆层7组合成了完整的隔热垫的外套。
设置了加热层2和制冷层,本隔热垫可以在各种环境下使用,加热层与制冷层之间设置硅钛合金布4可以防止热量或冷量流失,硅钛合金布可以折叠又有金属光泽能起阻隔热辐射的材质。设置了沟槽8,使得冷剂在沟,8内流通,均匀的冷却隔热垫,既可以是隔热垫整体降温,又可以节约冷剂。

加热层2内设置加热丝10,加热丝10连接电源线11。这样的加热层加热丝类似于电褥子的加热丝,安全用电设为36伏,可以连接移动电源,蓄电池。
冷剂注入口12可以设置在隔热垫侧面,冷剂注入口12设置阀门。冷剂可以从隔热垫的侧面注入。在垫子的两侧有等距离的三对称注入阀,可以根据情况随时注入氯乙烷冷冻麻醉剂进行强制降温。
隔热垫的端部设置第二冷剂注入口13,第二冷剂注入口13连接干冰提供装置。在干冰提供装置内放置干冰,干冰的产生的冷气可以通过连接管15道进入隔热垫,通过沟槽8散布到整个隔热垫。
干冰提供装置包括与上外包覆层1和下外包覆层7相连接的套筒16和可活动安装在套筒16内的发泡容器17,发泡容器17内放置干冰,所述发泡容器设置可以在使用时打开的开口,发泡容器的开口对准并连接连接管15,也可以不设置连接管,发泡容器的开口直接连接第二冷剂注入口13。干冰提供装置的外层可以与隔热垫的外包覆层设置为一体,干冰提供装置外层的包覆层可以设置为一个空心的套筒,这样可以方便的将干冰提供装置安装和拆下。
发泡容器17里横向分成六个隔断18,里面放置了块状干冰19。发泡容器设置可以在使用时打开的开口,这样的开口可以是与发泡容器体一体成型的薄弱外壁,每个隔断都设有至少一个薄弱的泡沫外壁,当需要使用干冰时,将薄弱外壁击碎,从而形成开口,然后将开口对准第二冷剂注入口13,将隔断里的干冰产生的冷气释放到隔热垫中。干冰的冷空气进入隔热垫后沿菱形PVC发泡材料层之间的沟槽8扩散,达到使整个隔热垫的冷却层降温的目的。
本发明的隔热垫的附件包括放置数筒发泡干冰容器的圆筒或保温箱,和数瓶冷氯乙烷冻麻醉剂。
保温箱中可放置备用的发泡容器17,当套筒16内的发泡容器17中的干冰消耗殆尽时,即可将保温箱中的备用发泡容器取出,插入套筒16,将用完的发泡容器以及碎屑顶出。
套筒16的外包覆层可以是与上外包覆层1和下外包覆层7相同的迷彩色消防阻燃防湿布料,可以与隔热垫连为一体。迷彩色消防阻燃防湿布料内可以设置一层棉绒毛毡。套筒16的两个侧面也可以设置湿布料和棉绒毛毡。
在侧面均距的三对冷冻麻醉剂注入阀的前方靠近放置干冰的桶装棉绒之间再多加一对注入阀,以备干冰供应不方便的时候,加注冷冻剂。
在另一种实施方式中,可以根据使用环境合理选择保温隔热层,可以省掉上棉绒毛毡或者下棉绒毛毡。
本发明的隔热垫的附件还可以包括一次性保护垫。主要作用除了里面的铝箔能起到防治热对流和热辐射之外,还能起到在融化的沥青或粘性环境中防治把隔热垫沾住和污染。造假低廉的底层可以随时丢弃一次性使用。一次性保护垫可以是用双面胶胶合的迷彩印刷的两层牛皮纸,中间夹一层反光铝箔这三层是用覆膜机涂胶沾合为一体的。主要作用除了里面的铝箔能起到防治热对流和热辐射之外,还能起到在融化的沥青或粘性环境中防治把隔热垫沾住和污染。造假低廉的底层可以随时丢弃一次性使用。
本发明的隔热垫在备用时可以以套筒16为中心卷起来放置。
隔热垫的尺寸优选为长2000mm,宽660mm,总厚度约15-18mm。套筒16的直径优选为200-240mm。一次性保护垫的尺寸优选为长2200mm,宽700mm。
