In the molten steel refining process, a large amount of smoke and dust are generated due to the electric arc effect and the feeding of argon blowing and wire feeding in the smelting process, and enter a dust removing air pipe through the side surface of a water cooling furnace cover to be pumped out by a dust removing fan. However, the existing dust removing system is difficult to fully collect the dust, a large amount of smoke dust is emitted from the electrode holes, the emitted smoke dust interferes with the sight of an operator of the overhead travelling crane, potential safety hazards are brought to the lifting operation of the travelling crane, serious pollution is caused to the environment, and the physical and mental health of the staff is directly endangered.
