However, the ceramic core slurry has strong thermoplasticity and contractibility due to the addition of the plasticizer, and is very easy to deform in the process from the completion of pressing to the complete cooling of a ceramic core biscuit, so that the biscuit is generally required to be cooled in a solid forming tool.
At present, the ceramic core biscuit cooling solid shape frock mainly has two kinds: one is a cooling mould, and the other is an orthopedic tool.
