Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present embodiment provides an electric mop, as shown in fig. 1, including: handle components 1, connecting rod 2, water delivery subassembly 3 and clean subassembly 4, wherein, this handle components 1 and the one end fixed connection of this connecting rod 2, the other end of this connecting rod 2 and the one end fixed connection of this water delivery subassembly 3, the other end and this clean subassembly 4 swing joint of this water delivery subassembly 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the handle assembly 1 of the present embodiment includes: an upper housing 11, a lower housing 12, a power control component 13 and a water spray control component 14, wherein the power control component 13 is disposed on the upper housing 11, the water spray control component 14 is disposed on the lower housing 12, the power control component 13 and the water spray control component 14 having relative positions such that a thumb of a holding hand can operate the power control component 13 while at least some other fingers of the holding hand can apply a gripping force to the water spray control component 14 during use of the handle assembly 1.
With the handle assembly 1 of the present embodiment, the power supply control part 13 and the water spray control part 14 are respectively disposed at the upper side and the lower side of the handle assembly 1, and their relative positions are such that, during use of the handle assembly 1, the thumb of the holding hand can operate the power supply control part 13, while at least some other fingers of the holding hand can exert a gripping force on the water spray control part 14, facilitating the operation of the power supply control part 13 and the water spray control part 14. Because it is located the upside and the downside respectively, avoided being located the condition that leads to the maloperation when one side is upper and lower position. Furthermore, the power supply control part 13 is operated by the thumb of a holding hand, the water spraying control part 14 is operated by the holding force of at least partial fingers and the palm, and muscle memory is formed for the operation conveniently by two different operation modes, so that misoperation is further avoided. Further, while the thumb operates the power supply control part 13, the other fingers and the palm can operate the water spray control part 14 for manipulation.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the water spray control unit 14 includes a pressing unit 141, a damping unit (not shown), and a switch 142, wherein the switch 142 is fixedly disposed in the handle assembly 1, and the pressing unit 141 extends out of the first opening 121 of the lower housing 12 to receive the grip force and moves toward the accommodating cavity formed by the lower housing 12 and the upper housing 11 under the grip force. In some embodiments, the movement may include axial movement and/or radial movement. Optionally, the movement is an axial movement with a radial movement, the distance of the axial movement being greater than the radial movement, but not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, when the pressing member 141 moves from the first position to the second position, the first end of the pressing member 141 acts on the switch 142 to turn on the switch 142. The second end of the pressing member 141 is connected to the damping member, and the pressing member 141 is located at the first position by the damping member, and the pressing member 141 returns to the first position to turn off the switch 142 when the grip force is lost. In some embodiments, the switch 142 is fixed in the accommodating cavity formed by the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12, and optionally, the switch 142 may be screwed to the lower housing 12.
Through this embodiment, receive the grip through pressing part 141 and form and remove, realized good operation experience to under the effect of damping part, make switch 142 automatic re-setting when the grip disappears, can control the water spray operation better, avoid opening to forget after the water spray control part to close and the problem of mistake water spray. In addition, in the process of applying the grip force by holding the hand, the counterforce is generated through the damping part, the water spraying function is prevented from being triggered by mistake, and the damping can bring good control feeling. In some embodiments, the first position and the second position have a first distance therebetween, wherein when the grip force overcomes the reaction force of the damping member to position the pressing member 141 between the first position and the second position, the first end of the pressing member 141 has a second distance from the switch 142 to maintain the switch 142 in the off state. By this embodiment, when the grip is applied to the pressing member 141 due to the first distance and the second distance, the switch 142 is prevented from being turned on by mistake due to an unexpected grip, and the switch 142 is immediately turned off without completely releasing the pressing member 141 at the off stage of the switch 142, thereby preventing unnecessary water spraying.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the handle assembly 1 has a bend, one end of which is a connection end 15 for connection with the connecting rod 2 and the other end of which is a hand-held portion 16 for operating the handle assembly 1 during use. The bend is such that during use the angle of the hand-held portion 16 to the ground is less than the angle of the connecting end 15 to the ground to which the connecting stick 2 is connected. The ergonomic bend provides a good gripping experience and the bend allows the gripping hand to be in a more natural position during use, reducing fatigue during use of the electric mop. Alternatively, the power supply control part 13 and the water spray control part 14 are provided on the hand-held portion near the bent position, which is preferable in the feeling of grip. In some embodiments, the extension of the upper portion of the pressing part 141 is greater than that of the lower portion of the pressing part 141, and thus, the grip force applied to the pressing part 141 by the fingers and the palm opposite to the thumb is facilitated.
In some embodiments, the damping member is a spring, wherein one end of the spring is connected to the second end of the pressing member 141, and the other end of the spring is connected to the upper case 11 or the lower case 12. When no holding force acts, the elastic force of the spring makes the pressing part 141 in the first position to keep the switch 142 off; in the process that the holding force overcomes the elastic force, the pressing part 141 moves from the first position to the second position so as to enable the holding switch 142 to be conducted; the pressing member 141 moves from the second position to the aforementioned second position while the elastic force of the spring overcomes the grip force.
In some embodiments, the switch 142 of the water spray control part 14 is a push button switch that is turned on when the first end of the pressing part 141 acts thereon and is reset when the acting force of the first end of the pressing part 141 disappears.
In some embodiments, when the pressing member 141 moves from the first position to the second position, the first end of the pressing member 141 acts on the switch 142, and the switch 142 generates an electrical signal in response to the acting force. When the first end of the pressing member 141 continuously acts on the switch 142, the switch 142 continuously generates the electric signal in response to the continuous acting force. The electrical signal is transmitted to an electrical circuit device (not shown), which responds to the electrical signal to control the water delivery switch 322 shown in fig. 4 to be opened, thereby realizing the water spray control. In some embodiments, the water delivery switch 322 may be a water pump, but is not limited thereto.
