Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a magnetic control urethral valve.
Background
Stress Urinary Incontinence (Stress Urinary Incontinence) is clinically defined as the leakage of involuntary urine from the external orifice of the urethra when abdominal pressure increases, such as sneezing or coughing, due to sphincter muscle damage. Symptoms are involuntary urine discharge when abdominal pressure increases, such as coughing, sneezing and laughing; when the sign is an increase in abdominal pressure, involuntary urine flow from the urethra can be observed. The urinary incontinence patient can not control the urination time, and can cause complications such as perineal dermatitis, sacrococcal dermatitis, pressure ulcer and the like, which not only seriously impairs the physiology and psychology of the patient, but also causes great burden to the family.
At present, the mainly adopted treatment methods include the placement of a catheter, the control by medicines, the operation and the like, but the methods undoubtedly cause great physical and psychological troubles for patients suffering from urinary incontinence. Although the currently popular artificial urinary sphincter (AUS 800) solves this medical problem to some extent, the chance of requiring a secondary operation is extremely high due to the displacement of the device caused by manual operation; and prolonged closure of the urethra by the device can cause depression and erosion of the urethra.
In view of the above, it is important to design a device for urethral canal release to simulate the function of the urethral sphincter, which has a simple structure, easy operation, high biocompatibility, safety and reliability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a magnetic control urethral valve, can avoid the problem of device displacement caused by autonomous manual operation of a patient, simultaneously reduces the risk of secondary operation, and can reduce the probability of urethral atrophy and erosion by opening and closing the urethra regularly through magnetic force.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a magnetic control urethral valve comprises an implantation part fixed on the pubis of a human body and a magnetic element positioned outside the human body, wherein the implantation part comprises a left valve body and a right valve body which are connected, a left through groove is formed in one side of the left valve body, which is in contact with the right valve body, a right through groove matched with the left through groove is formed in the right valve body, a left rubber mat is arranged at the bottom of the left through groove, a right rubber mat is arranged at the bottom of the right through groove, and the urethra of the human body is positioned between the left through groove and the; the left valve body is provided with a guide channel communicated with the left through groove, an elastic element and a permanent magnet valve core are arranged in the guide channel, and the elastic element gives a right extrusion force to the left rubber mat through the permanent magnet valve core so that the left rubber mat and the right rubber mat clamp the urethra of the human body; the magnetic element compresses the elastic element after reacting with the permanent magnet valve core, so that the left rubber mat and the right rubber mat relax the urethra of the human body.
From the above, the working principle of the invention is as follows: when urine is stored, the elastic element in the guide channel is in a natural state, the elastic element pushes the permanent magnet valve core to press the left rubber pad rightwards to press and close the urethra; when urinating, the magnetic element is arranged at the lower abdomen of the human body, the magnetic element compresses the elastic element after reacting with the permanent magnet valve core, so that the left rubber cushion is restored to the original position, the urethra of the human body is relaxed, the urine can be urinated, the magnetic element is removed after the urine is urinated, the elastic element is restored to the natural state, and the urethra is restored to be closed.
In conclusion, the magnetic element is arranged on the lower abdomen of the human body, so that the urethra can be opened and closed periodically, the problem of device displacement caused by autonomous manual operation of a patient is avoided, and meanwhile, the risk of secondary operation is reduced; in addition, the urethra is opened and closed regularly through magnetic force, the probability of urethral atrophy and erosion can be reduced, the operation is simple, and the use is convenient.
As an improvement of the invention, the left rubber pad and the right rubber pad are made of medical silica gel.
As a refinement of the invention, the elastic element is an elastic washer or spring.
As a refinement of the invention, the magnetic element is a permanent magnet.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the magnetic element is arranged on the lower abdomen of a human body, so that the urethra can be opened and closed periodically, the problem of displacement of the device caused by autonomous manual operation of a patient is avoided, and meanwhile, the risk of secondary operation is reduced;
in addition, the urethra is opened and closed regularly through magnetic force, the probability of urethral atrophy and erosion can be reduced, the operation is simple, and the use is convenient.
