Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an indwelling needle, in particular to an anti-blocking indwelling needle.
Background
The indwelling needle includes a flexible catheter/cannula that can be indwelled within a blood vessel, and a stainless steel puncture guiding needle core. When in use, the catheter and the needle core are punctured into the blood vessel together, and after the catheter completely enters the blood vessel, the needle core is withdrawn, and only the soft catheter is remained in the blood vessel, so that transfusion treatment is carried out. The use of the indwelling needle can reduce the pain of patients caused by repeated venipuncture, is convenient for clinical medication, can rescue patients suffering from emergency and critical diseases, can reduce the workload of nurses and can reduce the pain of patients.
However, when the conventional indwelling needle is not used for infusion, blood of a patient easily flows back into the indwelling needle, and the indwelling needle is easily blocked. In addition, blood remaining in the indwelling needle is likely to coagulate, and the coagulated blood is likely to enter a blood vessel to form thrombus during the next infusion, which is harmful to the health of the human body.

Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings that are required to be used in the embodiments or the description of the prior art will be briefly described below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments described in the present invention, and other drawings may be obtained according to the drawings without inventive effort to those skilled in the art.
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of an embodiment of an anti-occlusion indwelling needle of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of another embodiment of an anti-occlusion needle of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but it should be understood that the embodiments are not limited to the present invention, and functional, method, or structural equivalents and alternatives according to the embodiments are within the scope of protection of the present invention by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, the anti-blocking indwelling needle of the present invention includes: needle tubing 3, shutoff pipe 8, push tube 11, pipe seat 5.
The needle tube 3 is placed in a blood vessel of a human body to input a liquid medicine, and in particular, the needle tube 3 is mounted at one end of the catheter seat 5 through a metal wedge 4 and is communicated with the catheter seat 5. The catheter holder 5 has a branch pipe so that the medical fluid introduced into the catheter holder 5 from the branch pipe is introduced into the human body through the needle tube 3. In order to protect the needle tube 3, the needle tube 3 is accommodated in a cap 2, and an end of the cap is fitted over one end of the catheter holder 5.
The blocking tube 8 is used for extending into the needle tube 3 when not in transfusion, and plays a role in blocking the needle tube 3, so that blood is prevented from flowing into the inverted needle tube 3, and the needle tube 3 is prevented from being blocked. Specifically, the plugging tube 8 is located in the catheter seat 5, the outer diameter of the plugging tube 8 corresponds to the diameter of the needle tube 3, and one end of the plugging tube 8 selectively extends into the needle tube 3 to perform plugging function. Preferably, the material of the needle tube 3 and the plugging tube 8 is FEP.
The pushing tube 11 is used for pushing the plugging tube 8 into the needle tube 3. Specifically, one end of the push tube 11 extends into the catheter holder 5 from the other end of the catheter holder 5, and is connected to the other end of the plugging tube 8. Thus, when not in infusion, a force is applied to the push tube 11, which can drive the occlusion tube 8 into the needle tube 3. In addition, in order to ensure the tightness between the push tube 11 and the catheter seat 5, a gasket 9 is provided between the push tube 11 and the catheter seat 5 in an interference manner.
Further, in order to prevent the push tube 11 from being pulled out of the catheter holder 5 in the axial direction, the other end of the catheter holder 5 is further sleeved with a limiting ring 12, and correspondingly, one end of the push tube 11 is provided with a protrusion abutting against the limiting ring 12.
A piston column 6 is further arranged in the catheter seat 5, and one end of the plugging tube 8 selectively extends into the needle tube 3 through the piston column 6. Meanwhile, a gasket 7 is further arranged between the piston column 6 and one end of the push tube 11.
In addition, the anti-blocking indwelling needle also has the function of preventing needling.
As shown in fig. 2, specifically, the anti-blocking indwelling needle further includes: steel needle 1, shell fragment 16, cassette 14, spacing pipe 10 and prevent acupuncture needle file 13.
Specifically, one end of the push tube 11 passes through the limiting tube 10 and extends into the catheter holder 5 from the other end of the catheter holder 5, the clamping holder 14 is mounted at the other end of the push tube 11, and the elastic sheet 16 is located in the clamping holder 14. One end of the steel needle 1 sequentially penetrates through the elastic sheet 16, the push tube 11 and the catheter seat 5 and stretches into the needle tube 3, correspondingly, a through hole for the steel needle 1 to penetrate through is formed in the elastic sheet 16, and meanwhile, a limiting protrusion propped against the edge of the through hole is arranged on the side wall of one end of the steel needle 1. The anti-needling needle stand 13 is arranged at the other end of the steel needle 1.
Thus, after the needle tube 3 is penetrated into the skin of the human body by the steel needle 1, the steel needle 1 needs to be pulled out, and the needle tube 3 is left in the blood vessel of the human body. When the steel needle 1 moves to the through hole, the limiting protrusion can prevent the steel needle 1 from falling out of the elastic sheet 16, so that the needle point of the steel needle 1 is remained in the elastic sheet 16, and the needle point of the steel needle 1 is prevented from stabbing medical staff.
Further, in order to pull out the steel needle 1 together with the elastic piece 16 sleeved on the needle tip of the steel needle, a clamping groove is formed in the clamping seat 14, the end portion of the elastic piece 16 abuts against the steel needle 1, and a buckle clamped in the clamping groove is arranged on the elastic piece 16 adjacent to the end portion. Therefore, when the steel needle 1 is not pulled out, the elastic sheet 16 is clamped in the clamping seat 14 through the clamping buckle thereon; when the steel needle 1 is pulled out to separate the steel needle 1 from the end part of the elastic piece 16, the buckle is separated from the clamping groove due to the elastic action, so that the steel needle 1 and the elastic piece 16 on the steel needle are conveniently pulled out. The bayonet of the slot is also closed by a cap 15.
In summary, the anti-blocking indwelling needle provided by the invention is provided with the blocking tube, so that the anti-blocking indwelling needle can extend into the needle tube when not in transfusion, and plays a role in blocking the needle tube, and can prevent blood from flowing into the inverted needle tube to cause blocking of the needle tube.
