Abstract
本发明公开了一种无损伤子宫止血钳,包括通过关节轴交叉铰接的两钳臂,所述钳臂分为上段钳臂、下段钳臂和钳柄,所述关节轴位于下段钳臂和钳柄之间,上段钳臂顶端呈球形,钳柄尾端为环形手柄;上段钳臂为直条形,长度为5cm,下段钳臂为弧形,弧度为15度,可以增加前臂的合力;扣合后,球形钳头紧密贴合,上段钳臂之间有2mm空隙,上段钳臂上套接有厚度为1mm的橡胶软管套,扣合后间隙消失。本发明钳臂上的橡胶管垫能够在阻断子宫血管的同时最大限度保护子宫血管和组织。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种无损伤子宫止血钳。
背景技术
目前,产科医生在为产妇实行手术时,常用到且用到最多的就是止血钳。目前市面上的止血的种类包括用于局部血管的钳夹止血(弯头、直头止血钳),局部组织的钳夹止血(如卵圆钳),子宫血管扣钳,均存在对组织破坏性大的缺陷。
随着二孩政策的放开,“前置胎盘”,尤其是“凶险型前置胎盘”发病率升高,瘢痕子宫再次手术分娩时,子宫(下段)出血严重,甚至是致命性大量出血,迫切需要一种能钳夹子宫(和、或子宫下段),立即减少、制止子宫出血并且无创的工具。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种无损伤子宫止血钳,钳臂上的橡胶管垫能够在阻断子宫血管的同时最大限度保护子宫血管和组织。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种无损伤子宫止血钳,包括通过关节轴交叉铰接的两钳臂,所述钳臂分为上段钳臂、下段钳臂和钳柄,所述关节轴位于下段钳臂和钳柄之间,上段钳臂顶端呈球形,钳柄尾端为环形手柄;上段钳臂为直条形,长度为5cm,下段钳臂为弧形,弧度为15度,可以增加前臂的合力;扣合后,球形钳头紧密贴合,上段钳臂之间有2mm空隙,上段钳臂上套接有厚度为1mm的橡胶软管套,扣合后间隙消失。
进一步地,所述钳臂的对合面为平面。
进一步地,所述橡胶软管的长度为5cm,为白色或黄色,属于一次性消耗品。
进一步地,所述钳柄靠近环形手柄的位置设置有锁紧定位的卡齿。
进一步地,所述球形钳头的直径为5mm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的子宫止血钳结构新颖,易于操作,用于夹持剖宫产(胎儿娩出后)子宫血管部位,由于子宫的供血70%以上都来源于子宫血管,钳夹子宫血管,可以立即对整给子宫起到止血作用,避免胎盘附着部位短期内大量出血,配合子宫动脉栓塞术、子宫切除术、及呼叫援助治疗,力保产妇的生命安全。同时能够有效对子宫血管不造成永久性伤害,一定弧度的设计,在钳夹子宫血管后对继续缝合子宫切口时不影响对子宫动脉的操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1-图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种无损伤子宫止血钳,包括通过关节轴2交叉铰接的两钳臂1,所述钳臂1分为上段钳臂11、下段钳臂12和钳柄13,所述关节轴2位于下段钳臂12和钳柄13之间,上段钳臂11顶端呈球形,可以避免橡胶套管的滑脱;钳柄13尾端为环形手柄3;上段钳臂11为直条形,长度为5cm,下段钳臂12为弧形,弧度为15度,并与钳体中轴线有一定弯度,便于分娩后大子宫的钳夹;扣合后,球形钳头紧密贴合,上段钳臂11之间有2mm空隙,上段钳臂11上套接有厚度为1mm的橡胶软管套4,扣合后间隙消失。所述钳臂为无齿半圆形,对合面为平面。所述橡胶软管的长度为5cm,为白色或黄色,属于一次性消耗品。所述钳柄13靠近环形手柄3的位置设置有锁紧定位的卡齿5。所述球形钳头的直径为5mm。
本发明的无损伤子宫血管止血钳结构新颖,易于操作,用于夹持剖宫产(胎儿娩出后)子宫血管,由于子宫出血主要来源于子宫动脉,针对性的对子宫血管进行压迫止血,就可以达到立即阻断子宫血供,避免子宫动脉栓塞术、子宫切除术,特别是对基层医院可以赢得外援救治时间,力保产妇的生命安全。其次,由于钳臂顶端为球形,可以避免像血管钳前端锐利而引起的副损伤。最后由于钳臂外套有橡胶软管,在阻断子宫血管的同时,最大限度保护了组织和血管的损伤,去除后对组织和子宫血管起到保护作用。

1.一种无损伤子宫止血钳,包括通过关节轴(2)交叉铰接的两钳臂(1),其特征在于:所述钳臂(1)分为上段钳臂(11)、下段钳臂(12)和钳柄(13),所述关节轴(2)位于下段钳臂(12)和钳柄(13)之间,上段钳臂(11)顶端呈球形,钳柄(13)尾端为环形手柄(3);上段钳臂(11)为直条形,长度为5cm,下段钳臂(12)为弧形,弧度为15度,扣合后,球形钳头紧密贴合,上段钳臂(11)之间有2mm空隙,上段钳臂(11)上套接有厚度为1mm的橡胶软管套(4),扣合后间隙消失。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无损伤子宫止血钳,其特征在于:所述钳臂的对合面为平面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无损伤子宫止血钳,其特征在于:所述橡胶软管的长度为5cm,为白色或黄色,属于一次性消耗品。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无损伤子宫止血钳,其特征在于:所述钳柄(13)靠近环形手柄(3)的位置设置有锁紧定位的卡齿(5)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种无损伤子宫止血钳,其特征在于:所述球形钳头的直径为5mm。
